One of my family members is very anti-Trump (she thinks he is the anti-Christ), pro-Biden (kinda, these days), and very much pro-"vaccine."
So I've been telling her I've been taking herbal supplements and 100's year old medication like methylene blue and, licorice, casuticum, passionflower, etc. for my narcolepsy.
And I've been really drilling in the term "guinea pig" as to what I'm doing to my body.
This is all true, mind you, because I intend to find a treatment for my narcolepsy that doesn't cost my insurance $5700 every month.
So I've been saying "Before I recommend anything to anyone, I guinea pig myself so I know its safe. I'm very methodical and increase doses until I show symptoms, and then weigh the symptoms with any noticeable benefits."
I've had this conversation with her about four times now, and she always says the same thing: "I wish you wouldn't experiment on yourself like that, you don't know what these drugs can do to you."
We don't bring up the clot shot, so I have yet to throw that back in her face when it comes to a mRNA experimental drug that has only been around less than two years.
The ones I'm taking have been around either since the late 1800's or from the start of human history. The effects are very well documented, if you're willing to look through early 1900's manuscripts. The FDA bans modern studies on any herbal supplements thanks to Big Pharma's lobbying.
Yup... I think I'm game-set-match for some major KEKs if she ever presses into it.
But... I guess she may not, considering I've already verifiably proven my narcolepsy was likely from the meningitis vaccine and exacerbated by the H1N1 vaccine. She gets real quiet, now, when I bring it up...
https://www.baumhedlundlaw.com/prescription-drugs/gardasil-lawsuit/
The Gardasil vaccine, manufactured by Merck & Co., was approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) in 2006 for use in preventing infection from only a few of the hundreds of types of human papillomavirus (HPV). Since hitting the market, however, thousands of adolescents and adults have reported serious and disabling Gardasil side effects after receiving the HPV vaccine. The most prominent among these side effects is postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome (POTS).
https://www.nature.com/articles/nature.2013.14413
But the results do not fully explain the Pandemrix mystery, because other flu vaccines contained the same proteins but did not lead to a spike in narcolepsy cases.
Damned liars.
Pandemrix was simply the only one which enough stink was raised about it to get it on the books. All H1N1 vaccines saw an uptick in narcolepsy, but the books have been well doctored since 2019 and onwards. Some of my old go-to sources have been scrubbed, and they even tried to rewrite history by saying it wasn't Pandemrix, but the additive AS03 in it.
Bullshit, if H1N1 looks like the wakefulness neuropeptide orexin, it would have happened either way. The bastards trained the immune system to attack orexin in the body as well as the cells in the brain that make it. They even said so back in 2017.
https://www.euro.who.int/__data/assets/pdf_file/0009/351927/WHO-Vaccine-Manual.pdf
These observations indicate that vaccine-associated narcolepsy is not due solely to the characteristics of the adjuvant.
Of course, that's probably because they tried to remove stigma of the AS03 adjuvant since, you know, they're putting it in the clot shots.
https://clinicaltrials.gov/ct2/show/NCT04762680
Biological: SARS-CoV-2 adjuvanted recombinant protein vaccine, monovalent (D614)-AS03, Dosage A
Most people shut up with their "it's absolutely safe, they know what they're doing" rhetoric after I tell them to look up Pandemrix.
They get even more worried when I mention that no matter which way you cut the Pandemrix causes narcolepsy debate, both sides prove that vaccines cause it.
-
If it wasn't AS03, then vaccines by their very nature can cause narcolepsy.
-
If it was AS03, then why the hell are they putting it in the Covid shots?
Anyway, I guess I've got that card in my back pocket.
Feel free to point out these two well-documented vaccines in your fight against the Pharmaceutical Tyranny Campaign!
Speaking of natural narcolepsy remedies, try this one out:
https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/7973885/
Yohimbe plant is good. It's got quite a bit of firepower though so don't overdo it.
Thanks, I'll look into it.
Fascinating stuff fren, thanQ. Username just hit me between the eyes too..
Yeah, the sleepiness is a gift and a curse.
I have one foot in the waking world, one foot in the sleeping world, and one foot in the grave.
