And if there are bunkers from WW2 beneath Chernobyl, they need to be removed.

Whoopey Ding! What really needs to stop happening is mortgages should not be packaged and sold to investors in China. All mortgages should be kept here in America not set up as investment portfolios and the interest rates need to be affordable. Landlords wouldn't charge such high rates for rent if their own mortgages were affordable and the property taxes and insurance rates weren't priced out of this world. Everything is relative.
