You can ignore the face entirely and just look at the ears. Clearly two different people.
I have talked to people who work for prominent cosmetic surgeons, and they have said one of the most common procedures in face lifts is to lift and shape the ear, especially the lobe.
It's not impossible that both are the same guy after copious amounts of plastic surgery. He certainly still sounds the same, and is just as incompetent, still makes racist remarks, is still creepy around women and young girls -- I don't have any reason to believe it's a different person.
We all know they can alter people's looks. In this case why deliberately make him look different. It didn't help at all. This isn't Joe.
The cartilage part is different.

One of the strangest things Trump ever said was, "and those new eyes of his," when referring to Biden.
He was either referring to the contact lenses that act like are augmented and can put words in front of you to read like a tele-prompter... Or, the reference was to Biden being a clone.
I lean towards the latter.
I don't see how any amount of plastic surgery can physically lower the holes in the side of his skull. His ears are noticeably lower. Almost ridiculously so.

It's not. I can find hundreds of images on google images showing the same thing. It's not a weird angle.
The ears in the inside are still the same. His chin shape is still the same, the dimple is still there. And nose shape same. Just everything lifted! I still wish it were true that he’s an actor and the real Joe Xiden was evaporated.
Take two pictures. One with your face aiming slightly lower scowling and another with your face aiming slightly higher and doing his patented confused anger pose like the second picture and see if your reference points still match. You need the same posture, the same angle, the same lighting and then you'll get a better idea if you're theory is right or not. This is pretty damn close but all I'm seeing is a guy on the left looking down while guy on the right is looking further up and the slight changes in the ear can be explained by a face lift. I think the cheek bones are also a product of different facial expressions. You can literally look at his neck and see how much of that rooster wattle was removed. I think the hollywood tier biden mask explains some of these gaffes (aka when he fell on the plane) but double/clone/whatever you guys are pushing with this narrative isn't entirely it. I wouldn't be surprised if they put him under the knife actually hoping he'd die on the table.
Go to google images and start looking at pics of Biden over the last 20 years. The man sitting in the WH today is definitely NOT the same man that was VP under Obama. It's just not. What's clear to me is the man today has had a LOT of work to make himself look like Joe Biden. One of the most notable characteristics that will point it out right away is the new guys extended right ear lob. Once you start looking closely, you can't unsee it.
You are definitely correct that the holes don't align, however, the opening of the ear does not correlate directly to the internal orifice, and could appear to change if the skin is tightened up (same reason I can shift my ears up and down -- or wiggle -- by flexing a muscle).
Some google image searches of face lift comparisons I am noticing a difference in the ear positions between the photos.
I think the big tell is the shape of the head. On the left, the forehead is broader and flatter, and the face is more of an inverted triangle. On the right the top of the head is rounder, and the face is more oval.

I have. The pics that really get me are the ones from 2017 and 2018 where it's obviously the Biden everyone knows. You can see him age over the years via the Google images, then suddenly this new guy appears in late 2018. I was always skeptical and thought it was just surgery. It's not. There are at LEAST two guys floating around now, they are pretending are Biden. Neither are the original.

The shape of someone's head can appear changed if the angle to the camera is not the same or the camera focal length is different. Or the lens is different.
Weve seen both from a multitude of angles and head shape has always been the feature that strikes me most. Thats just not something surgery changes.
And if you accept that these people use doubles why cant you accept that this incarnation of Joe that is acting as President is a double? It sure fits in with Q's "watching a movie" theme.

I think it is him. Watch an interview with Hunter. Hunter has the same speaking voice and mannerisms as the current Resident Biden. It's uncanny how similar they are. They must be father and son. I think he's had plastic surgery and that's all there is to it.