The vivid dreams narcolepsy causes gives me three feet sometimes, so I'm not even exaggerating.
The results are, though, that I feel like I'm stuck between realities 24/7 and cannot recognize the obvious. I've never been truly "awake" to the world and feel like a ghost being able to see everything that's happening while never being able to interact with it personally, and so I don't personally understand the novelties of simply living, having fun, and turning my brain off once and a while.
I guess it's a way of saying I overthink things...
In class, like history classes, I'd always find every single contributing factor as to why an event took place, but I could never figure out the most obvious or primary factor.
Question: "Why did this war happen?"
Me: "Because the economic hardships of the middle class made it advantageous for the..."
Expected Answer: "Because country A killed country B's leader."
I'm always perpetually missing the key component, while miraculously being able to discover every single contributing factor -- even some many learned professors would have missed for nearly a century of study.
In other words, I'm a B+ student, never an A.
This "super-power" to recognize all extraneous avenues really falls on its face when it comes to math, though; you typically can't find alternate paths to a math problem and pass a test asking you to show your work...
oh the irony. a bloke with legit narcolepsy is more awake than most of the normies hahahaha
It really is a superpower fren, I've followed your work since I first lurked, I have a feeling you underestimate your abilities- if you've gathered all the evidence and pieced back together the scattered components of the story, you've done the hardest and most important part. B+'s and A's are mere constructs of an ability to think within a box. You broke out. There's no value applicable to that- it's priceless.
I'm glad you are with all of us.
You need to set up a Multiple Sleep Latency test.
They make you take about 5 naps back to back throughout the day and monitor your brain waves. You're in a sleep lab all day, so buckle up for a hell of a ride.
If you enter sleep in under 15 minutes on average and are able to go into REM sleep at all in that time frame, then you fail the test and are indicative for narcolepsy.
You won't get a diagnoses with just that, but it's the critical step on the path. First they will diagnose you with idiopathic hypersomnia. (Excessive Daytime Sleepiness with an Unknown Cause)
They will probably take you through a sleep apnea test first, just because.
From there they will step you through medications, and depending on your response you will get a formal diagnosis.
If you want a quick test to prove it to yourself, do this:
Force yourself to sleep 13 hours straight. If you wake up, stay in bed until you fall back to sleep.
If, when you wake up, you feel MORE exhausted than before you went to sleep, then try the next step:
Set an alarm and go to sleep for 4 hours. Wake up, stay awake for 4 hours and then go to sleep for 4 hours.
If by the end of that mess of a sleep scenario you wake up feeling more alert than the 13 hour straight sleep period, then congratulations, you and I are two peas in a pod and you probably have narcolepsy.
If naps make you feel like you got hit by a truck, but you can't NOT take a nap, that's a further indication.
And lastly, you know you've gotten the thick of it when certain emotions cause you to "discombobulate" and lose muscle tone. This is called Cataplexy. It's hard to describe, as there is no physical sensation. Personally, when I feel a big kick of nostalgia-like feelings my vision compresses, I lose the ability to discern depth perception, my vision gets a vignette, my legs turn off (literally, just stop working at the knee, no sensation, no numbness, just like someone flipped a switch and, whoopsie, your legs lose signal for 0.5 seconds), and I get the same feeling you get when you have a huge blast of deja-vu.
If you have all that then you're in the same boat as me and probably have narcolepsy.
Don't strive for a formal diagnosis unless you need it for coverage or medication. Narcolepsy on a life insurance plan jacks up the rates something ludicrous, so don't go there unless you have to.
Also, don't apply for disability unless no one will hire you. If medication eventually controls the symptoms, don't even mention you have narcolepsy. They can refuse to hire you based on liability and accessibility grounds -- disability protection laws be damned. Trust me, I've had experience with this.
Dude, I think some of what you mentioned is normal, or maybe I had too many vaccines as a kid??? Idk, but I always miss the main point and focus on the other details that seem fascinating. Then if you still ask me why the war started I say something similar to what you said. God has really given me a gift for computers and my brain thrives in that area. I can start hearing what is wrong with a computer and most times have a solution before they get half way through telling me. I’ve already been over all the scenarios because I can guess why they called after a few words.
