The Twitter post this is a screenshot of doesnt have a source, just a screenshot of the text. This is a screenshot of a screenshot with no other sources listed. I went through comments on the Twitter post and saw people asking for source, I didn't look through everything but I never saw anyone post a source. If someone else can find something that'd be great, from what I can tell this was completely made up.
Had a feeling. I don't doubt that Putin and BRICS are going to be turning up the heat over the biolabs, and I personally believe that the labs are part of the path to convening tribunals. But for now I have to write off the quote above as fake and ghey.
I did read that Putin was presenting evidence to the UN of the US involvement in bioweapons labs, and China was expanding upon its verification. But I also read that the UN was blocking any investigation. Also, I read a speech Putin made that basically said this same statement. He definitely had the means to gather evidence and to take the guilty back to Russia.
I said in a comment on a previous post that I expect this to collapse the UN. My prediction is that Russia will fail in its efforts to resolve the BWC violations through the UN, probably due to Security Council vetoes by US, UK and France. The result will be a massive bloc of nations, led by BRICS withdrawing from the organization en masse. What happens from there is anyone's guess, but I bet you it involves a precipice.

After digging for a while, I found the quote with an unrelated Putin-picture on the awakeningtribe telegram channel. It seemingly is a translation from a french Q-channel. They give a link to a russian website as source, but when you read the source —> https://russiaun.ru/en/news/unsc_130522 you won‘t find the quote, but instead a statement from Vassily Nebenzia and Dmitry Polyanskiy about biolabs in Ukraine. The statements are more than interesting, and every journalist in Europe and USA should be ashamed for not covering it.

I have been thinking about how this plays out —this information & truth dissemination stage. Think of how long the covid messaging and the ubiquity of the message on every program, in every news source…how long did it take for people to regard it as fact? It didn’t happen in a day….it didn’t happen in 10 days…
I’ve been imagining various scenarios where it would be sped up…a scare event, with all communication (tv, internet mainly) down for a period of days. Would heightened fear and then some takeover of all the television channels and internet work quickly?

Precisely my point. Source is the very first thing I look for when a quote is posted. If there's no source posted, I try going to the tweet in question etc. Why? Because I've actually shared things like this from here that everyone was upvoting, got pinned etc just to have my semi-progressive partner look it up and proving to me it is fake. That was embarrassing and didn't happen just once. Now I've learned my lesson. I'm certain that I'm not the only one on here who's experienced this. It is so so crucial to do our due diligence. How can we be digital warriors who fight for the truth if we don't care about the truth? Confirmation bias is NOT just a woke or normie issue, it concerns us all.
