Why is this stickied? The Durham saga is fascinating, but these types of 'breaking' habbenings news have a hard time making an appropriate "splash" (thus feeding the "nothing's habbenings" retards). Does this experiment work? Here are the details (without the pics, which you can't read, anyway):

Michael Sussman is in deep trouble. The judge in his case just really made things hard for him and the others. I’ll have more detailed analysis shortly, but the motions in limine were just granted in part and denied in part, and none of that is good for his defense.

@TracyBeanzOfficial
I’m going to thread this as I read it, so you may see some contradictory analysis (MAY) but this will allow me to get the information out more quickly. Here the judge details what this order is about. Note that it DOES NOT cover a lot of the pending motions out there in the case and we need to be careful about jumping to any conclusions. It covers a very small set - whether the government can argue about the validity of the data in the Alfa bank papers and whether Sussman knew, and their witness
So here, we notice that Sussman is playing a bit of a game of cat and mouse with The SC (Special Counsel). The SC says that if Sussman will concede or not dispute that there was no secret channel of communication between Trump servers and Russia, then the SC won’t seek to prove the allegation false. Ie- If Sussman concedes it was BS, Durham won’t prove that he’s a liar in court. If Sussman uses the the data as if it’s legit, the SC wants to be able to prove how wrong he is.
Here the judge says - “that’s great and all, but it’s much more nuanced than that, because the accuracy of that data is important.” The court will allow SC to show evidence that ultimately the FBI decided the data provided was bunk, as well as what steps the FBI needed to take to prove that because that lends to materiality, the basis of the charge. The SC argues that because Sussman lied to the FBI about the origin and didn’t say he was there on behalf of a political client that the FBI took steps it otherwise wouldn’t have taken, hence materiality. This is where my biggest qualm is, because I think the FBI knew and was in on it, and this is where I lean that Durham is protecting the institution. I digress. Next slide.
Here the judge is saying (and revealing I think) that the owners of the companies where the servers purportedly involved won’t be able to take the stand and also, the “other agency” (I believe the CIA) also won’t be able to submit testimony, UNLESS the other agencies investigation had some bearing on what the FBI did. So judge is narrowing scope.
Now we get juicy, because this REALLY hamstrings any possible defense that Sussman may have. Sussman doesn’t want any of the “validity” issues litigated at all. The SC and the judge say “fine” BUT (and it’s a big one). If the government can establish what Sussman knew about the accuracy of the data, it goes to state of mind when he presented to the FBI under the guise of being a good citizen. Similarly, if he says he believed it was true (see where the issue is for him?) the government could say “well Mr. Sussman? We know that’s unreasonable because A. B. C. D.” As an example “we know that isn’t true because we have emails where you discuss how fast and loose this is and how you only needed it to be a house of cards in a breeze because it was meant for both LE cover AND public perception.”
He leaves other bits about this up for debate after further hearings - there’s a lot more to discuss. This order is very narrow. Next slide.
This paragraph is basically telling Sussman he loses on the FBI expert witness that the SC wants to question, because the topics the SC wants to ask about fall within three specific categories the judge will allow- ie: proving that Sussmans lie was material. The jury needs to hear what goes into investigating claims like this, which means there’s some latitude on what comes out based on how the SC questions the witness. Crafty questioning could give us juice.
Basically this order stops the bad actors in their tracks from trying to argue there was a Trump Server/Russia connection. If Sussman even DARE put his toe in that water the judge is saying that the prosecution can offer more on the data. Sussman is not going to be able to keep the lie going as a defense. He’s in a corner. There’s a lot more still to come and this is a VERY narrow ruling, but it’s fair.
Sundance and Margot Cleveland are saying the same thing about the SC. If the three letters arent held accountable NOTHING changes and Durham is wasting everyones time.
Take a deep breath and think about this. Trump knew FBI was corrupt and tried to take down his presidency. Trump also knew how hard it is to bring this to the light given the way media and govt institutions protect each other.
So he did all that drama with Sessions and got these investigations going. Durham was so stealth that even in the leaky DC where everything leaks, his name was mentioned only when they were ready for it. (Q has a post on this).
Now, after Trump has been "gone" for more than a year, suddenly it starts raining. Do you think this would be possible if Durham was in anyway stoppable or even possible to put on a leash?
Now ask yourself this. Do you think they would have gone to all this trouble and waited all this time, just to catch Hillary? C'mon man!
Yes I think they are fully capable of using the Hillary campaign as the scapegoat to satisfy our sense of Justice while protecting the institutions that were without doubt collaborators in this treason. And everything coming from the SC points exactly in this direction.
