I’m in Russia. We came here for medical freedom and it’s been wonderful. My son needed surgery soon after we arrived, for a birth defect we had not known about. No vaccine record needed or vaccines discussed. Freaking amazing. In hospitals in America, we would have lost our rights over it.

Very well said. There is also a massive overuse of medicine/antibiotics in the US. Antibiotics destroy the healthy gut bacteria, which has been linked to a host of diseases, including ADHD. When we immigrated and I got sick as a child, the doctor so easily prescribed antibiotics. My Mom panicked, because in Russia antibiotics are prescribed as a last resort. There is also a medicine that you take along with antibiotics to help preserve some of the healthy gut bacteria. The recklessness of doctors is unbelievable. I could go on and on. Same thing with over treatment in dentistry and Opthalmology. It's like the doctors here don't care about preserving anything, they just dig and patch, dig and patch.
I never hear about healthcare in Russia but have always been curious. Particularly after hearing Jordan Peterson having gone there for treatment for cutting off his dependency on his Rx benzos.

A co-worker of mine came from the USSR to America when she was nine. This was the mid-70s. She was helping me with a client as she still is fluent in Russian. She and the client were telling me about getting their tonsils out as kids. Procedure was done in a dentist's chair. They hate going to the dentist now. I can see why....
Health care is awesome here, but you do have to pick your hospital well. Russia is advanced. Doctors are paid like regular people and medical school is not any more expensive than other secondary education.

Same here. Haven't seen a doctor since my daughter was born 15 years ago. My husband on the other hand is on permanent disability, 15 different medications where each one combats the side effects of the other (and still doesn't feel any better) and probably sees a doctor at least once a month.

I agree. 80 % of "medical issues" can be cured through Diet and exercise. So many people want a pill rather than change their lifestyle or habits. God made our bodies with an amazing abilty to heal if you give it the proper fuel and micronutrients. I do too, but I think GodWins_76 is right in that so many people just want a pill because it's easier. My son has a friend who I know is on Ritalin for hyperactivity. We ran into him with his parents shopping at the grocery store. I saw the frito lay products in their cart; doritos, cheetos and other garbage. His mom said he's grounded for behavior, so he can't come hang out with my son. I informed her that the chips she's buying have ingredients that cause hyperactivity in kids, the Yellow #5 and #6 have been proven to do this, and when my son wouldn't sit still in Kindergarten, I got rid of everything containing it, and he calmed down. It had absolutely NO effect. She'd rather give her son a pill. To me that's just sad. I don't want to judge, but I don't understand it.

I marvel at some of the things doctors now can achieve through medical science. For instance using robotic surgery (my husband had his prostate removed this way) and microdiscectomy surgery (my daughter had done to cure some bulging disks in a specific area due to scoliosis)

IMO - Too simplistic: I think the food plays a big part, as does soft drinks. I also think that flame retardants cause lower IQ, Microban causes neurological issues, and MSM increases depression. Good nutrition of the body is essential to health. Put good substances in your body that support the nutrients you need to cell replenish your organs and support your immune functions. Gut bacteria health is underrated for physical and mental health.
I believe I read in the Epoch Times about researchers thinking that the bacteria in our intestinal tract can effect diseases like alzheimer's. Maybe even bring it about. They are thinking that it plays a much bigger role than believed in the past.

No coincidence at all. Most don't realize this. Whenever possible, go the natural route. Instead of paxil, try St. John's Wort. Instead of hormone replacement therapy for female issues, go with maca root or black cohosh. There's an equivalent in nature for so many of these drugs, I've found a lot of them. Also so many people are deficient in vitamins, like D and A, which cause issues that doctors don't seem to want to identify. They throw pharmaceuticals at simple vitamin deficiencies. You need vitamins for your body to function properly, and a simple blood test will tell you what you're lacking. I'm not a doctor, but I have done a lot of research on this topic and I've found when you don't overload your system with a bunch of unnatural crap (food additives you can't pronounce, GMOs, sodas - especially "diet", junk food, etc.) and eat natural whole foods, plus trying to find herbal remedies for ailments, you can really avoid pharmaceuticals in a lot of cases. My mom was on 17 different prescriptions before she died a very painful death. None of those improved her quality of life. All they do is make doctors and big pharma rich. They're not trying to heal anyone. Medicine is now a business and nothing more.

I developed neuropathy when I was around 31. I have no diabetes. They don't have an answer as to why I have it and my podiatrist told me half of those with this have no known cause. They segment we just watched was a conference where Fauci and others discussed the efforts to take Bird Flu and make it more deadly and more contagious. These people are monsters. There are other speakers discussing how valuable this research is to companies that want to make vaccines for any new disease arising from it.

They also managed to get the cholesterol levels lowered so they could prescribe their statin drugs to as many people as possible. Also managed to lower their levels for Osteoporosis/Osteopenia so people would have to take their bisphosphonate drugs.

Also blood pressure recommendations were lowered as well so we all test high now.

It is wayyy more than this and there is a lot of blame to go around. My kiddo is autistic and I have been going down this rabbit hole for years... When those who held the $$$ lobbied to supress the dangers of sugar, the "medical" industry started screaming "cholesterol is the enemy...eat low fat diets!" Remember the low fat craze? I do...and all that low fat food was loaded with sugar. There is more sugar in 1 can of soda than anyone should have in a day. Chemical additives like BHT, TBHQ, red dye 40 (the list goes on and on). 3k of the 10k chemicals on FDAs approved list of food additives have never been reviewed by the FDA.... We are slowly being poisioned.

I’m skinny and I don’t worry too much about fats in my diet. Healthy meat fats make you feel full so you don’t eat too much. Eating a fatty steak is healthier than filling up on a bag of chips. I purposely buy meat not stripped of the fat (“lean”). Give me the real meat how it comes!
I’m careful about dairy though. It’s not necessary and full of hormones. I just eat a little bit of butter and buttermilk for cooking now and then.
