She's a business analyst. Prior to and during the plandemic, she was working for a small firm that had most of its revenue from government contracts (federal, military). She got "fired" when she refused to get the jab. Now thank God that I can a large enough income to supplement so we didn't suffer much.
After many, many resumes being sent out over the past year or so, she begins randomly getting massive amounts of calls from places she applied to AND head hunted for places she had not.
Now this is all pretty normal for a person who has a stacked resume as she does (first job during college was at Lockheed), but something else happened.
She's done about 7 interviews, got offers from 3. All 3 major American companies (Microsoft, AT&T, and Verizon) asked her what she thinks about health.
They did NOT ask or mention the jab. Not once.
They DID however ask her if she thinks a healthy lifestyle is important and if she was ready to work full time immediately. ALSO asked her why she was off work over the last year and my wife answered "family related" but they knew why.
They had a woman on the zoom meeting that had 25 mins to talk to her about how healthy our lifestyle's at home is, what foods we eat and if we exercise. She even asked without directly asking if my wife was on top of heart health and how important it is to keep that in mind.
I find this verrryyyy, verrryyyy interesting. Unless you can't read between the lines, they were phishing to see if my wife is pure or jabbed. They hired her on the spot, sent out the forms that hour and another one confirming equipment delivery.
Now is the time to demand more money if you find yourself getting "rehired". They are desperate for many reasons and this one is particularly getting hard on them. We didn't even bother negotiating as their offer was a significant amount more than what the market was paying for the same position just 2 years ago.
Purebloods are going to be the new gold.
The look on my Dads face when I told him our sperm was the new Bitcoin. Lol. It was priceless
I heard it's a mitzvah to have children of both genders.... sons and daughters.
I only have daughters and my wife is done.
...but my sperm is pure blooded so.... might have to think about that.
I got fixed. 3 great adult kids. Not enough money to raise a 4th.
I always thought the term "fixed" seemed incorrect. If anything, you're now broken.
I’m not broken. I’m a quarter million+ richer.
😂 ^^^ THIS ^^^
Front-loaded costs, for sure. But before 401(k) plans, as many kids was possible was your pension plan.
So maybe with all the institutional rot in the financial markets, and all markets really, it might be a tad early to be laughing like a hyena unless you got 20 healthy kids.
How much are we talking about. Doing risk:benefit on reversing the big V LOL.
I'm sure it was. However, I feel sad for all the people who were duped into taking the poison.
They were phishing to see if she is pureblood or jabbed. They knew after the health quiz disguised as "health initiatives" that she is unjabbed and they hired her on the spot. Literally same interview. Email to sign all the forms and another one confirming the equipment was sent out.
That is what I read between the lines of your post. Good for your wife, but it's a sad world situation we're in.
Pure blood ends the fed
I don’t think it’s cost effective to hire someone jabbed because of the extended time off the person will take for illness or the turnover rate if they get chronically/critically or pass, which I’m betting all companies now realize is a much higher statically when hiring the vaccinated.
There is no doubt they are privy to information the public has no access to and they are of course, shifting their tactics to adapt. I've never once been asked about my health and I don't know anyone who works in a general office setting/job who has either. Especially ones that are remote.
It's obvious what's going on. They know.
Wonder if the situation will be seen similar to the times, when company owners were reluctant to hire young women that haven't had their kids yet, because that was quite expensive. Still is, but now there are laws...
This is an interesting story. Thanks for sharing.
It is. Isn't it? Especially considering the position is remote lol. Why would you care if she takes care of her physical health, what she eats and if she's taking care of her heart lmao
They probably do "know" about the toxicity/morbidity of the jab.
But if not, they may be aware that heart problems have skyrocketed during the scamdemic and are trying to lessen the heart problem risk within their workforce.
REGARDLESS, I'd be hard pressed to give them ANY info about my perspectives (on most anything not work- or skills-related) or info about my health, diet, activity, etc., because it truly is NONE OF THEIR BUSINESS. In fact, I can't say that I'd even WANT to work for a company that tried to stick their nose where it doesn't belong and/or seems to assess candidates'/employees' worthiness based on those factors.
I'd be straight with them as I'd rather not work for them if they are commie sympathizers. I stopped having a 'work self' & a 'real self' after choosing to be fired over the jab last year. I'm done pretending for sensitive family members as well.
Taking care of her heart is such a weird question. That does sound like a "are you jabbed" unspoken question.
