Hehe I kinda cheated. The timezone shown in that post is Aussie timezone. It was actually posted on Oct 28th. That day was apparently surreal. Just the week before the whole Uranium One scandal was looking like it was going to explode. This post summarises how surreal this was.
Suddenly people noticed that the left MSM was acting very panicky while Fox anchors, apparently, couldn't stop beaming. There was talk about Mueller could be fired, and others felt he was going to make a huge indictment. Some thought this could be Podesta / Manafort / or even Hillary (many thought Mueller was a white hat).

I highly encourage all anons to read the whole thread. It's almost like a stream of consciousness - you get the feeling of the day. There is no other way to experience first hand, the day Q started dropping.
The vibes are not too unlike what we are seeing today, with everyone anticipating something big will happen on Monday.
And yes, the monday in question - Nov 4th 2017, something really big did happen. One side of the Pyramid - the Saudi deep state - was purged. The rest is history.

Yep, thats what I remember as well. I think Q even point to this at one point (iirc it was when the first leak about Durham comes out) and Anons go crazy when they realise the date.

Do you have archives of any other 4chan threads when Q posted? I never heard of it until 2020, so I missed all of those threads. It didn't seem like many people reacted to those early ones, or did I miss something? Really interesting though. Were there any really crazy threads when Deltas and proofs occurred? Would love to read those, if only for the historical significance. Agree or disagree that Q is legitimate, nobody on either side can deny that those 4chan threads are truly historical artifacts, for better or for worse.
I didn't make it. I had to go to bed, lol. And now I can't see your links because I get an Access Denied error. And I'd really love to see that 'stream of consciousness' you speak of. It would probably be like reliving the excitement of those first posts and the anticipation of what was coming next.

And yes, even though I have read the Q drops, especially the initial ones dozens of times, reading this whole thread gives me much more complete perspective.
The anticipation of the Anons can literally be felt in the air. I am kinda lucky I did not find Q then, because the expectation that all the bad guys (puppets) will go to prison imminently would have been too much when I realised the plan was a much more long term one. I don't know if I could have handled it. However, looking back and re-experiencing it at this moment in time, its just amazing.
Oh thanks! The second link worked. Can't wait to go through that. As for the expectations and all that, I can see how/why looking at it from this point in time it would seem like it would have been hard to take the disappointment. But for me at least, it was so exciting and gave people so much hope, it didn't seem that bad. Oh sure, no doubt we all would have been thrilled to see hil perp walked (especially if it had been through the halls of congress - just as a nice backdrop, you know) but just the concept of knowing that there was somebody/somebodies on our side, people close to 45 and who actually had the authority and the ability to DO something -- that was just so exciting and gave us so much hope, it made all the waiting bearable. Now we're 4.5 years in. If we had known we'd still be talking about it and waiting, maybe our perception would have been different. I hate waiting. I'm not a patient person. But it has to be done right. So we wait.

It's helpful since every post on a chan board is sequential and not subdivided like they are here.

Different audience and generations. The people that grew up with 4chan are in their 30s and 40s now. The older folks never used it. And the younger ones don’t know what it is either.
There’s this band of ages that grew up with it, who saw the magic and realized indeed, /pol is always right and unfiltered anon posts are the best way to get to the truth. for the younger generations, 4chan isn’t as big as it was for us. They too pussy.
The younger generation grew up with a centralized and censored Internet. They don't know what they're missing.

I was on there for about a year almost 2 lurking/mind blown at the things I was learning before I came here. I grew up knowing a lot of things were off. My mom raised us with an “anon” mindset so never trusted govt.
I'm a whole lot older than 40, and I followed Q on 4chan nearly from the start. The first time I took notice of it was February 2018, four months in. Perhaps there is a majority of one age group that was there posting regularly, but there were many others as well.
I'm over 50, and a grandpa, and I 'member those days on halfchan, cuz I was there, right when all the shills and bots were swarming Q posts.

Gave up trying to use the chans a long time ago. Not surprised most people don't know about them. The captchas are impossible to solve, and 90% of the time, even once you do luck out and guess it correctly, it just says your IP has been banned due to previous abuse by someone else. You have to be truly hard core to be willing to put up with that kind of frustration.
