1 - Is Google canceling him because of something he said in support of conservatives and/or Trump?
2 - I may have to go out and buy Terraria now
He's a small business owner that made his way through hard work and offering a legitimately good product. I think that's your answer.
It's been my experience that most small Indie game development teams (around the world!) lean based, even if they aren't very political. It'd be hard to have the common sense and intelligence to design and make a successful product like that yet still be a sheep.
Terreria is great because I bought it on sale for $2.50. It was a great and fairly simple game, yet over the years they patched in tons of content, all for free. Is now on legendary status
If you like video games, and maybe even if you don't, buy Terraria. Excellent game, and timeless.

The contradiction with that assessment is that this man wouldn't have been successful if he were distributing via physical media. Going digital is what has allowed these independent businesses to thrive in a market full of entertainment giants and millions/billions of dollars.

It's a stupid argument but it works on sheeps. Just tell them their beloved famous person with high credibility supports Q. And they'll be like, "well if that guy supports Q then there must be something to this Qanon."

Google deleted a two year traveling video project without warning 4 years ago and told me to go fuck myself. I was living out of a backpack and the videos were 2-3 hours a pop so I saved them in their cloud. They're gone forever now. Fuck Google.

Probably signed in to one of his alternative Google accounts on a different phone for the time being until his primary account is fixed and he signed in to Twatter on that other phone.
I pay a bit every year for a secure, encrypted business mail account.
Their livelihood is directly related to their reputation in staying secure, not giving up shit to anyone, being reliable and having a spam and virus filter that genuinely works and is kept up to date by actual people.
It is one of the better online decisions I have made....

I degoogled 2ish years ago with an account as old as gmail. Huge pain. I don't know how anyone didn't see this coming. Especially after they forced everyone to sign that legal arbitration agreement. Gigantic red flag then boom COVID IS SUPER SCARY STAY IN YOUR HOUSE.
