I hate cooking but have learned to make a pizza crust with almond flour and mozzarella that is to die for. I went off keto in 2020 figured if I was going to die from covid I was going to damn well have chocolate but I'm getting back on it now. I try to eat one meal a day with 20 grams of carbs or less it takes work but I don't go hungry.

My doctor makes me cry…wears a mask, a face shield holds her breath when she close to me….I am NOT kidding.
However..I have seen her 3 times over 2 months..never asks if I’m vaxxed.

There are a couple of self pay only offices here local. Their office visit costs about what most copays are anyway. Maybe just slightly more.... but they prescribe meds for the coof and gasp... the provider is unvaxd !!

I love this idea of parallel systems. If shit doesn't change soon then we might just see an entire parallel economy popping up. Parallel school systems or banking systems and who knows what else. Hopefully the hurdles that arise that stop people from participating in the new system are kept to a low number. Participation in the parallel system will be an easy way for average joe to join what's effectively "the resistance".
