Yes, it's called "pixie ears." Biden's right ear has been attached, the left not, all year. These two main pictures seem very different in the cheeks, the new cheeks are too plump under the eyes. Normally it's all downhill for the cheeks. Fillers could do that--but why? It looks unnatural.

That might have been the same night where later on all kinds of fireworks went off behind the whitehouse. We’ve already seen his movie sets of the whitehouse and Oval Office. Richard citizen journalist also shows in real time that not only is there nothing ever going on there and no traffic to or from there, but he also lives practically across the street from the rear side of the whitehouse property. There was supposedly a live news conference in the rose garden. Richard panned back and forth in real time the supposedly live event on TV and then showed the actual side of the rose garden from his upper apartment window- no people, no news conference. There are plenty of shots of Biden showing mask lines and double eyelids. Deep fakes are very real and they’ve shown many to the public. Remember, not only are the current events happening for normie’s benefits for the wake up process but Q has basically told us we’re watching a movie. We know about 15% of what is actually going on. Biden is an illegitimate resident and nothing he does or enacts (not by his own hand mind you) has any long term bearing as fake presidents and administrations can’t make legitimate policies. All will be revealed soon.

I think it’s plastic surgery too - also skulls shrink quite a bit with age AND his face is tight as a drum - the chin shape now confirms to his smaller skull and high changes the shape. People also don’t realize that facial muscles (chin and jaw) shrink with age and these muscles are a significant contributor to face shape. The mentalis muscle rests on the chin - basically the chin pad - that can shrink over time or sag - he may have had it resuspended as part of his overhaul. Or he’s a double lol...it’s not impossible- but like you said they can do almost anything these days under the knife.

Well folks just don’t realize what and why he looks so different so it’s understandable - and I do believe doubles can and are used at times. But the changes I see in Biden are all easily explained away with age and plastic surgery.
The problem people get into with many conspiracies is this All or Nothing thinking - as if everything is black or white. In other words - if Biden ISN’T a double then doubles DON’T exist. I don’t personally believe that. I think they can and DO exist, but not in this instance.