Have we not witnessed decades of this type of duplicity? Why should we trust that this time will be different?
I hope Im wrong and fear Im not.
If that was the case, Trump could have spared the deep state, cut a deal, threw Hillary under the bus, become a hero, enjoyed a 2 term glorious presidency and rode off into the sun set.
SC has already established that CIA themselves knew the Sussman data was bogus. They are building the case methodically.
I mean, feel free to doom all you want, but thats not what we are seeing. We haven't even seen the tip of the iceberg in terms of Durham filings yet.
Im not trying to doom brother but three peoples opinions I respect, Tracy Beanz, Margot Cleveland and Sundance are all saying similar things here.
None of those three people have ever prosecuted a single case much less an insanely complex RICO case involving the worlds most powerful psychopaths.
They have ZERO lawfare experience. On the other hand, Durhams playing at a top tier level with no do overs if he fukks up.
Prosecutors who have handled RICO cases and who ARE very dialed in to what Durham has and is up to are "peoples opinions I respect" around Durham. Examples? Kash Patel and Trumps DNI Ratcliffe. Also @Techno_Fog.
Non lawyer emotionals like Sundance and Beanz? Absolutely not. Margot Cleveland the lawyer academic? Not for analysis around a RICO case lawfare death match.
For war analysis I prefer hearing from successful warriors, especially warriors with insider info and a history or courageous honesty.
Wait for Kash to cover this. He is more authoritative than any of these others.
Yea I havent seen technofog go there either and he has extensive experience in the DoJ. That keeps my spirits up.
Listen I really hope all you guys commenting are right. This is the only aspect of everything happening that gets me to doom.
It is imperative that the 3 letter agencies are held accountable. The SSCI is the grand enabler of this behavior and they must go down too. State, C_A, Justice, FBI, SSCI, HSCI, Gang of Eight, EOP, FISC, RNC, DNC and the IG offices are all complicit in treason. If it isnt fixed this thing will get truly ugly. Let the institutions burn to the ground, there is no saving them.
Personally I find it quote obvious Sussman is being isolated, humiliated and paraded out in front of the DS.
I believe it's a mind game, to get them all shitting their pants.
EVERYONE involved after Sussman who....KNOWINGLY.... involved themselves in this plot will know their day is soon to come.
No one sees everything clearly right now. Fog of war.
You've missed the Key Element, The Swamp, and that is the one thing Trump wants to fully destroy....
We have four things in play:: Horse, Cart, Driver Goods in Cart....
The way you want it is:: Driver facing <, Cart Facing <, Horse facing >, Goods...
What we need is <Horse, <Cart, <Driver, Goods in Cart....
Horse = LAW.....
Cart = Courts/Investigations.....
Driver = SC...
Goods = Swamp +......
SC is simply unloading the Cart one Item at a time in the Order that they were Made/Loaded, FIFO......
Institutions are not collaborators. They are like cars, guns, and political parties. They are just vehicles. It's the people involved that determine whether the vehicle is benevolent or malignant. They are the ones that should be held to account, in such a public, humiliating, and punishing way, that NO ONE operating the vehicle would ever abuse their authority and position again.
Wait, back up just a little bit.....
You're putting the Cart two car lengths in front of the horse and expecting unreasonable results....
First he needs to get a conviction on the Primary Players, Sussman and others, THEN he can go after the FBI, CIA, etc....
He cannot go afet both at the same time because the EVIDRNCE in Sussmans Case needs to be proven BEFORE going after the Secondary Players.....
There are so many ways this could play out. What you outlined is just one scenario. He could get every one to turn on each other and m make them introduce evidence. He could have more indictments up his sleeve. He could have new filings for the previous indictment. And so on
IF, if I were a Prosecuter, I think I'd want it to play out the way he is moving it....
It seems more logical, and really straight forward.....
Thanks C5, this is really valuable. We are getting information from a firehose so to speak in Durham's case (remember when we thought it was soooo slow), and MSM already splashing headlines that Durham squashed and what not, stuff like this is really necessary.
😆
The difference between you and OP is better shielding.
I used to follow some income tax cases of some people in the "tax honesty" movement several years ago. The gov would always file a "motion in limine" to keep out the material the defendant used to decide their tax status. You know, things like tax regulations and publications. "It might confuse the jury". They usually got away with it too. And, thanks for the analysis.
Your patience barrel far exceeds mine fren, max respect for those who dive headfirst into tax case law.
Can you imagine how much more human intelligence or brainpower could be freed if the Tax system was abolished?
No more tax accountants, lawyers, shills, IRS bozzos, the carbon savings! … all of them could “Learn to Code” and maybe grow some food.