That aspect of it may just be the autism. I know I'm on the spectrum, but where it crosses over into narcolepsy and other types of brain damage is hard to figure...
Try this:
Think of a cube in your mind.
What color is it?
What smell is the number 1?
What does blue taste like?
Does a blue cube have a taste?
If you had an answer to all these, then you and I are kindred spirits.
For me, every color has a taste, every shape has a color, and every note has a personality archetype.
I assign attributes to numbers, shapes, sounds, colors, etc.
I cannot stop myself from doing this.
It's how my brain draws connections between things. It's how I can remember so many freaking facts off the top of my head and the number figures to boot.
In conversation it may seem I randomly bring up things that have nothing to do with anything that was being talked about, but in my mind it makes perfect sense.
Steaks are red, spheres are red, steak spheres are basically meatballs, so who wants to know why cat meat makes bad steaks but good meatballs?
Yeah, that's how my brain works...
It's damn exhausting...
Can you relate?
Haha, awesome! I had most but not the numbers, I kept being stuck on the faces of a cube being sides of a cube in minecraft. If I built a minecraft room with my possible test answers, I would probably get really good grades. Words have 3D shapes or meanings that make new words hard to understand just from the letters. I believe there is a whole theory on teaching that goes by this and I am really sad I didn’t get taught this way. I only learned of it after school and I forget what it is called.
“In conversation it may seem I randomly bring up things that have nothing to do with anything that was being talked about, but in my mind it makes perfect sense.” Well, that about sums up my perfect jokes/connections that no one ever seems to get.
Mnemonic Devices are what you're thinking of.
Yes, my mind works like that but cranked up to 11 and in a way that I don't even realize I'm doing it. It goes further than just association, and goes into straight up characterization.
Concepts such as Love, the color Blue, and even events such as the Battle of Waterloo are their own individual Characters with personalities, attributes, motives, and "flavors."
I view things, objects, and concepts as living things with their own agency and fundamental and primordial substance which all taken together form the fabric of all Creation. It's freaking wild, and makes my view of life so much more complicated than it probably needs to be.
Sorting LEGOs isn't just a color/shape thing to me, for instance. Every piece has its own unique nature and, dare I say, humanity.
I sort things in classes like "bendy piece", "rotate-y piece", "snappy piece", etc.
Right there with you, bud!
I hope it works out well for you. I found it to be a very clear-headed and stimulating herbal supplement when I tried it out. Very different from caffeine though.
I'm actually looking for something to induce uninterrupted sleep.
Xyrem (Sodium Oxybate / GHB / Date Rape Drug / Cosby Special) is what I take that costs so much.
It works by preventing REM sleep from happening whenever it feels like it (something orexin would be suppressing) and interrupting Stage 2 Deep Sleep.
How I usually explain it is like this:
Imagine you fill up gas every time you pass a gas station, whether or not you need to fill up on gas.
Just going down a main-street would be a nightmare.
That's what my body does in respect to REM sleep cycles. Instead of waiting for REM-required sleep to build up, my body goes into REM state whenever it pleases. When it does it and I'm awake, while not having a good Stage 2 Deep Sleep in a while, my knees buckle and I fall (Cataplexy).
Xyrem works by blowing up half of the gas stations. It is so potent in its ability to induce a REM-impossible sleep state, that my REM-required sleep gauge is allowed to drain down low enough such that my body recognizes it's all full up on REM. With REM settled, it allows for Stage 2 Deep Sleep, and I get an actual night's rest like a normal person.
So, instead of just a stimulant (something that super-charges Stage 2 Deep Sleep energy you have stored up) I'm dealing with having been tapped out of Stage 2 Deep sleep completely, so a super-charger for a fuel you don't have does nothing.
In fact, caffeine makes me sleepier.
If it super-charges Stage 2 Deep Sleep when I am running off fumes in that capacity, it instead just burns through it all immediately and I get 10 minutes of heart palpitations followed by an exhaustion like I've worked a 13 hour day and came home to a gang beating.
Anyway, my goal is to find a drug/herb that suppresses REM sleep cycles in a short term, like Xyrem does, but without the price tag and "legality" issues.
