Or is it just me? I can't remember the last decent night's sleep I had. Please don't get me wrong, I'm so relieved to be "awake," but my brain never shuts down. I'm trying my best to wait out the plan, but some days are tougher than others.

I'm so grateful for Q and this board. Thanks for letting me vent!

? I ordered the mattress pad from my pillow and it arrived yesterday. First night in a very long time that I slept through the night. Almost 7 hours full hours.

Me, me, me, and me. But still feeling great. Being outdoors is great too. Also, you could try to implement some routine into your life: organisation and discipline is key to having a successful life, and to one that makes you feel proud of yourself. I just don't see how you can achieve anything without some sort of discipline.

Wake up at the same time every day, don't check the news, pray, have a shower, listen to some music, do your bed, have breakfast, and then maybe check the news. Likewise, at night, no phones in your bedroom, the sleep is simply not the same with a phone in your bedroom. Read a book, fall asleep... If you wake up reacting to news, whether good or bad, you can't have a good life. Waiting for the plan to work out does not mean forgetting about yourself.

I'm pretty sure Trump didn't say: "hey guys, there's a plan, you know there's a plan, but we can't give you the details, so in the meantime, can you just press that F5 a hundred times a day, sit down and read articles after articles, and don't ever think of going out, or taking your minds off politics". You know where I'm getting at.

pollyanna_patriot [S] 6 points ago +6 / -0

I like to think I'm pretty disciplined. I do most of the stuff you mentioned. I don't watch the news. The only news I get is mainly from here. I also have an incurable neurological condition that doesn't help the sleep aspect either. Thanks for your input, though. I appreciate it. As "they" say, this too shall pass.

CokeOrPepe 2 points ago +2 / -0

I have Delayed-Sleep Phase Disorder. I can wait to retire so I can actually get a full ‘nights’ sleep.

2
MakeAmericaWinAgain 2 points ago +2 / -0

I’ve really tried self improving for sure. I’ve cut down on junk food and smoking, trying to sleep a little more, laying off the politics, cause it’s all rage porn.

And most importantly for me, being alone. Just time to myself to think about things. I’m not very religious, but I’d be lying if I told you I haven’t been praying.

NCSWIC so I’ll just hang around til it does, and when it does, we will ALL know.

Lucky to get 4 or 5 hrs sleep. This has been my pattern since I discovered Q around Thanksgiving 2017. Weep and pray have been my MO

Melatonin, 1hr before bedtime. Works well for me.

4

Second this. Take one right before you sleep.

3
CokeOrPepe 3 points ago +3 / -0

^ This guy gets it - I just took 6mg and if I’m not tired in 30 minutes another 3. I can not have ANY caffeine after noon if I expect to try and fall asleep before midnight. I had a soda about 1:30 pm and was up until almost 2am last night, knowing I need to get up in 4 hours. Now here I am, laying wide awake at almost 11pm, even after being super tired all day from only getting 4 hours last night. I hate DSPS

2
mengderen 2 points ago +2 / -0

Taking more melatonin thinking moar is better is contraindicative-I take 3 MG and added to one BP med, I sleep well till after midnight and when I get up to go pee, sometimes hard to get back to sleep-I have gotten a handfull of full night sleeps and I actually feel rested.. :O weird, right??

Darth_KEK 2 points ago +2 / -0

MidNite is the brand that worked the best for me, as well as Magnesium supplements and 5 Hidroxytriptophan

2
GoGoOptomistic 2 points ago +2 / -0

Yes a good sleep herbal tea works well too.

1
Elcycs 1 point ago +1 / -0

Yup. A little melatonin and a big glass of vodka to wash it down. I sleep like a rock.

Too bad melatonin makes me feel pretty crappy the next morning.

I’m with ya...feels like I am always waiting for the other shoe to drop. I will be moving to a red state soon which will help. Feels like I’m trying to outrun something. It sucks. We will get through this. Prayers for you

7
pollyanna_patriot [S] 7 points ago +7 / -0

Thank you. I live in a technically "red" state, and our leadership is supposed to be "red." However, since this stupid covid crap hit, we've been locked down and masked (still masked) since last spring. I will be praying for you as well.

