Informed consent requires someone to be both informed, and consenting without coercion.
Since no one is being informed of anything, and there is no one currently getting the vaccine without coercion, the very idea of informed consent is not applicable to this situation, regardless of the hidden ingredient.

I wouldn't believe anything they said to begin with. They could disclose all the ingredients and I wouldn't trust it as far as I could throw it.
My understanding is this is normal. Something has to make it unique and it is hidden in trade secret clause. Doesn't make me feel any better about it but I think it is the norm.