I need a sedative that is excessively potent, has a very low duration, doesn't linger, and doesn't make me excessively horny. Turns out, things that make you sleepy make you horny. Go figure...
Coffee or energy drinks? Lots of people are B12 deficient helps you to sleep.
B12 is packed into energy drinks is all Im getting at. S9me famous yotuber cured his insomnia with an energy drink.
I take B12 and B9 Methylfolate.
I did a test to see what might be causing depression, and it indicated a genetic deficiency in the ability to metabolize any other B vitamin into B9.
It doesn't seem to do me much good, but I keep taking it because I like the raspberry flavor and why not, you can't really overdo vitamin B?
I've also tried melatonin, but it lingers too long to be of much use.
Have you tried the opposite. Use speed during the day so you crash at night?
I'm on Vyvanse 30mg which is a slow-release amphetamine.
So, yeah, I'm kinda on speed already.
And no, it doesn't help the sleep. It isn't a problem of trying to burn out and crash -- I'm already in a state of perpetual burn-out.
The goal right now is just to simply put more fuel in the tank faster than can leak out of the bottom because the nitro-boost gate is always open.
Yes.
I have a contact who can "hook me up" with medical cannabis, all legitimately, but while I find something that I can replace Xyrem with I still have to be able to pass a drug test to get it.
Cannabis is my last-ditch effort after all other things don't pan out.
If you wind up at cannabis, heavy indica strains are what you want. They'll knock you right out, especially if you only use it before bed.
Can this help with the drowsiness caused by meds? Lyrica to be exact.
I wonder how much of what Clif High calls "vaxidents" are caused by vaccine-created narcolepsy. I had no idea about this narcolepsy issue with vaccines. Thank you for your post.
"I've had this conversation with her about four times now, and she always says the same thing: "I wish you wouldn't experiment on yourself like that, you don't know what these drugs can do to you."
So...your friend is willing to disregard over 100 yrs of cheap, mostly natural, TRUE, SAFE, and PROVEN effective health-science, treatments for truly harmful, experimental, non effective pseudo-science?!
See, this is why a lot of us anons have little faith left in humanity.
Edit:
OP, have you thought about, or looked into seeing an internist?
Not sure on the internist, but I have looked into homeopathic therapists.
I can't say any in my area look reputable enough to me to go all out on it, but my trail-and-error isn't panning out like I hoped.
I'm trying to figure out how to source madrake/madragora in order to grow it, but since it is a potent sedative it is not exactly the "easiest" thing to acquire.
Also, I'm pretty sure I've inherited my grandmother's brown thumb (if she touches a green pepper or cucumber plant it withers and dies, they are allergic to her, go figure), so growing it may be a challenge of its own.
I'll ask around and do some searches for an internist and see what that's all about.
I've already seen narcolepsy specialists and they all tell me the same thing: "continue taking this really expensive and highly controlled medication that only a single pharmacy in the US has a monopoly on and can dispense it."
Of course, they don't say it that way, but that's what they mean.
Look for naturopaths for help, not homeopaths. Homeopathy is all about dilution, and stuff like this gives naturopaths/holistic doctors a bad reputation. You take some herb and dilute it, and the idea of homeopathy is that its "essence" will heal you. It's like dropping a tiny bit of whiskey in a glass of water and expecting to get drunk. It's not gonna happen. I moved to Japan 10 years ago, but when I still lived in Phoenix I went to a great naturopath who helped me overcome carpal tunnel syndrome.
I used to have a brown thumb until i used a drip system on a timer. Place the drip directly into the soil a 2-4 inches deep so the water doesnt evaporate on the surface. Also when you put the plant in the soil you have to make sure you pay attention to the sunshine needs of the plant and find an appropriate spot.
Functional medicine doctor?
Try the heavy metal detox protocols. Chlorella an hour before Cilantro oil. The Cilantro oil pulls heavy metals out of your tissues and mobilizes them into your bloodstream (your face literally tingles and you get a metallic taste in your mouth at higher doses or early on in the detox- start SLOW), and the Chlorella is one of God's best chelators.
