Hey all,
I'ts a looonnng story, but here is a brief overview: I requested a copy of the oath of office for my state senator, Senate Pro-Tempore Toni Atkins and her deputy, Jason Weisz. The oaths came back with all signatures redacted, which indicates to me that one or both of the oaths was never fully executed. But they didn't redact the dates, and both oaths had already expired, which means both Atkins and Weisz are currently working unlawfully.
I filed a bond complaint against both Atkins and Weisz and against the two FOIA people who improperly redacted the documents. No word back on that and Atkins is still working.
I have contacted a bunch of republican organizations, who I thought would be eager to get Atkins arrested for violating Government Code sections 1360, 1362-1369 and Section 3 of Article XX of the Constitution of California, which per Title 18 U.S.C. § 912, includes fines and/or three years imprisonment. Also, all the work she's done since the expiration has to be voided (and if she never signed that oath, everything she's ever done has to be voided). Not a peep from any of them, which makes me think that maybe some republicans are working without proper oaths, too.
Curious about who else didn't have properly executed oaths, I made a request for 22 more oaths, including Scott Weiner's. They have a 2-week turn time. It has now been 7-weeks, and the Senate Committee has made it clear that this request will be "in process" indefinitely and never be fulfilled. I complained to his HR about the FOIA people violating the laws by not providing the documents, and HR didn't do anything
Toni Atkins and Scott Weiner are at the forefront of creating and pushing laws to destroy families and transition children behind parents backs. I feel like there are other groups who will run with this information and get them ousted. Do you guys have any suggestions on who I should contact/what other steps I should take?

Try the sheriff's office. if they don't have an oath of office then they're illegal.
I already tried the Sacramento sheriff about oaths of the first three government employees that I found who didn't have oaths (all three work at the state income tax agency in Sacramento). The sheriff said they have no authority over government employees and to contact the Attorney General. I told the sheriff that the attorney general's office represents the government, not the people, and wouldn't do anything about it.
I did go ahead and notify the Attorney General of those first 3 people that I found who didn't have executed oaths. The AG never acknowledged my email, and as far as I can tell, all three are still working at the agency.
However, Atkins is in San Diego and I guess it wouldn't hurt to contact the San Diego sheriff.
The next thing I would do is start filing lawsuits and see if you can get a judge to pay attention. Nobody in the government is gonna pay attention or care about this. Talk to an attorney? Maybe there's an attorney out there that can help you.
I've read of people succeeding in lawsuits because they elected officials didn't have oaths office, or the judges even didn't have an oath of office.
In California, a bond claim is a required precursor for a lawsuit. If your and claim is denied, then you are allowed to file suit. I've already got a bond claim in process for the first two oaths that were improperly redact acted, and I am at this moment working on the bond claim for not turning over the rest of the oaths that will hopefully get filed on Monday.
I've been fighting government corruption since early 2017. I have learned that the system is rigged and that the money you pay a lawyer goes out the window. I have already sued once acting as my own lawyer and I will do it again once I get the bond denial.
The lawsuit that I did was a waste in the sense that the judge made a blatantly corrupt ruling and I didn't stop the corruption as I had hoped; but it was a giant treasure trove in terms of information that was exposed via Discovery of even more corruption and the fact that the government agency never denied the allegations of wrong doing. The agency evaded acknowledging the allegations and so did the judge. They all pretended the suit was about something different altogether, but failure to deny constitutes admission of truth. So, I got a ton of proof of more corruption and a tacit admission that they were indeed doing all the corruption.
Edit to add: I also have a bond claim pending for the 10 people at the state income tax agency that I have caught without oaths, too (I mentioned above "the first 3" but it was ten total)

Thank you for the warning. I am aware of the risk. I started fighting government corruption when I caught the state income tax agency running an embezzlement and racketeering scheme. I sent proof of the scheme to the Treasury Inspector general, the FBI, the California Auditor's Office, the Sacramento Grand Jury... everyone I could think of. The agency retaliated by posting my and my husband's social security numbers online. Which, it turns out, is a tool of harassment that they regularly utilize and the agency has had to pay big fines in the past to other people that they did it to.
I have a blog and I have started putting this on the bottom of all the posts: Note: I am not suicidal, I don’t have depression issues, I am a careful driver, I rarely drink alcohol, and I do not use drugs of any kind (not even aspirin). My family lives a wholesome life. If something happens to me or my family that is out of character for us, we were set up by the State of California as revenge for exposing their crimes.

