Trump will hand off power to the military. He may or may not be president when this is all over, I'm leaning towards will be. But in the mean time, for optics, he needs to be as far away from this as possible.
From a constitutional perspective and having a clear line of authority .....doesn't there need to be an "acting" President at all times? i.e VP or Speaker of the house. ( which would make me sick)
I believe FEMA has full authority during an emergency, including suspension of the Constitution.

I believe Pete Gaynor, the head of FEMA and as of last week, also the head of Homeland Security (which I believe directs the National Guard) will take the lead in such a scenario.

My theory based on what I've seen here is that he will temporarily be out of office. We won't have a President for a bit while the military takes over and cleans everything up. Then they'll go through whatever legal means are called for to figure out a new President. I am assuming, since credible rumors indicate they have all the proof of the real votes this past election, that they'll just come out with that and prove Trump won bigly, and he'll get back in office that way. But it may be a month or two before that happens from what I can tell. Best guess anyway.
