I mean what idiot would get a fucking tattoo like that if they didn't really get the shot? I think I would go with something less flashy though.

People would just assume if you got the tattoo you got the shot.
The best part is design the tattoo in a way that it can easily be covered up later.
This would work for on the street type inspections. Not sure if it would work for job requirements etc. They probibly would want paperwork regardless.
