Reading through Trump’s Indictment is interesting but it’s all for not, or a DemoLib losing show. Line 24 destroys the entire clump of BS charges.
This simple piece in Line 24, “including NAUTA packed some of his items and boxes” (which boxes, how many?), or all of Line 24 as it’s printed, will provide plenty of reasonable doubt to any jury, especially in red Florida. The prosecution has already sunk their own case in providing plenty of doubt in whom was responsible for what. And do I need to mention Trump can declassify anything before stepping on that airplane, and again, he never conceded the election to Biden.

MSM doesn't ignore it. MSM claims that the president doesn't have the right to declassify documents in certain circumstances, and that these documents fit said circumstances.

The crooked judge will apply the wrong law (Espionage Act) instead of the law that applies to presidents (The Presidential Records Act) so they can harm Trump's campaign. Trump can appeal all the way to the Supreme Court and win, but the crooked judge thinks it is worth misapplying the law in order to muck up Trump's campaign and new presidency.
The crooked AZ judge did the same thing to Kari Lake. He applied civil law instead of election law. So, instead of just proving that misdeeds created doubt about the election outcome, she had to prove intent to cheat. Crooked.
The only recourse is appeals.
The PRA established the fact that Presidential records do not belong to the President. They belong to us and the National Archives is the legal custodian of them.
That's how this whole thing got started.

He didn’t follow the law so he could attempt to take all the documents and hide them, and NARA has no involvement with his stuff. NARA and everyone else is desperately attempting to shield the public from this info. That somehow he is completely exempt from the same rules that are getting Trump prosecuted. NARA is in on it. Notice no one there is leaking this info like they are Trump info? They are deep state like everyone else.
I assume Obama stuff was already raided and is part of an investigation. This is just revenge from the deep state and an attempt to get ahead of the Obama investigation by prosecuting Trump.
Considering the circumstances, the fact that Obama didn’t have over any of his records to NARA should be the biggest news in the country. And yet not a word.
There is far more going on here than we can see.

It seems like Trump mentions his impeachments more than Democrats do. I think they are losing, and each of their tactics is throwing sand in the eyes of the American People once their previous tactic is exposed as a lie.
Remember how these lies all started? First it was “Trump has a 1% chance of winning the Presidency”. They staked their whole reputation on that. When he won in 2016, they were all exposed as liars and frauds and that their “scientific polls” are cooked and fake.
That would have been the first awakening moment for the people, and the Democrats and corporate media couldn’t let that happen, so they immediately threw sand in the eyes of the American People to distract them. They said achktually they weren’t wrong because Russia “hacked the election”.
They did that for two years and kept everyone in a holding pattern. Was the corporate media a fraud, or did Russia hack the election? That was what Mueller was brought in for. Democrats swore up and down that although they hadn’t accepted the election results, they would absolutely positively accept the Mueller Report. All they wanted was the troof, yo.
Then Mueller came back: No Collusion. Oops. They were exposed again, all for the same continuation of the same gaslighting lie. So out came the sand again, flung into the eyes of the American People before they could see what was happening. What? What’s this? Trump made a phone call to Ukraine! Impeach impeach! This was the true scandal. Heck, maybe Ukraine hacked the election. Or something. Who knows. IMPEACH!
Another year or so went by as the American People meticulously brushed every grain of sand out of their eyes until they could see clearly again. Impeachment was rejected. Trump was acquited! A perfect phone call. The end of the gaslighting was finally in sight.
Then boom! More sand. A virus from Chyna! It’s called... The Coronavirus! Danger! Danger! Trump wants everyone to die from a virus! Orange Man Bad! Rat Doctor Good! Virus Very Dangerous! Fear fear fear!
It took the American People another two years to figure that one out. But finally they did catch on. And then wham! Right before their lies are about to catch up with them, another fistful of sand in the face. War in Ukraine! Everyone post a blue and yellow flag! Covid? What even is that? There was never any Covid. Forget about Covid! We’re moving on! Ukraine Ukraine Ukraine is your hysteria now.

I will agree with you, but nothing in this man's life (lately) is going according to any legal plan--they shut him down, charge him with "non" crimes and seem to make up evidence on the fly. So I will hope this is thrown out, if he can get the right judge to hear, a Constitutionally minded one, that is.

Imagine if he'd been conducting official business, up to TOP SECRET (Codeword, compartmentalised), with other key conspirators on an unauthorized system. This was a set-up from the beginning. NARA provides a secure location for presidential documents to be stored the moment a president leaves office( see Obama, Bush, Clinton) All of (their) documents went to a NARA location. No such place was provided for Trump so he was forced to store them at his residence, see what I mean?
Lets all remember that the Mar A Lago raid was implemented for one reason. To gather the Crossfire Hurricane documents. Those docs incriminate Obama, Comey, Hillary, Joe, Susan Rice, etc....with the exception of Comey, and Hillary...the rest of them are actually at the helm of the current administration.

We have seen documented proof of at least some of the documents being declassified by Trump before he left office. There's no telling how many other documents that were at Mar-A-Lago which he ordered to be declassified, the letters of which have not been disclosed yet.

Also the criminal charges don't begin until paragraph 77, so it's unclear to me how much that sentence changes things.
A lot of the stuff in the intro is background or context. For example paragraph 13 is just about classified info in general.

Um, yeah. Declassifying is transparency. We're not the side that fears transparency.
A military cannot function with full transparency if it has any enemies.
But a government cannot be free if it functions with total secrecy.
Separation of powers. The Congress cannot pass a law that diminishes the powers of the Executive. Within the Executive, there can be directives (classification), but the authority is vested in the President. There are no "traditional" channels. They are all prescribed by regulation, under the authority of the President. One of the considerations in picking a President.
The President is not supposed to have the authority to declare war. But we seem to tolerate the conceit that he does. Do we want that? (I don't.)