What u r forgetting is that there is no republican or democrat, there is only one mono party. Until someone or something goes against their core, they will not move against anyone no matter the party.
100% agree. That is why I think I should start contacting parent rights groups. They'll jump on the opportunity to get these family-destroying legislative bills voided if the votes from everyone without an oath is nullified.

What about sending the information to a republican politician you like outside of your state? Someone who may be able to shine more light on this issue. If there was a way, maybe even to Trump or anyone in his sphere. If anyone of them says something on social media, then it can get more attention and more people getting involved.

Yes, I have ordered oaths for more than 80 employees of assorted California Government agencies. Except for one, all the regular employees have properly executed oaths. But an unbelievably high percentage of upper management does not. At this point, it appears that once they get promoted to the high ranks, they destroy their existing oaths and replace them with improperly executed oaths. I caught the 2nd in command at the State Controller's office red-handed doing exactly that. 55% of the California income tax agency doesn't have properly executed oaths.

If I find it again I’ll link it, but iirc, you can’t do anything unless they come after you and then you can use the lack of an oath in a judicial complaint.

My understanding is that without legal standing, everything they have done during their false commission must be voided. That means that all Atkins votes for bills that destroy parental rights must be voided.

They don’t need legal standing to write up a bunch of rules, they only need it if they’re going to make a claim against you.
An example, speeding cameras, we know their only purpose is to generate revenue for the state.
They don’t need legal standing to put cameras up everywhere.
They don’t need legal standing to flash you plates.
They don’t need legal standing to send you an bill.
They don’t need legal standing if you choose to pay it.
Now, if they send you a letter saying pay us $xxx and you send a letter back asking what laws they are moving under, now they need legal standing because now if you go to court, you can pick apart their laws. Good chance whatever law they reference will apply to “motor vehicles”. Now you can argue that you were not operating a motor vehicle because you were not using it for commerce.
That concept can be used against every action against you. State, federal, dod, doj, doe, doesn’t matter.
Someone has to make a claim against you otherwise you are presuming it applies to you, and you can’t dismantle a corrupt system with such presumption.
Only when they make the claim that you did xyz can you challenge them; “well how does xyz apply to me?” Since these everyday agents are just doing their job, they will be relentless until they realize they can be personally liable. You do that with bar grievances, judicial complaints. You go after their bond (which includes their oath). You can get them to leave you alone but you can’t get them to leave everyone else alone.
My thoughts are all over the place when it comes to this kinda stuff but I hope that makes sense.
I think you may be conflating two separate issues. Everything you said about jurisdiction is correct. However, the people in the fake jurisdiction still have to sign an oath to that fake jurisdiction and have legal standing within that fake jurisdiction. But we can opt out of their jurisdiction because it is fake.
Right now, few people understand the concept of jurisdiction. In my case, I am trying to show that the legislators are cheating at their own rules. Once they have lost credibility, people will be more open to letting go of the brainwashing that has been ingrained in us since birth. It then opens the door to the constitutionalists to step in and show how the rules the legislators created were never constitutional in the first place.
I commend you for your efforts! I've been following Scott Weiner and he is a Satanic Pedophile who is HIV positive and put forth legislation to make it a misdemeanor to infect others with HIV without disclosure. He also pushed forward legislation to give monthly paychecks to those who are HIV positive. The rest of his legislation looks like a Dr. Mengele handbook to destroy and butcher the children. He is one sick pervert.
I wish I had some advice, but I don't know anything in this area. I don't know if there are any legal/constitutional lawyers you could sic on them by contacting James O'Keefe (OMG) or Tom Fitton of Judicial Watch.

Thanks to the suggestion from others, I did contact both James O'Keefe and Tom Fitton today.
I know this sounds crazy, but in late 2016, I realized that I'd been caught in a government run scheme to defraud taxpayers. At that moment that I realized it was an unlawful scheme, I felt like it was my calling from God to end the scam. These years have been frustrating with a lot of head banging, but so much more corruption has been exposed thanks to me being tenacious. If I had succeeded back then, I would have only fixed one tiny piece of the puzzle. I now realize that the income tax agency is the financial arm of the satanist cabal, and God wants us to take down the entire cabal, not just stop one little piece of its income source. Maybe I won't end the corruption, but I feel like this oath thing may be a nail in the coffin of the cabal. I hope so.

If they cannot produce evidence of their oath, they are not lawfully elected officials and need to be removed immediately, and every piece of legislation rendered null and void
And if a prosecutor and judge are going after you in court, and they have no oaths, they are violating the law by impersonating authority. I wonder how many cases would be dropped if the defendants had that information on them?

