Well, even if we sweep, it might be because there were just too many votes against them to rig the system credibly. I mean I think it’s going to be a bigger victory in the midterms than Trump had in 2020 by quite some margin. I want to believe that the reforms are working, but I still don’t trust that they are even if we crushed them in November.

Actually wasn't a joke. There have been, and are continuing to be, state-level vote reforms. They barely stole the election last time, so there is hope. We sit here as anons chatting how all that's left is war but there are lawyers and other people on our side trying to figure out how to keep 2020 from happening again. So many people here say there is no hope but the midterms are only a few months away. There is -zero- chance of us ever organizing a revolution from scratch and being successful. However, there is a legitimate chance that within a year we could take back both the House and Senate. Don't forget ALL House members are up for re-election this year. If these reforms had no chance then I assume people with more knowledge than us would not be putting resources into them. So maybe we should start trying to get fired up for the midterms instead of abandoning hope.

In no way am I saying don't vote, but they are going to steal 2022 just like 2020. Election laws obviously work as well as gun control laws and stacking more on top of the existing ones in hope that they "work better" this time is as ludicrous as the reasoning for mounting firearm regulations or even putting up a sign telling illegal aliens that they are not allowed to cross the river into our country.

If we had enforced the existing voting laws, you know, things like the Constitution of the USA, then we would not be where we are now, so how do new laws make a shit of difference? That is the sad part in all this, we just continue to trust the system that fucks us in the ass every single time.
Really, I hate the doomer crap, but at some point, people need to open their eyes. The system is rigged, that is the bottom line. 2016 caught them off guard and they won't let that happen again. Without fixing 2020 there will never be an honest political election in this country again. That is the sad truth.

I wasn't sure i understood what "sovreign immunity" definition is, so looked it up: "the official exemption of a ruler or state from certain types of civil suit and criminal prosecution" further says "sovreign immunity does not apply if the government or an employee infringes on the US Constitution"...hmmm, interesting how this will play out...wonder if Space Force recorded/intercepted all of it anyhow? perhaps a trap for nancy?
Sovreign Immunity applies to rulers (e.g. kings, queens, dictators), not Representatives.
What Nancy is claiming is that she and the House of Representatives are rulers of the USA and not representatives.
The idea is that Federal Government cannot be sued. I don't think sovereign immunity would apply to a situation like this.
The Federal Government CAN be sued. And so can the representatives and appointees that operate said government.
This is very different from a monarchy/dictatorship where attempting to bring a lawsuit against the dictator results in the execution of your entire family. That's what sovereign immunity means.

The 'District of Columbia' is a special legal entity, as is the Vatican within Rome, and as is the 'City of London' district within London.
Is Nancy claiming to belong to an entity outside the US, and this gives her 'Sovereign Immunity?' Is this her excuse for refusing to produce the video from 'the insurrection'?
