that is definitely not a treehouse in terms of size compared to the branches, and a tree house would appear to grow more than a small object when the camera focal length increases. It did not.
instead look at the tree, generally there is a branch that crosses infrint of the window. Unless they trimmed the branch this year, that is whats more peculiar than a birdhouse.

Whatever it is, there's more of it you can see in the video when he moves his head. There's even a bit visible over his other shoulder in the frame shown up top. It's not a bird house.