This explanation has some sources: https://deeprootsathome.com/2-month-2-food-combo-chelates-heavy-metals/
Heavy metal toxicity probably isn't the root cause of your issues, but cleaning it out can help give your immune system more bandwidth to heal itself.
Very low doses of sodium tetraborate (borax) can have extraordinary systemic effects as it's the sodium salt of Boron, an essential trace element that is largely missing in the modern diet. 1/8 tsp in a liter of water every day cures arthritis in three weeks. I took a course for my shoulder stiffness after two catastrophic shoulder injuries left me in terrible pain with no range of motion and after just week one, I had no pain and full range of motion restored. https://www.naturopathsinbrisbane.com/documents/Borax-conspiracy.pdf
I sleep better after my detoxing, I now have multiple vivid dreams every night, and I had no dreams for almost 20 years. I had a CT documented cyst the size of a large grape attached to my pineal gland discovered in high school, which I now understand to be calcification of the pineal gland from the Sodium Fluoride added to our water supply. Boron sufficiency in particular is enormously helpful for helping your body properly allocate calcium and excrete excess Fluoride and Chlorella/Cilantro do the same thing. Vitamin C and Vitamin D are also amazing detox vitamins. If I'm feeling lousy, 4 grams of Vitamin C clears me out pretty well- that's about the limit before you just give yourself the runs at 100kg weight, and the therapeutic dose of Vitamin D is 300,000mg in a chewable fatty bolus (Vitamins D, E, A, and K are fat soluble and MUST be taken with fats or they won't be properly absorbed)- though that's under doctor supervision and only with evidence of a severe deficiency. You can safely take 10k IU Vitamin D3 for YEARS. I take around 10k every day I don't get outside to get sunshine and my last blood test had a level of 65 ng/ml. In one large study, the mortality rate of Covid patients with Vitamin D levels of 35 ng/ml was ZERO.
These docs suggest that a zero mortality rate could be achieved at 50 ng/ml. https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC8541492/
Why? When your body is working properly, it doesn't need to get sick. When you have sufficient dietary intake of the building blocks of your immune system and your body isn't full of crap- there's nothing for the symptoms of illness to do. Every severe symptom of cold of flu is exactly the same as that of severe food poisoning. Because they are fundamentally doing the same thing. So do the work in advance, and when the time comes for you to get your low Vitamin D season detox illness, you'll only have mild symptoms. And instead of fighting them, support them. God created illness, and I believe it is GOOD. Our bodies aren't falling apart due to foreign invaders. They are replicating instructions provided by people around us in order to protect us and clean us out. And in our modern world, our bodies are exposed to so much crap, that we need constant cleaning. We are not beings that randomly fell facefirst into order but are now falling apart into chaos. We are precisely engineered in the Image of God and our bodies are constantly rebuilding themselves and cleaning themselves towards order, not away from it.
The therapeutic doses allowed for all of these are orders of magnitude higher than the recommended daily intake, but don't take my word for any of this- check out pubmed for peer-reviewed research and make informed decisions with the help of a doctor, particularly if you are taking lots of exotic medications. The things I am talking about are all just food and available in varying concentrations- though in significantly lower amounts due to soil depletion caused by unsustainable 365 farming practices.
Good luck with your healing! I am hopeful for your restoration!
Have you tried dietary changes? I went gluten free years ago and it really made a huge difference. I used to think, in high school, that indegestion was a normal thing... now my joints feel so much better, depression and brain fog resolved and my skin got better (i used to have 'dry' hands that no amount of lotion would fix. Was recently diagnosed with eczema which flares up when i have wheat). Its some type of autoimmune thing that a leaky gut and the gluten protein trigger. Just a thought. Hope you get it sorted out! Happy New Year and Let's go Brandon!
I've tried gluten free, dairy free, and a total daily sugar intake less than 5g.
None helped.
Nope, it's brain damage. It isn't a matter of something I'm consuming that continues to hinder me, I simply am missing a component of the brain (or it is very badly damaged) that makes a chemical used to keep me awake.
The only way forward is to add something that performs the function of what was lost. I've gotta find a cocktail of herbs/drugs that fulfils the role of the part of the brain that was damaged.
