Let's say we have A and B running for office. A cheats and "wins". B challenges, shows that there is sufficient evidence of fraud, and we do an audit and it turns out B actually won. In this case, B would be the winner.
Let's say A and B ran for office, same thing, A cheats, and after the audit it turns out more people voted for A. Doesn't matter -- A cheated, so A is not able to win. But B didn't win either, so we have to do the election again, this time, without A.
Let's say both A and B cheat. In that case, the election is invalid, we have a new election, A and B can't run for office.
Let's say that the very people who are supposed to run the election turn out to have been "elected" by fraud. Then the entire election they ran is vitiated. They didn't win, they can't run any elections, and there are no elections until we get someone we can trust to run the elections.
I think we are in case 4. I think there is sufficient evidence that shows that the 2020 and 2018 elections were both invalid. I think there is enough evidence that I no longer trust the elections going back to the 70s, maybe even ALL ELECTIONS WE'VE EVER HAD.
Since we are at this point, there is NO ONE in government who has any authority to do anything, let alone run an election.
The thing about the way this country started was that we have 13 colonies that became states that could administer elections. We trusted them to do so, so that's how we had elections. Now we have 0 states that can administer elections. What do we do?
I think at this point, we turn to the military.
Step One is to eliminate ALL of the bad actors. Execute all those guilty of treason or worse.
Once that is done, then the next step is to bootstrap the states. That means each state needs to adopt a constitution and elect a government.
Only then can we start thinking about bringing back the federal government.
This is the same process the military uses to reboot countries when they have destroyed their governments.
