Yes, fake. I worked in medicine for a number of years. Real blood doesn't look like Kool-Aid. Remember that there are cells in blood. These are larger than molecules making real blood thicker.

Yeah they do. As a nurse I've seen real head wounds up close. More recently one of my grandchildren fell and cut her forehead. Not a very deep cut, but very bloody, because that's what really happens.

Blood is a lot more viscous and thick, whatever that is, it has water in it as blood does not separate in runs like that, however something with coloring and a noticeable percentage of a very low viscosity fluid like water or alcohol in it does...
