Tail number? Like the unique identifying number of an airplane?
For example, the airplanes that recorded video of the happenings in Kenosha, that somehow knew exactly where the main violence was going to happen and were there right in the best spots to monitor/ capture the moving bands of criminals?

Yes they do. Or they are supposed to. Most are not big enough to see from the ground though. So registration is more for the lost drone that does damage or kills someone. I can assure you the FAA is not capable of monitoring compliance. Only after the fact will they act. For me, it means tail number from a helicopter that can be seen from the ground and WHO owns or leased that helicopter. IMO.
UAVs are required to have a registration number if used for commercial purposes but too small to see. Full size military drones I could not answer on.

I remember reading an article around the time the Rittenhouse trial was going on that mentioned there was a FBI drone that shot video of the whole thing, and that video was used as evidence by (I think) the prosecution team.
I specifically remember everyone arguing what that footage showed and here I was thinking "the FBI's surveilling us with drones now?"

Was saying this all from the very beginning how every single event surrounding Kyle was PERFECTLY recorded from an aerial drone, be it the first shooting or the subsequent ones where he was running towards the police line. Couldn’t have choreographed the filming any better unless the FBI itself had planned the events and the locations (and perhaps the actors too..?)
And potentially directed them to attack Kyle too

I hear what you're saying @10lbsBass - but I think you need to take a different perspective.
Example - I was fired for SAYING I would not take the shot. Someone reported me to HR and claimed it was Disturbing and Divisive to them.
My job was at Blizzard Entertainment - one of the most "Woke" companies in the entertainment business in Southern CA - one of the most "Woke" areas of the country.
Since we were WFH during all of this - I have EVERY SINGLE THING RECORDED on video. Every single thing pertaining to that event Recorded on Video.
Now - back to this "Someday" sentiment that Kyle shared....
I get that - you know why?
Because there isn't a Lawyer in CA that is going to take my case, even with the IRREFUTIBLE documentation I have to support my wrongful termination case.
Why? Because the temperature in the country is not "Ripe" yet.
However - we're nearing the time - one inch at time. Other Lawsuits in more "Ripe" areas are breaking the way.
So - "Someday soon", I too will be able to walk up to a Lawyer in SoCal and tell them everything I have and everything that happened and we're going to go in for the kill.
Kyle has to wait for the temperature in the world to be "Ripe". Why? We don't know exactly - but, given he's demonstrated his character to be good - I think it's worth taking him at his word - sitting down - and just being patient.
Strategy requires patience. War requires strategy. We are in a war. Always remember that.
It doesn't happen on a TV show schedule.

I'm not sure what you are trying to communicate, but I'm listening if you want to clarify.
Way too many people are waiting around to be saved when they should be standing up and demanding change.
Look at the impact the Canadian truckers had. Imagine if a country ten times the size did that. It would inspire the world and trigger a global revolution. America is the most powerful country on the planet and the planet needs a leader now more than ever. I am not sure what the people are waiting for.
I don't mean armed civilians either. All it would take is a show of unity.
I get what you're saying - and I understand the value of strength in numbers.
However, everything you're saying is pointing at Other People.
That's my point - your perspective is not oriented at Your part to play.
If you focus on Your part to play because you begin believing that WE are in a war, then You will start engaging in Strategy.
Through that, you will come to appreciate that other soldiers that are Participating in this war, are following their own Strategy.
And this will give you Patience.
When you change your orientation to this War from being affected by it to being a Participant - then you will understand that You Are the Leader, on your front - in a million front war.

Yeah - for a lot of years, having my roots in the sort of values we discuss here - I could see the value system in wow inching bit by bit towards a communist type system.
As I became more suspicious of this shift, I noticed it more and more - to the point where I started seeing it as a sort of training ground for the future the Bad Guys are trying to implement now.
It's either that - or a natural manifestation of the fantasies of the people making the game.
Regardless of the driving source, the outcome is the same - a pre-programming of that generation to go along with the sort of systems that the Bad Guys are pushing us towards.
What happened first? Entitled Gamers, or Entitled Regular people? If you really look into that question, it's hard to tell - there's a lot of argument that supports either.
As 2019 and 2020 rolled in - We (me and a few other co-workers who are awake and would secretly confide in each other, lol) - noticed some of the new high executives coming in were straight up from Bush and Clinton era high ranking Government positions. It was very strange...
Now that we know what we do about Facebook and Twitter probably being financially propped up by the CIA/DS - I look back at my suspicions about Blizz being co-opted into a training ground - and the DS government hires - ... and can't help but think my gut feeling about WoW being used as a social training/test ground has something to it.
Doesn't matter anymore - that place will go down with everything else that's rotten to the core and propped up by false power, once the chips start falling.

Sounds like very bad luck to me. I was never much into collecting - too many modern design practices that subvert the time investment and remind you you're dumb for doing it the hard way.
Ex. - today if you simply watched their twitch streams, they were giving away coveted collector's mount that hasn't been available for years (discontinued card game) - had a $3k value because of it's rarity. Although you could argue that spending $3k for a video game item is dumb, that doesn't matter - the disregard of the system that gave it value is going to tell a lot of collectors to not waste their time.

Gallery means the “audience” or observers in the courtroom. So basically, his lawyer was arguing a motion to call the FBI to testify, and the US attorney sitting in the gallery “audience”, objected. Im pretty sure the tail number refers to the drone that had captured footage of Rittenhouse being chased by the crowd prior to the shooting.

hrm, I remember what he is speaking about there, that FBI agent was going to testify at one point then they ended up not doing so, did not pay attention to the reason he/she did not though beyond (security reasons or Sensitive info). I am curious as to what the person was going to testify to. heh.
The FBI agent did testify, but it was not broadcast. Once the subject of the questioning got to the tail number, a federal government rep objected, and after arguments over the objection, the FBI agent was dismissed and the jury was told to disregard all of his testimony.
