Clears nasal passages within 10 minutes. Works great and, unlike "Sinex" it doesn't cause soreness.

He said that all the normal things i used to give him as a child (ginger ale, chicken soup, saltines/toast, and Vick's) are the only things he still uses. Those and sleep, so the body revives by itself. Even with OTC meds, you're still snotty and feeling bad.

If your allergies cause inflammation, I recommend turmeric curcumin.
I've taken it for years now, and it's prevented about 90% of the crippling sinus migraines I used to get.
Just make sure it has some black pepper extract in the ingredients. Not all turmeric curcumin does.
As for the rest that get through...I generally don't recommend ibuprofen, but I always keep some around solely as a last resort.