Xyrem works, but the expense and monopoly around it are untenable.
I have to take modafinil (Provigil) because I take lyrica and low dose extended release morphine due to a spinal cord injury almost 6 yrs ago. I would love to stop all three drugs. I try to ween off but the pain just won’t let me. I would be asleep most of the time if not for the modafinil. I pray someday it will change.
I tried modafinil, but it was like taking sugar pills.
Sadly, it did nothing for me.
I'm glad it helps you, and I pray you find some relief as well.
🙏 thank you. I pray that for you too. Thank you for spreading the word about vaccines and how they hurt people.
Well, I will have you in my prayers! Also Yohimbe is a heck of a stimulate! From experience id say it is much more potent than Ephredrine. If you go either route be careful. I would doubt either would help based on what you have said... you may try meditation and introspection to see what hypnotic triggers are causing the issue. Mine is long road trips.. i get super drowsy (pavlovian response... parents put me to sleep with car rides as a kid).
Parasites maybe?? Tried a cleansing with IVM etc?
Yes, I was among the first to try it therapeutically. When I started a once a week regimen most were still talking about HCQ and how to get ahold of it.
I've been on a once-a-week dose since.
Besides, methylene blue is also an anti-parasitic. It, too, is used to clean fish tanks...
ANY drugs you take from big pHARMa is like playing drug roulette.
Lots of very useful data here. Thanks Sleepy.
Thanks. I passed this to my friend who’s surfing from Narcolepsy too. Former Army but young, 28 or so. Army inoculates for every damn thing. I’m hoping she puts 2 +2 together.
Guardasil was banned here in Japan for several years, but I was surprised when we got an envelope about the shot for our daughter. That went right in the trash, as well as the WuFlu poison shots. Apparently Big Pharma was able to leverage their way into Japan with the Guardasil shot with their money and influence. It's why I am still expecting them to try to shut down ivermectin here that the dissenter doctors in Tokyo have pushed for.
Normies seem to have forgotten the clot shot is experimental. When I tell them, they shrug.
There is no hypocrisy too big for a normie these days.
Bravo fren! Well done with your red pills! 👏 Praying for a healthy solution to your narcolepsy. 🙏
With regards to Narcolepsy, I presume you've tried modafinil? If that's what costs your insurance so much every month, you should consider purchasing Adrafinil, it hydrolizes to modafinil in the liver and is a legal, over the counter supplement available online.
I have tried modafinil. No effect. For a bit I thought he just gave me sugar pills to test me.
I didn't get he Gardisil shot, but I did get the Menactra. I remember getting it in middle school, where they had dozens of tents set up in the gym, and each was popping kids with a shot.
3 months go by that I don't remember other than sleeping a lot.
I come to, and they said I had mononucleosis, my spleen was enlarged, I had to use a rolly-backpack, and sanitize my hands every so often.
Jump to about 4 years ago and I looked into my mononucleosis diagnosis.
While I tested positive for a monospot test, I never had Epstein-Barr virus.
It was the meningitis vaccine, Menactra.
I've been relentlessly sleepy ever since.
Then, in 2011 or so, when H1N1 was rampant, I got the H1N1 vaccine and that's when shit really hit the fan with cataplexy symptoms.
I've found nothing to help reverse the damage on my end, seeing how I have brain damage, not lung damage.
But I have found the Wim Hof method of breathing exercises really helps me. When I get so sleepy I start having minor convulsions, kind of like pee-shivers if you've ever experienced those, my body also forgets how to autonomously breathe. My speech slurs and I can't form sentences anymore. I get heart palpitations and I get so tired I actually can't sleep anymore.
It's a strange feeling when you are so sleepy and exhausted that it feels like your body is shutting down and loses the ability to enter a sleep state. It's like a fever dream with shaking and shivering.
Anyways, since I've been on Xyrem those states are far and few between. It's even been better since I've been doing the breathing exercises.
This video usually does the trick:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tybOi4hjZFQ
The goal is to actually try and hyperventilate -- and get all tingly all over.
Then hold your breath as long as you can.
You do that three times in a row.
