I've come to the conclusion that Newsmax a smaller version of Fox (controlled opposition). They are heavily pushing the "Ukraine War" and the "Putin is a madman" narrative.
No matter how I try and explain the situation to her and to not just believe what is said by Newsmax, the propaganda they are pushing there right now is just too strong.

I just won't watch their emotional blackmail-type stories any more, listening to people going on and on (and on consecutive shows as well) about how horrible everything is. In my view, it does nothing but get people stirred up. One story a day or so ago was an interview about soldiers raping Ukrainian women - and the interviewee admitted she hadn't seen it herself, she just heard others talking about it. Come on - knock it off! Give me facts, don't try to manipulate my feelings!