Yes I am in Ontario Canada and it is suffocating here. Keep waking up in the middle of the night checking all my news sources waiting for signs of some hope that something is about to change for the better.

I play these all day long as a backdrop to whatever else is on the screen-432 Hz is my faves..

6
N0rds 6 points ago +6 / -0

Yup. Before the election 8 slept 7.5 hours a night.

Since the obvious election theft, I get between 2 and 6 hours, usually broken up. I haven't had a comfy or full nights sleep in a few months...

And seeing the corona bullshit/vax/passport shit go further and further us not helping my insomnia.. I really hope the patriots move soon, before too many people are killed by the DS and their reset bullshit.

A few things might help.

  1. Plant an scent herb garden with aromatic plants, like Jasmine, Honeysuckle, Rosemary, etc... . You'll be surprised how relaxing your home will feel.

  2. I know they suck, but Youtube has really good sleep music that is designed to help people drift right to sleep. Just say (or type in) "Youtube Sleep Music Black Screen". You can find all sorts of sleep music, which will play with a black screen. It helps.

1
pollyanna_patriot [S] 1 point ago +1 / -0

Thank you! I'm going to try this tonight!!

5
NotATeamPlayer 5 points ago +5 / -0

OMG....that is so true. I can sleep, focus. Been completely distracted with all this BS that needs to come to a head. Didn't realize how asleep I was until I woke up ~6 months ago.

I was awakened 6 years ago by an awareness of the Fukushima nightmare and then in December 2017 I discovered Q- and have slept off and on since...

I'll post the advice I gave to someone else "Absolutely my friend. I used to suffer from insomnia due to stress and depression. Eating, sleeping, rest is important. I think the "patriots don't sleep" quote is not meant as in, don't sleep at night but as in, awake vs asleep concerning what is going on in the world. We don't "blindly" follow. We don't "sleepwalk" through the world. My fren, is your insomnia due to stress, anxiety, depression? If so, (that was the case for me) this might help you: https://youtu.be/NtL2hb-wCMo I am finally free of my insomnia, I used to toss and turn and couldn't calm my mind and body at night. It was one of my biggest problems - like seriously, it drove me mad and now this huge weight has been lifted off me. Otherwise, do you exercise regularly? Do you go out into the sun enough? Vitamin D (D3) drops can work absolute miracles if you suspect you might not be getting enough sunshine." Furthermore, a detox from news is the most effective strategy for quick short-term relief: Stop consuming news, even this website, for a week or at least a couple of days. Spend time in nature. Bless you my friend - and take care of your mental health - it is directly connected to your physical health :)

pollyanna_patriot [S] 1 point ago +1 / -0

I hear ya. I definitely need to spend less time on the computer. I guess I'm afraid I'm going to miss something. I know that's ridiculous. Going camping on vaycay in a couple of weeks. I won't have the access to the computer that I have at home. Looking forward to 2 straight weeks of R & R.

2
mengderen 2 points ago +2 / -0

I have taken to walking around a central block in the complex-about .4 miles each time, so about once an hour I get up from whatever I am sitting down for and do the walk so I get at least 2 miles in a day-what has surprised me is where this comes from-during the lockdown I didn't walk this walk.. :)

2
FondueFerret 2 points ago +2 / -0

Definitely - and maybe you can even benefit from the audiobook :) You deserve to take care of yourself. We will stay vigilant while you take a break, we all need one sometimes ❤️

Colloidal gold.

Ormus, choose your favorite.

Selenite next to your pillow, if you dare.

Lugol's iodine.

MSM powder in water.

All five at once.

Aegonthe1st 3 points ago +3 / -0

Mate I had the exact same thing. But I reconnected with God after almost a decade to a degree I have never experienced before. Sleep soundly most nights, read psalm 37 for comfort.

3
Madteacher 3 points ago +3 / -0

I sleep on and off. If I wake in the middle of the night the first thing I do is check telegram and GAW. First thing in the morning in catching up. Every break at school I'm checking. It is all consuming.