It expands your lungs, sends oxygen to parts of the body that have gone stagnant with carbonic acid build up, and stress the living hell out of all the cells in your body -- effectively dilating everything and giving your oxygen dispersal system a flush.
Works well, and it even gave me a vision of Trump way back when:
https://patriots.win/p/11RhhfzUwg/vision-of-trump-either-i-need-mo/
I'd say give it a shot.
If it makes you feel funny, don't discourage, it made me feel like the world was made of feathers and was tickling me all over. You get used to it after a while, and start to like the feeling.
I've since gotten cold to Jordan Peterson, but his interview with Wim Hof sold me on the efficacy of the technique:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=v0lOv-s7Yh4
I get those issues too when really tired or going through a lot of difficult events like I have the last month. My heart starts feeling strange and my body feels like I’m shaking and I can’t breathe right sometimes. I usually take deep breaths and try to hold it as long as I can. This does help but doesn’t stop the fear and difficult life events happening. 2 kids in the hospital with RSV and struggling with it myself. I also didn’t get to sleep much and tend to forget how to breathe normally. I had a lot of vaccines as a kid and struggled with asbergers until late college when I prayed and it started going away.
Sorry to hear you're having the rough of it.
It sounds like you're having panic attacks, not just a narcolepsy thing. I've had both, severely so, so i can tell there is a difference.
I can't be sure for your case, but what you've said skews more towards crippling anxiety more than anything else.
The breathing exercises I linked above should help you control emotions. It's definitely a meditative exercise as well as one for lung volume and oxygen control.
Don't focus on the bad and what you're weaknesses are.
Look to your strengths and us them to supplement your weaknesses.
Consider a guy with no arms.
You might think at first glance that he is less than average because of his lack of arms.
But what he can do with his legs will amaze you. He can do things with his feet, legs, and toes that you never dreamed possible.
He has taken his weakness, used it to forge a strength, and actually become something greater than what is typically thought possible.
So to is it with you, not matter your shortcomings.
You have to have the ambition to forget your weaknesses, and invest in what you do have.
While everyone else struggles to stay afloat with a full deck of cards, be that beacon of light in the darkness that shows them the full deck of cards isn't even required.
All you need is one card that you know how to use very, very well.
Most people who have a clean bill of health and mind are so laden down with potential that they waste away wandering between all the things they can do and never settle on any one thing to become proficient in.
Through limitations we actually are more free to evolve and explore.
So a man with no arms knows his course; his path is far more clear because his potential has been tailored toward one single direction.
Rejoice that God saw fit to give you a clearer path than those who have no limitations.

Don't be crestfallen. You're worth so much more than you give yourself credit for.
Look at me. If it wasn't for all my debilitating illnesses, I wouldn't be as close to God and as helpful to everyone here when it comes to deciphering medical jargon. My journey to find what the hell was wrong with me has prepared me to write this very message to you right now.
I've accepted my burdens, and I offer them up to God for the sake of others. Do the same, and take all your burdens and use them as fuel to ignite your passions. Then take your passions, your progress and knowledge, and share them with others so that they may follow in the noble groundwork you've laid.
That's what it means to be a good Steward.
Thanks, very encouraging. I definitely had anxiety through the roof and I felt there wasn’t much I could do about the fact that it was waiting to catch me. Praying and talking to people was what brought me out of it, like I would ask God for help and something would happen that would really encourage me. A few nights again I told my wife that I felt God would send us home earlier than what should have happened and it came about that night. My son took his own oxygen off and would not sleep unless it was off. He was 3 weeks old and basically said “I’m done with oxygen” and we found he could breathe normally and didn’t actually need it on. The nurses were shocked and let him keep it off since he was breathing better and there were no issues. Before this he was on quite a bit of oxygen and it could take 2 more days to get home at least with how carefully they were turning it down. Satan wanted us to stay in that situation while the other kids got a different sickness at home and we were worn down. Now we are all together and can deal with this 2 day fever and grumpy attitude instead of being alone and struggling with all the needs.
Oh, he also broke off his IV and stomach tube different days so he was all ready to go home when the oxygen was done. So no idea how long it would take normally to get home, we were just there a week.
