On the surface it appears to be a psyop, but I think with Trump likely coming back and Saudi working with Israel on a complete peace deal the supporters of "Palestine" and the Iranians sense trouble. The hostages will get them the money to pay Iran for much better rockets and other weapons to actually fight a real war. Iran will probably join as well.
