I've watched several of this guys videos and I always learn something. At first I thought he was a college professor because there's videos where he answers questions from college students. Most are bible believers that ask questions because they want to learn. There's a handful of liberals that ask questions and argue with him when they don't like the answer. He's not rude but puts them in their place teaching scripture and biblical history. I have not watched a live stream usually just catch videos when I can.

Broom suggestions, what works for you? There's got to be a better house broom than the synthetic crap in the stores. My great grandma had broom like one in the link except the handle was longer like a regular broom at chest height. She didn't have a vacuum and used a manual sweeper like the one in second like. I wish I knew if the straw broom was effective. Her house was clean but kids don't notice if the broom catches all the outside trash coming in. Living in the country can become a challenge keeping up with the dirt dragging in. By the way we don't use small hand held vacs seem more trouble than it's worth always emptying a tin bin. Honestly I can't believe these manual sweepers are still made. Guess they work because lots of different brands available.

Yandex - FYI: I'm seeing a lot of spam websites on Yandex. It might be the keywords I'm using. If I search herbs I'm getting legit English language sites and foreign language sites, probably Russian since it's a Russian sight. I'm searching "does facebook (or other social media) have access to photos on my phone. I'm thinking keyword Facebook is triggering spam. Nothing new as far spam sites. Just a heads up to read ingredients, if your energy bar or protein powder has the ingredient, "acheta", high protein additive, be aware that it is cricket powder. Read the labels!

I'd put can you spare a square stickers in public restrooms if they were free. Have you noticed how hard it is to get the dang paper? First problem is got reach below the gigantic TP dispenser. Second it locks up to keep you from using to much.

My liberal niece is broadcasting on the family chat that the shooter is now in Pittsfield, Maine and only 40 miles from her school.
Naturally they are all on lock-down just like the Boston Police did during the bombing (I believe that was a false flag with real deaths & injuries).

I feel for you I have a liberal niece on my husband's side. She went to UNC and got brainwashed. Always posting pictures of text from books she's reading. About the black race, slavery and all the other propaganda, everything bad thing that happens to is a result of slavery. I'm not racist but I don't want to hear that crap. I've seen numerous videos from black people saying that's BS and I know they all don't have this mentality. That's like me blaming my great great grandparents or anyone from two hundred years ago, for my failures. I feel sorry for a lot of people but not the ones like this. It's sad because in high school she was focusing on human trafficking and going to awareness events, etc. Back then I didn't have a clue about it and thought she was nuts getting sucked into a meaningless agenda. it's cyclical, it works itself out. I don't fight the insomnia when it hits, just keep busy til I hit a wall and can sleep. it won't last forever, just give yourself regular breaks from screen and get fresh air/exercise. prayer if that's your thing.
Take naps if you can...even 15-30 minutes can be very refreshing...😴

I was watching some AEW wrestling tonight, and two things surprised me.

Spike protein absolutely get shedded - original Pfizer trials revealed that the nurses and docs who simply INTERVIEWED the injected suffered their own side effects, which for example, for the women included menstruation cycle disruption and oddities. I personally don't know of antibodies strictly for the spike proteins, however, and would defer to doctors McCullough, Koury, etc for evidence of those in tests. I believe that nattokinase specifically helps cleanse spike proteins.
I started loosing hair at an extreme level in 2020. I probably had Covid October of 2020, terrible cough and for about four days I was in bed only got up for bathroom, medicine and eat soup. My appetite was completely gone. I've never been that sick to the point I slept almost 24 hours straight. I love sleep but when I'm exhausted I can't sleep. That's why I think it was Covid or something, IDK. I didn't go to the doctor thankfully or I'd probably be dead. I've had bronchitis and pneumonia and this was worse. I felt like spiders were crawling on my arms from the hair shedding. After several months I got a referral to an endocrinologist. Of course had to do virtual visits. All tests were negative. I started researching hair loss. I found several articles saying dermatologists were seeing women for hair loss at much higher rates than normal. They spectated it was from Covid. I finally cured it using essential oils in my shampoo and maybe one or several of my supplements helped.
I know someone that has POTS from Covid and they didn't get vaccinated. During late spring he had a referral to a specialist for 2024. Apparently it's pretty common.