Not too much. Whole life pretty much came to standstill.

Need a hobby. Thinking about reverse engineering/fabricating a Solvent Resistant "Super Soaker" squirt gun.

Needs to withstand Benzene, Ethylbenzene, Toluene, Xylene and about 10% Ethanol (by volume).

Absolutely, and I live in Australia!

I feel like only when GEOTUS returns to the presidency and the DS is taken out, will this worldwide spell of insomnia finally abate.

Tangy Tangerine helped me sleep after a long struggle with a racing brain. It has dozens of nutrients and put me to sleep in 45 minutes of taking it in the afternoon!!

2
Americanapplepie 2 points ago +2 / -0

Yes. And it all started when I went down the PizzaGate rabbit hole that led me to Q. I’ve slept, but it ain’t sleep. And I don’t think I ever will until there’s resolve, not do I believe I should. You’re not alone.

2
Shine382106 2 points ago +2 / -0

I was like that for the first few months. Then I found these videos on Youtube where they read scriptures while you sleep. It is called SOAKSTREAM and it helped me tremendously!

Someone I know said an app called CALM was very helpful to her improving her relaxation and sleep. Said it has someone reading stories that puts her right to sleep.

My suggestion is to have other things to occupy your time with. Don’t visit this board too often if you’re having trouble sleeping.

Take a break and rest, enjoy something that makes you happy

2
Lupinate 2 points ago +2 / -0

Yeah... Sleep these days is... Difficult. Past 2am here, wife will probably kill me if she wakes up and sees me on the phone.

That said, very little actually phases me on the "bad" shit coming out. Its acts of deep kindness that set me off bawling my eyes out instead these days. Odd what seeing the edge of hell and walking back from that brink can do to a man...

2
soundguy005 2 points ago +2 / -0

sleeping ok..stress level and blood pressure off the chain though.

Did you notice that the horrible stench from Valerian can go through TWO layers of plastic ziplock bags? (for those of you who aren't familiar with it, it smells like a bad pair of sneakers, as in, someone with athletes foot left sweaty sneakers out :) )

There's so much information that it's very hard to step away, and even then, it's very hard to stop thinking about it all. As hard as it is, I've always felt it to be a little bit encouraging to know that all of us--even POTUS and Q--are in the same boat.

When this all finally reaches the long-awaited breaking point, I think we're all going to collapse for a week!

My sleeping troubles is from the future...as a planner, I do not see a world I like, it has lost all shine. When I do sleep...I see no reason to wake, the planning for a better world is lost.

2
ancroidubh 2 points ago +2 / -0

I haven’t slept well on regular basis since my thirty mumble mumble year-old daughter was born. Don’t get me wrong, she’s fine young woman, a little too much to the left for my taste so we just don’t discuss politics but she’s young yet. I will occasionally sleep for eight or nine hours but most nights are four to six hours.

I’m the guy you want on watch...

2
valley-lily 2 points ago +2 / -0

You're not the only one. I haven't gotten more than 6 hours of sleep almost every night since November. You can guess why. I think I may have permanent dark circles under my eyes now.

2
LongTimeListener 2 points ago +2 / -0

My sleep is filled with dreams and nightmares scenarios. Every single night. Prior to President Trump I have to reach back to childhood to say definitively that I remembered a dream.

2
rjba 2 points ago +2 / -0

Naturally, I have several MyPillows but frankly I sleep fantastically nowadays!! Mainly because I LOVE all the arrests going on and watching God move in such a huge, miraculous way. Plus, the fact that we get to see it in our lifetime! I hit the sack every night eager to see what God will do tomorrow. I believe that we're about to see the best live church worship service ever!!

And, of course, Trump rocks!!

When my sleep troubles arise or my nerves start to get to me, I like to give Revelation 19 a read. That's the ultimate day when Christ returns to crush the Evil from this land. No matter what dirty tricks the Devil, DS, and Pedos come up with, that's their ultimate end. NCSWIC.
