CPAP machines don’t get serviced. It’s not an HVAC or something like that.
You can tell how many CPAP machines I've been around, lol. I remember my grandma was on oxygen and some guy came over once a week to service the tanks.
Yeah, they are a very small device, would fit in a shoe box. Everything on them is self service. Replace the filter, hose, or mask yourself. Anything beyond that and you would probably just get a new machine.
I think they do. They at least get the mask and filter replaced.

Double yep. I have to use one. He probably has a full face mask. He may not be a very disciplined sleeper (e.g., if he likes to sleep on his stomach---I can't do that with my "nose pillow" mask, as I would suffocate).
I use CPAP, too. That's how I recognized the marks on his face. Like you, I use a nose pillow mask, and I always wake up with marks higher up on my face.
Somehow, I have never noticed any marks on my face, but I don't tighten it hard enough to do that. Too uncomfortable. I might get some on the nape of my neck, but---guess what?---I don't see them in the mirror!

And they only had minutes before they needed to Weekend-at-Bernies him in front of a crowd. So they strapped on an oxygen mask for some pumped-up O2. I bet if he rolled his sleeves up, you'd see he just had an IV too.
My guess is Oxygen or a CPap for sleep apnea. Oh, or possibly a gag. Pretty tight, whatever it was.
