It should be under his name, and that should give him the power necessary to just shut down the Charter, which makes PV into a nonentity, and absolutely taxable, along with illegal....
They are already working on coming up under another name. This is going to end up being nothing more than a temporary speed bump. They may strike it down, but it will come back even stronger. Same founder, same journalists, same donors. Just a different name. The actuality of it all, it's really the board that's getting fired.
“ The board will let them walk. Destroying PV is their goal anyways.”
Exactly. But hopefully everyone threatening to quit will join Mr. O’Keefe in a new venture.
My ...what an absolute force to be reckoned with...James O'Keefe...the power, ability and opportunity of one righteous man...taking on his opposition and felling them all with his words of truth backed by his honor and integrity...what a man! What a difference one man can make...
Well, the full context of O'Keefe firing the CFO may suggest hubris. It certainly ignited the board, and than there may have been the treatment of the board itself, which may have caused them to all align together. Just saying, all that success may have created a 10,000 lb gurella. Having said that, O'Keefe needed on the front lines. Time to move on, reform, and get back to the battle, which I think is happening with the O'Keefe troops falling in line with their leader.
I just read an article that said Tyrmand is suspended from the Board of Advisors for the NY Republican Club because of the shit going on at PV. The article said Tyrmand will be investigated by the club as to his involvement with JOK's oust at PV.
We need to keep in mind that JOK did NOT resign, he was stripped of his roles. I'm sure he covered his ass when he created the board.
I haven't seen an updated about the journos leaving.
This is really heartening. You know there's a local grocery chain up here in New England that was started by 2 brothers, years later was owned by 2 cousins. One cousin, was really the one running it, knew all the store managers personally, many of the department managers, numerous staff in general & treated them like family (70+ stores) The other cousin was much less involved, just wanted to milk the chain for what it was worth, wanted to raise prices some & be less generous to the staff. At some point he got together with the board & fired his cousin, the one who was really running the place.
Then the store went on strike for the beloved former owner! They refused to unload the trucks & encouraged customers to shop elsewhere! After 6 weeks the cousin & board had no choice but to sell the chain to the fired cousin! The employees were all very happy. It's very encouraging.
The chain is always packed. It's got to be worth a billion dollars. I wondered why none of these business magazines ever wrote about it. It just shows the benefits of being a dedicated owner who really cares. I'm sure JOK is similar. I do hope this ends in a similar way <3
Hmmm....something is up here. There is definitely "more than meets the eye" going on. PV's board would HAVE to have known kicking JOK would cause a huge meltdown. JOK spent a lot of his time with donors, visiting with them face to face. It took up a lot of his time but he did it to keep things rolling. The board would have to be mentally retarded to think a lot of donors wouldn't rapidly lose confidence in PV and the money train would stop. And yet they fired him anyway.
Any guesses as to what's really happening? It almost sounds like Pfizer and other "interested parties" offered board members a few mil in Swiss bank accounts to kick JOK out.
PV has been threatened by the left for 13 years. They have been sued multiple times, raided by the FBI, harassed, doxed, etc. Yet they never once issued a retraction or caved to outside pressure. What made this time different?
Pfizer made it different. It loops in the other pharma's and the government that allowed it all. This wasnt a singular entity affected. It wrapped in potentially all the cabal including msm.
They literally thought they could fire O'Keefe and the donors would not know. Never mind the fact that he spends more time with donors developing relationships than he does anything else. According to O'Keefe himself, they thought the donors would not know. They are actually that stupid.
The board members are so clueless they accused O'Keefe of steeling money from the company for his wedding. The problem is, O'Keefe is not MARRIED! They used company funds to rent a wedding hall for a Christmas party. But the clueless board saw "wedding" in the description and accused him of theft. At the end of the day, here is what is going to happen. Project Veritas will come back under a different name. Same founder, same journalists, same donors, different board. The board doesn't get to win. They will all lose their jobs as PV goes under.
JOK mentioned that they had essentially a fundamental difference of opinion, on fundraising I'm assuming. The board appeared to have an issue with his expenditures (black cars, etc), but JOK believes they were not unnecessary. Though that was probably the start of the coup anyway, board doesn't really give a shit about expenses. Their mission was to get him out.
Wasn't that where the CFO told him they could still rake in cash if tge donors didn't know that he was gone??? (James didn't say who said that to him, although some in the room knew)
This will give O'Keefe the opportunity to rebuild PV under a new name and eliminate the weaknesses that allowed this to take place in the first place. Good for him.
this is so encouraging....moving from "me, my ass and my career" to "Duty First"
well that would leave the Board , the Fundraising department (Excluding the Chief Fundraising Officer) and the Executive Director...
Does the Board think that they live in a Dire Straits song???
Kek. Money for Nothing...
So, why doesn't JOK just pull their Charter???
It should be under his name, and that should give him the power necessary to just shut down the Charter, which makes PV into a nonentity, and absolutely taxable, along with illegal....
Hes out, resigned.
By his own word on the video, he did not resign, he was removed.
That shouldn't be a stopping point....
Either way, he is still liable in some way for the shit that PV Board does, or fails to do....
Imagine human beings with integrity, they stand behind their leader 💪
A thing of beauty...

First investigation can be into the corrupted PV board
This
I agree this is likely the way... the PV name was becoming well known even among normies. By chance do you have sauce to confirm?
Just what O'Keefe said in his farewell video. He didn't go into a lot of detail, probably for legal reasons. But he hinted at it.
“ The board will let them walk. Destroying PV is their goal anyways.”
Exactly. But hopefully everyone threatening to quit will join Mr. O’Keefe in a new venture.
Don't they know about the Phoenix?????
My ...what an absolute force to be reckoned with...James O'Keefe...the power, ability and opportunity of one righteous man...taking on his opposition and felling them all with his words of truth backed by his honor and integrity...what a man! What a difference one man can make...
There's a hero... https://youtu.be/7iwOFpgNELE

I hope O'Keefe wins this in a big way, but also checks himself on hubris that attaches itself to success every time.
I don't think Weird Al Yankovic ever had hubris.
But most of the time, yeah.
Any examples of his hubris?

The 'attempted firing' of the CFO is what we need real information on. This appears to be the linchpin that set the ball in motion.
In any case, eyes on.
Exactly.
Hubris. I'm impressed to see you guys using a Greek word. :-)
Gratias.
I always disliked Tyrmand. His takes were usually really bad - especially regarding us “Qtards.” Nice to see this bozo in full reaction mode.

Yep, fuck him and the rest of his clown posse.... they deserve to be ousted.

I love this story- thank you for sharing it! This is the way!!

They are so stupid that they think we are equally stupid. Probably more.
Big pharma threats to family? Who knows.

Literally WWG1WGA
I'm guessing there is more to this than meets the eye....
They might as well make their loss of a job count. Veritas is dead without O'Keefe.
GREAT POST!
Now ain’t that something.
what was the reason okeefe was trying to fire the CFO?
JOK mentioned that they had essentially a fundamental difference of opinion, on fundraising I'm assuming. The board appeared to have an issue with his expenditures (black cars, etc), but JOK believes they were not unnecessary. Though that was probably the start of the coup anyway, board doesn't really give a shit about expenses. Their mission was to get him out.

Outcome? Did they resign?
The PV board probably plans to use the funds to turn it on conservatives/patriots with undercover stings.
God be with these people. Please let them keep their courage.

EPIC!!
