#1 you have to request a mail in ballot and you have to send it in with a photocopy of your ID cross-referenced with the voter roll for your area.
#2 to vote in person you need to show your voter card plus your ID and you are handed a paper ballot manually counted.

They got 1.5% of the vote in 2019. They Came in at 800k votes - 5.1% of the nation wide vote.
They got not seats, but to be honest, they didn't really try to get seats this election. They were focused on at least getting Canadians to find out that the PPC exists.

Yes, pray for us. However, I am reminded that God is still in control and many Canadians are still really asleep - agreeable souls that they are. The white hats know what they’re doing here as well and, just as in my home Country - the beautiful USA - the people cannot be allowed to be lulled back into slumber. Interesting thing is that so far the popular vote is leaning slightly to the right - 40% to less than 32% liberal. Prophets say God says “Trudeau will take a fall in the Fall”. To be honest I didn't see it as dooming. I don't know which battles we are winning and where we are taking casualties. This is the awakening and people need to wake up. I think a lot of the timing is dependant on how awake the people are.

Rigged elections are nothing new but since Canada has a more strict system he's losing power and will lose eventually even though he did "win" through cheating. But i don't see cheating as winning so he's illegitimate imo.
