There are many drops about “upstream required.” There is only one about downstream and facial recognition. This error code in particular doesn’t seem coincidental.

I don’t use he twatter, but I have some bookmarks for people I like to review occasionally, I.e, Any Ngo, Posobiec, etc. I tried opening the links this morning and I can’t view anything. Did they change it so outsiders can’t view any postings unless we sign up?
Twitter's front page will load for me (not logged in, no twitter account, but their "hey make an account or log in!" page), but if I try to go to any specific accounts or view tweets - commies or otherwise - it gives me an error page.
Mine had suspended me and limited my features but all I had to do was complete a captacha to get back in. I don't know why it did that as I never tweet anything. If it wasn't a coincidence the only thing it could be is I've been clicking links through this forum and reading Q related accounts. Not even following or liking them, just reading.
It also to be working just fine for me here in the West Coast.

Nope, I just checked a few different profiles and experienced no problems. I don't have Twitter so I can't view the main page, however.
Might be that profiles can be viewed, but that subscribers are unable to access for posting.
Just viewed multiple posts on the front-page of their #Explore section and no problems loading any of the narcissism...