Hooooooooooooooooooooooooooly shit
Name checks out.
You got her where you want her so let us know when you strike.
Fascinating stuff here.
Thanks for the post. I’m curious if OP or others has good info sources for herbal remedies that you would recommend? Prob time to actually go to the library and look for old books. ;)
I stand by Methylene Blue as having the most positive effects so far.
It's anti-malarial as well as anti-fungal.
My athlete's foot has cleared up since taking it nightly.
I take it orally, so how it makes its way to the feet is anyone's guess.
I looked into it because it is a NOS inhibitor.
It doesn't stop the production of Nitric Oxide, but it instead removes the storage of it.
One thing is used to make another.
My idea was to prevent Nitric Oxide storage (syntheses) so that when I would have my "sleep spells" which I attributed to a sudden drop in adrenaline due to an overproduction of nor-adrenaline, the whole process would be throttled as my body is stuck asking for more Nitric Oxide in the production line of nor-adrenaline, and therefore not dump the adrenaline and make me excessively sleepy.

It didn't work how I'd hoped, but Methylene Blue also serves as a St.John's Wort type antidepressant, so I continue taking it.
Not sure this will help with narcolepsy, but I use RIFE vibrations for just about every ache, injury, or pain. I set it up to repeat and listen for an hour or more during the day and all night.
Treatment for Narcolepsy - Cure Healing Rife Frequency

And this is a 5 minute video about where in the brain they believe the disorder stems from.
Narcolepsy – proteins like you’ve never seen them before

Yeah, I've covered this ground already. The healing music didn't help, but I think it might be because I used my phone to play the music and I am suspicious of whether or not the EMF fields screw with sleep to begin with.
I've considered looking into a music player, one that isn't WiFi and giving it another shot. I'll try that video you recommended.
As far as the brain component, yeah I'm aware. There's little to nothing to go on when it pertains to repairing that part of the brain. Narcolepsy is understood as a usually-brief auto-immune flare up resulting in "permanent" brain damage.
So not only am I fighting a chemical deficiency in orexin production, I'm also dealing with the part of the brain that handles wakefulness to begin with.
I'll look into it some more. You never know when you will stumble upon something you've overlooked.
Just to add some info on the rife frequencies as there is some misunderstanding on this topic. The frequency has to vibrate within your body to work. Listening on headphones or regular speakers will not work because it's not about listening to the sound it's about feeling the sound frequency. It's the difference between listening to the sound of water and jumping into a river to wash off. Only one of those will clean you up. The you tube videos rarely work because it is compressed sound. You need to get a frequency generator, software based is ok, and attach to a really accurate sound system or now big pharma has a special machine that costs around 30k to help stimulate fracture healing.
Awesome post. Very interesting Anon. I read some of your comments too... you've got a unique mind. I'm assuming it is frustrating at times, but your ability to view things through this unorthodox lens opens a whole new avenue of red pills.
Maybe go a little easy on the complexity when it comes to the Normies though. Each 5D move described above would fly over their heads @ low earth orbit.
Those with zero self awareness are unlikely to comprehend their own hypocrisy, even when it's jabbing them right in the arm.
This has a bounty of information. https://vaccine.guide/
I too have started the journey of “self healing” because the pharma shills only wanted to do unnecessary procedures that would have cost me thousands to learn nothing.
I have found immense healing by utilizing harnessed plant energy (essential oils) and eating REAL food and CLEAN water. Removing items that interfere with my body (personal products, cleaning products and “scented” things) from our household has done a lot in regulating my hormones (where I have the most issues). Ironically enough I was the last of my moms six kids (I’m second born) to have childhood vaccines, and the only one with these mysterious problems.
I was in the service with someone with narcolepsy. Not sure how he was accepted in the first place as that could be a major detriment in war time. I remember having cleaning detail with him at headquarters at Ft. Gordon during AIT. We were both windexing some large glass windows and I suddenly hear a loud DONK….he had fallen asleep an fell forward with his head against the window. Tripped me out.
Or you could just know that viruses don't exist, contagion is a myth and germ theory is a fraud. Either way, either way.
