I’m not a doomer and I do think the patriots are in control, but sometimes things feel helpless. It could be my depression and anxiety or being 19 and seeing this shit unfold as I grow up. I don’t want things to return to normal anymore, I want America to advance to great lengths that has never been seen before. I just want this mess to end.

Demoralization is a HUGE part of the psy-op they are running against us. We must be aware of it and recognize the weapons being used. They are after our minds. Once you accept that they are causing it -- you do everything you possibly can to fight against it. Do not allow it to take hold in your mind. On a day when your mind is clear write down a list of things that lift your spirits. Talking to a good friend, going for a walk, caring for an animal, creating art or food or basic crafts, listening to a certain kind of music. Be around people who lift you up. Keep your list handy. The next time you are feeling down take out the list, pick one and do it.

The Obama birthday party with a few hundred people and the Adele with Oprah stuff over the weekend was really pissing me off. How are we winning when they seem to be winning? Demoralization.
In this case, you are contributing to your own demoralization. I don't know anything about the Adele stuff you mentioned because I don't watch that stuff. If you allow yourself to be exposed to such things, then naturally, they will have an affect. Protect yourself as best you can.
Part of it was keeping up with the evil doers and part of it was that my wife is still asleep. Of course it was hosted by Oprah. I also picked up on a lot of the symbols and such. It is good to keep track of the enemy and what they're doing. It is ultimately best to understand what they're doing so that it doesn't get to you. I believe this is far better than simply ignoring it. I don't turn my eyes away. I stare right at them and see right through them.
If you believe there is an enemy, then perhaps you believe in the dynamics of good vs evil. God is far mightier than the enemy. If you don't know Him, say a simple little prayer like this, "God, I don't know if you exist. But I am a truth seeker and I want to know the truth. If you do exist, please reveal yourself to me." Just say it humbly and with all sincerity and you will get your answer. My faith gives me a lot of peace. Hopefully you'll find that too.

I woke in my mid-20's back in the 90's. It's a difficult life to live.
The only advantage to waking so early now, is that this thing will be over soon. What does soon mean? I don't know. Probably between months and years. Probably not decades.

There is definitely an attempt to demoralize you and make you want to give up and give in. DON'T LET THEM SUCCEED. If you realize that is what they are trying to do, you will be less likely to fall for their dark games.
Learn now, at this very young age to protect yourself. Not just physically, but mentally. As much as possible, don't allow yourself to be exposed to negative things. I'm not saying keep your head in the sand and pretend you live in lalala land. But avoid the negative things the 'world' has to offer. Avoid msm news and entertainment like it's the plague, because it is.
I always find it helpful to get out into nature. It doesn't have to be a big trip into the deep woods, but just walking around a pretty park, your neighborhood or even getting into your own backyard and just sitting there, listening to the sounds of nature can give you a lift.
I think Emyrylde gave you some excellent advice there. Sometimes it's okay to just concentrate on yourself and your own well-being, so find some things that 'fill you up' and keep getting your fill. It is completely normal to have those "fuck it all, we are doomed" moments. I sometimes get myself into that mindset. They're not that common though. They're a side effect of building up what will happen in my mind and not seeing those "happenings" occur. I am not clairvoyant ... I have to keep that in mind :-).
I suggest you never get caught up in datefagging nor believe predictions from self proclaimed experts. That kind of nonsense will demoralize you in a heartbeat. The Deep State was never going to go down without a fight. For all we know, our country is being held hostage by people we know nothing about. There may be orders to nuke us the instant certain people are arrested. These sick fucks will burn things down before they ever surrender. This reason alone is more than likely why this entire situation has to be handled the way it's being handled. By the time we know anything, the people in the know will be referring to the times as the aftermath.
Most of the time (like 95% of the time) I feel like all of us will be OK. I wish I could explain it. So long as we keep doing what we can when we can, we are going to win. Everything from simple memes and talking with people losing their minds all the way up to running for office helps all of us. I've been in your state of mind before and people helped me snap out of it instantly.
Finally, ALWAYS remember that truth and facts pave the road to victory. We know truth and facts support that truth. The DS is built on a foundation of lies and deception. All we need is the right moment to kick their house down.

Every fucking day. I'm 24, will be 25 next month. I haven't felt so helpless or despair ridden about anything in my life. I have been in a state of constant depression since covid hit last year and the country went to hell.
Then the election happened. I don't know if I'll ever be the same person again. All I want is for this to be over so I can be happy again. Because right now I feel like my future is fucking gone.
Totally get it. Your super young (comparatively speaking). Being awakened to the truth that young can be a real bitch. Your age group peers have been the target of some seriously fukt brainwashing. I have kids your age so I understand that y’all are and have been exposed to a different type of psyop. The amazing news, is that there are more of you than you think that have come through with the ability to question and think for yourselves. You need to be really proud of that!! It’s also a tough age, especially for boys these days. Best advise I can give, which has already been given on here, is to balance some of this stuff with positive things like exercise or caring for an animal. My oldest son took up cooking during the lockdown and now has a passion that’s therapeutic!
FWIW, I'm a little jealous that you're so young (comparatively) and seeing all of this unfold. Yes, it will be a little ugly for awhile, but your age means that not only will you get to experience the beauty that will come out of this for longer than a lot of us on this board, you'll also be equipped to survive and be a role model for the next couple of generations, if you so choose.

I was around 20 when 9/11 happened and we lost a lot of freedoms. It what was kick started my awakening. Do not lose hope! This shift is much more massive and affects many more people directly than 9/11 did. Think about how many are now waking.
Be the change you want to see. Be a leader. Find ways to make a small difference in your community and be involved! You'll probably be surprised at the people you meet.