The world of tomorrow, today!
NCSWIC
It isn't really all that complicated once you've had a chance to search and research it all and then line it out into a straight line of reading and thinking.....
The confusion is in the various pamphlets and HOW they ask for the paperwork to be done.....
Yes generally true, just takes time. However, the IRS can be very vague in definition, which infuriates me. And can then retroactively apply their ‘new’ definitions to prior tax years.
Yup, that's part of their method.....
I will never say they aren't thieves, nor will I say they write things in an easy to understand way.....
They have tried to Master the skill of deception in writing, but, it's mostly smoke and mirrors....
👆 YOU are the kind of researcher I us mods think we're protecting when we go nuclear on retards. Thanks for being here.
Screw that. Put the FBI and the Clowns on the stand. Nothing they could testify to would violate any standing directives re: sources and intel gathering...UNLESS all of that is a sham to begin with. Why the judge would deny that is beyond me, ESPECIALLY when those two issues are at the heart of this SC investigation!!
Right, and I have a Mail order Car for you, cheap.....
Order today, you'll receive the steering Wheel in one week.....
The rest, after you're fully paid up......
$20,000 Dollar Down needed.....
LEGAL ADVICE: Invest in KY jelly, the Clinton crowd will be buying it in bulk VERY soon!
They will slid eeeeasy.
beware of doorknobs and scarves - you swore to the witches oath!
I hope he doesn't get off that easily!
Here's the deal. In a volume of water every molecule is connected to another such that all the water is connected. This one small sound reverberates throughout. But most important here is that when you pull the train stopper and the first molocules first flow into the drain then the remaining molecules fate is set... they all will go down.
This in the case, the amount of time required is directly proportional to the volume of the water and the size of the drain. Akin to a leaking dam. Once the first leak starts then in quick order the hole becomes larger and larger and the draining then becomes faster and faster.
“This is where my biggest qualm is, because I think the FBI knew and was in on it, and this is where I lean that Durham is protecting the institution. I digress. Next slide.“
Yeah mine too!
When you say this is where your biggest qualm is, are you suggesting that the fbi knew and will get off Scott free? Durham is protecting them from being prosecuted? If so that shit sucks. May never get to who really needs Justice!! Sussman takes the fall for the major players?
Think of this possibility: there are bad hombres in the fbi, and they will be hunted and removed. Q has said so. "no one escapes"
However, the purpose and function of an institution like the fbi is still needed going forward, and there are still good patriotic Americans doing good work there.
To use the idea, "saving/protecting the institution", in this scenario (and IMHO), is not protecting the fbi from their own reckoning, but preserving the institution in its better form, separated from the crooks and cronies that have given it a bad name. This isn't a scorched earth campaign.
My 2 cents...
I get your point but what I am more concerned with is the idea that Sussman is taking the fall for everything. No Hillary or Strozk, paige, Brennan etc. Many of those who were involved will get away.
There was another filing a couple weeks ago where Durham accused Sussman of sending the FBI on a "wild goose chase". You dont use that phrasing if you are going to hold the FBI accountable.
So yes Durham will protect the institutions and that is what Barr tasked him to do. This is infuriating. And ultimately it leaves Patriots with only a last resort.
Someone prosecuting a RICO case which includes some of the most world famous and powerful people and institutions on earth "would not use that phrasing".
Source: dude trust me, I know stuff?
Ever play cards? If so, did you show everything in your hand at the start of the game?
What if the stakes were everything you loved in this life AND there's no do over?
Perhaps fret less and pray more.
The Serenity Prayer, easily found on line, can be helpful.
Serenity 12/16/2001 It has saved me daily for 20+ years. Though I do struggle with the Wisdom part pretty much daily as well.
The wild goose chase comment intrigues me.
From searching the origin of the phrase:
Yes I think Sussman and people like him will end up being fall guys. I hope I’m wrong.
I guess =/= " I think".
Since there's no need to guess, consider adopting President Trumps "lets see what happens" attitude.
Perhaps also emulate President Trump by being totally focused on and engaged with the battles to win local and state primary races that start ending in a few weeks. And election integrity efforts? And https://theprecinctstrategy.com. And.....ie your jobs rather than Durhams or other people beyond your control.
Fret guessing interferes with doing.

Kek.
As we see, Durham may be protecting the agencies right now so he can get the info and documents needed. Once he has more and more documents for his cases he may be able to reveal who at the FBI/DOJ are the bad actors.
It's a tipping the scales of justice strategy.
Question: If Sussman ends up in a "Forever Box" (grave), where will all this stand?
