Look at the username of the alleged Q posts in OP's screenshot. Some say "Anonymous" and some say Q with a different trip code at the end of it. Websites like qalerts automatically search the message board for posts submitted by Q and its unique trip code, but because these Q posts aren't using the same trip code (or one at all) those websites aren't finding and showing them.
The fact that some of the posts have the tripcode manually typed in as part of the username, is low IQ faggotry that makes this very hard for this anon to take seriously.
Of the various types of q proofs, time stamp 0 delta is the easiest to spoof.

This does not appear to be Q's actual tripcode, trolls are pasting the tripcode into their usernames (the trip is not glowing).
You can also verify it by highlighting the username and tripcode, it highlights the space between them as well, indicating that the space is part of the name field. Look at a real Q post, if you highlight the name and tripcode the space between them is not highlighted.
