Obesity is 100% preventable, 100% your fault, and 100% treatable. No matter what issues your body may have, it is all subject to energy in energy out in the end. The fact that every ounce of responsibility is on a given individual makes it terrifying for some, and they look for every excuse or magic shortcuts that they can.
Individual liberty is the same way, as is our own spiritual standing before God. We can't force others to subsidize or protect us from our poor decisions, and we can't reject our sins without rejecting our sins. Are you someone who loves and cares enough about yourself to take care of yourself?

I have hypothyroid condition and pcos. I was doing strict keto for 2 years before I got pregnant. I lost an initial 30 lbs then it just maintained. And that was with intermittent fasting. I've been thinking I need to try something new now that I'm breastfeeding It's very hard for me to lose weight. Other than severe starvation and zero carbs which I can't currently do, but I'm not sure what to try? Any thoughts for breastfeeding mama's desperate to lose?
