Yes, we have some cells that regrow, but they're the minority: certain skin cells, bone marrow cells, cells that replace the lining of your GI tract, etc. But for those 95%, if a mutation turns on the "grow" signals or turns off the "stop growing" signals, it can lead that cell that's not supposed to grow to make copies of itself. It functions parasitically in the sense that it feeds off of the body's circulatory system for food and oxygen while it grows. That's what a cancer is. But again, the cells don't change species and turn into worm cells.
As far as ivermection and fenbendazole working in cancer, first we have to establish that's reliably true, and second, we have to explain how that works. Cancer is diverse enough of a topic genetically that you can't just claim really any treatment "cures cancer." Anything that actually does work would be highly specific to the mutation profile of the individual cancer. For example, HER2+ breast cancer is very different from triple-negative breast cancer and the treatments are very different as well. The details matter if we're going to have a serious discussion on the topic.

I remember when my grandfather developed cancer 20 years ago. Whatever treatment they gave him (I don't remember it now) caused his glucose to soar. I don't remember anyone addressing his diet or even doing much to regulate his blood sugar. It's like they felt it was irrelevant to his overall condition. He got worse and worse until they finally had to amputate part of his foot. He went into hospice and died shortly after that procedure.
Most doctors can't see the forest for the trees, and they know NOTHING about nutrition. This is a very frightening thing to consider, since so many of us are susceptible to diabetes through genetics and the modern food supply and sedentary lifestyle. This is a helpful video.
I can't remember all the details now, but I do remember my mother being upset that they weren't doing more for his diabetes once it got bad. I remember that they stopped letting him have his daily Pepsi, which he loved, but his blood sugar stayed very high until the end.