100% agree. Everything is so convoluted and covered in red tape it's virtually impossible to make heads or tales of it. They know you have a job and family. How long can you last essentially taking on an entire separate career without pay? That's how this show continues to spiral out of control

Yup, this has literally been a part time job for me since early 2017. I feel like it is a calling from God. At first I questioned my sanity, wondering why God would want a stay-at-home mom fight the state tax agency, as opposed to a CPA or lawyer. Eventually, I realized the answer was I had the time and mental bandwidth. When I worked, I was so mentally tired that I couldn't have been able to learn law and accounting needed to do the fighting. But with a small kid at home, I actually enjoyed the mental stimulation.
I work in FOIA in the UK and we generally redact signatures too, as it's deemed personal info for some BS reason even when these officials sign the public forms with the same sig...
Here in California, it may be legal to redact signatures in some situations, but in California, we have something called the Brown Act: “The people of this State do not yield their sovereignty to the agencies which serve them. The people, in delegating authority, do not give their public servants the right to decide what is good for the people to know and what is not good for them to know. The people insist on remaining informed so that they may retain control over the instruments they have created.” §54950.5, Cal. Civ. Code, Brown Act.
So basically, since we have the right to know if our government officials complied with the laws requiring oaths, we are allowed to see the signature for ourselves to know if the document was properly signed.
I wanted to add that I have collected over 80 oaths now from seven different California agencies, and these were the only oaths that were redacted. All the others have clear signatures.
Biden's cabinet also does not have oaths of office. In my county we have found that the oaths are not according to law. This is not a coincidence and shows that the corporate government is intentionally not serving the people or the Constitution. Eventually this subject needs to be taken up by the Supreme Court. Or people have to re-seat their governments with common law de jure governments. Maybe the military can eventually help us out here.
Considering who you are up against and what they are promoting, have you considered approaching any religious political action committees?
What you need is publicity and exposure. It almost doesn't matter who or how, so long as the word gets out at the grassroots level. And the more that the information proliferates without major media attention, the greater the tension on the major media, waiting to see if anyone finally decides to give it coverage. All it takes is one local paper to break the story.
By all means, contact radio talk show hosts and figure out how to tell your story in 15 minutes. In 10 minutes. And in 5 minutes.

Radio is a funny business. It may entail an indirect approach. For example, you might have some luck with KVI 570, headquartered in Seattle. They may be the nation's oldest conservative talk radio station. In particular, the late afternoon host, Ari Hoffman, may be receptive to having you on. Or possibly John Carlson, the early morning host. An initial bite is important, particularly if they are willing to stay in touch for updates. They are quite willing to entertain repeat appearances, if the topic is concerning and/or the audience is responding. Conservative audiences are quite interested in developments in other states. Where you may catch fire could spread around. If you need light, be a prolific arsonist!
There are syndicated hosts that might be interested in having you appear, e.g., Lars Larson or Dana Loesch. Lars Larson in particular is interested in state government mis- or malfeasance. He usually concerns himself with the three states of Washington, Oregon, and Idaho (his program coverage), but what is going on in California casts a shadow over the whole west coast and I am sure he would be interested. (He has national political concerns, also.)
It is also possible that conservative action groups such as Judicial Watch may find this of great interest. They have a particular axe to grind regarding the uncovering of government mis- and malfeasance. This may light their skies.
For wider exposure, the problem with the Tax Board might be set aside by non-Californians as a "local problem," but the state senators working without being under oath is a larger concern and might be what you should emphasize for outreach. From what you say, there is reason to think this might be true in other states.

Now that I have my thinking cap on, I suggest you should also contact "The New American," a magazine published by the John Birch Society. They are always on the lookout for otherwise obscure transgressions of government and its official behavior. They might be interested in writing an article about you.
Eighty invalid oaths of office would be enough to delegitimize an entire state government, as though usurped. I think there is a provision in the Constitution that the federal government assures every state a "republican form of government." The essence of such a government is that it conforms to the laws by which it was created. This may be the basis of a suit before federal court.

IMO uniparty ain't gonna do shit because all of them are in this shit show together. I'd suggest documenting evidence and distributing copies to anyone with a podcast that has an open info line, get the information out and circulating and if more people begin making these requests perhaps something will come of it.
I certainly hope that other people are inspired to make requests for oaths, too.
I have had poor luck in getting the attention of anyone in the media or in organizations. The whole reason that I posted today was to have people point me in the right direction of who to contact that may actually want to do something about it. I definitely posted in the right place. The community has been full of great suggestions.