Exactly my thoughts.
Heart disease had always been I believe the leading cause of death on the United States, even pre-jab. If a company was asking such health questions, it makes sense that heart health would be considered.
I commented perhaps 18 months ago on this. It broke my heart at the time thinking how anyone could force a jab on anyone without knowing circumstances. It was early days and the propaganda was just heating up. Selfish. Uncaring. Deniers were some of the words tossed at the unvaxxed. It was around the time when Dr Tenpenny and others were warning. It was actually a video about this women that had her own company and she recruited for mining, gas fields, oil platforms etc. she was asked to prepare a recruitment plan for a large energy company for 1 year out, 2 years out and beyond. She entered the meeting and found very subdued executives and was told to start searching from the top down for ALL jobs. What she didn’t understand at the time is that for some reason, the executives had it explained to them by someone in the medical field that as people were jabbed, they had a limited lifespan and they realised that they were going to lose hundreds of people to the jab. I would imagine one of the few companies that listened to many sides rather than take the govs. word for it. They had employed her to help them find new people. She said it was heartbreaking and executives were openly weeping realising that many of the staff were going to lose friends and colleagues that they had known and worked with for years. This scenario is going to repeat itself for years to come. This in itself should make us realise that many companies will go under as they will not have the staff to fill after the deaths. And now they are trying to pass the jab in under 4 yos. This crime will play out for generations.
This is why I cried for 2 days after my (grown) kids got the jab. But I had to let go because any one of us could be in an accident or get a catastrophic illness any time. I had been frustrated with Christians who were scared to continue to meet because they were afraid of getting the virus and dying or giving it to “granny” and having them die. I had to just remember—GOD HAS OUR DAYS IN HIS HANDS, and be at peace with that.
Time to put your feet up.
God is great, fren.
telling. congrats to your wife. keep us posted.
Congrats for the family, and thanks for the interesting breakdown of the process.
You got it, fren. Thank you. It's a major blessing. The increase in her pay alone is a significant boost. And there is no doubt in my mind they are phishing. They hired her so fast after they "assessed" that she is pure blood that it's comical to think otherwise.
Do you think they were worried about the employee's (wife) general health for work performance, or could it be the health insurance companies servicing these employers are starting to price in the 'jabbed vs non jabbed' risk in their policies. Most companies, when building their sick leave policies, assume that 80% of their sick days are going to be taken (paid out) by the overall population, regardless of illness or not, so jab issues might not be a big impact on that, vs insurance cost.
I think they are adapting to the changes we are already seeing in the job market. I now know of 4 people who have been hammered by health issues:
My father- Heart attack due to clogs which were not an issue prior to jab. Blood clots doctors couldn't explain which led to a triple bypass.
Fathers best friend- Almost exact same scenario as my father. They got jabbed during the same period. Both developed blood clots, both hospitalized for weeks.
Wifes best friends fiance- 30 years old, healthy, active. Got jab and developed Myocarditis
My child hood friends wife- Lost her third child in the second trimester two weeks after getting jabs while pregnant.
I have a family member who's seemed to be blackballed from the gaming biz these last two years. He's more than qualified, and I'm praying things open up for him soon. The waiting is hard. Bless you both for sticking it out!
Very uplifting, should be coming to backwards old NZ by about 2030 then, we're terribly slow on the uptake on these kinds of things.
Unfortunately Australia is the same...
It is none of their damn business what your lifestyle is-what you eat, hoe much you exercise, your sexual orientation.
tell her to brace for all the anti white gay cramming "diversity pledging" commitments she'll be forced to commit to that HR will immerse her in, aka onboarding training. Do unto others is now a racist life foundation.
This is..a lot of exposing information that could jeopardize her employment though.
I'm not worried about it.
I applaud you for standing by your convictions even in the face of cancel culture
I retired and deleted my LI account, but I still get a ton of emails every day.
There was a post of an article from awhile ago that mentioned something about HR at a large firm that was planning for future hires. I’m sure we’re going to see an uptick in this!
damn, anon, she should have played them off each other.
Company 1 has sent an offer, and i'd love to work for you but it's significantly more. Since i'd love to work for you i'm seeing if you want to meet or exceed company one's offer by 15 grand over your offer.
So, they are wanting to hire purebloods. Good. They fear the people they invest in who were vaxxed will either die or be sick a lot.