I sympathise with the loose hair. My hair not only became loose - it fell right out. All of it across my entire body! But this was 30 years ago and I think it was triggered by anaphylactic shock caused by someone spiking my cocoa with codeine-based pills.
I'm a boost, not a medical doctor, but I read a lot and understand a lot of it. Given that, here's what I see in your writing: like most named things in allopathic medicine, pots is a set of symptoms without a cause. We know that many, to if not most, skin things are immune responses, as is inflammation.
Several types of actions appear to help rebalance our immune systems against internal threats (cancer, eg) and external threats (toxins from chem sprays, food, water, eg). Anti-parasite treatments, vitamin and mineral supplementation, elimination of sugar and processed/genetically modified food (which brings along glyphosate and other extreme toxins), and lowering the pH of the blood (appears to kill parasites and cancer cells).
If you can find a naturopathic doctor to help you find the optimal combination of actions to take, that would be best. Generally I've seen that once folks take a radical stand on their diets, and see/feel radical changes, they get a lot more control over symptoms and ownership over the causes. Then, from a clean diet base, adding supplementals gradually with close observation builds a gradual and unfriended path. If any medical person even tries to talk about 'managing symptoms' instead of curing the problem, walk away.

I don't have pots it's a friend of a friend. I was in very minor auto accident in 1998 and after three years of medical tests, PT, chiropractor, massage, and too much RX in 2001 I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia. The doctor was at my primary doctor office and his wife had it. It was so unknown many doctors hadn't heard of it and they thought it was in your head. Later came other chronic pain conditions. I personally think it's a trash can disease they use like chronic pain (and many more labels) when they don't know what's causing the symptoms. I'm finally realizing exactly what you said, clean diet, change diet and avoid sugar and lots of food ingredients. I'm off all pain RX for over three years. I do get lidocaine injections and have patches, don't use it like I did years ago. I really heavily on herbs and some supplements. I agree I do need to be treated by naturopathic doctor. I've had a hard year past few years knowing something was wrong but blood tests showed I was fine. In February I went to hospital because I was throwing up several hours uncontrollable pain. After eleven hours in ER getting the pain controlled and stopped throwing up with medication I was flown to a bigger hospital. I was septic from kidney stone blocking urethra. Almost died, 3 days in hospital (2 ICU) a month later stone removed one day two days later appendix removed. I'm just starting to get somewhat to my normal. Honestly I don't know that a naturopathic doctor could have predicted this. If we lived in a society that will do more testing than blood work maybe so, IDK. I had a stone in 2012 and I know that pain. I thought the hip pain I'd had for years was due to sciatica and so did my pain management doctor. I'm so grateful to be alive and get a chance to get healthy again. It's a battle but I see the light at end of the tunnel.
I have read a lot over the past ten years about natural medicine including supplements, minerals, herbs, essential oils etc. Over the past year my comprehension has not been great. I think it's from the trauma my body went through. It's getting much better than it was.

So I have family and friends in the medical fields but I never went there, because I realized early that the med schools put high value on sheet memorization. That was not my strength and felt counterproductive to actual practice. Think about that show House, where he's in clinic and uses Sherlock Holmes sort of skills to deduce the problems- THAT is what it SHOULD be. USA med schools teach the exact opposite- they implant allopathic scripts to channel a-pill-for-each-ill, and even tell them that the victim, er, patient, WILL need (list of pharms in succession) for the side effects.
Docs get scored on how closely they follow the established scripts in prescribing pills. So never go with the AMA ratings. From my understanding, the naturopaths and osteopaths (DOs) and I guess functional medicine docs will take a holistic look at sources, versus "managing symptoms'" (I just want to slap medical people who even say that)
The bloodwork is untrustworthy because 1) they don't know what to look for and 2) the labs are shoddy and possibly 3) are hiding things like parasites. A LOT of people have tried ivermectin, fenbendazole, mebendazole for other things and discovered they really did have parasites too. I have relatives who also were misdiagnosed for a stupidly long time - heartburn that was really gall bladder inflammation, headaches that were actually a brain tumor, arthritis that was really lupus, oh brother the list is long. And now you need to add in the current crop of commies on top of everything- they think you're cattle, they already thought they were gods, they hate you and want you suffering and dead.
So yes, "alternative" medicine (that honestly was mainstream before white coats declared it bad) will be our primary best path going forward. All the stuff they tell us are weeds that must be killed with carcinogenic chemicals? Check them out- they're MEDICINE. The lowly dandelion is ridiculously useful! I know for a fact from the labs that all the big pharma crap starts out from plants that were demonized as witchery and that are cheaply available. That last part is the kicker, the first part is how they did it.
Find a good alternative fix that really digs into your food and drink and everything else, who contemplates the right blood markers and works WITH YOU to understand your individual body and needs, I think you will make a lot more progress. Godspeed, fren!
Many (most) autoimmune disorders are caused by parasites - even autism. Parasites are difficult to test for unless you can examine your poop under a microscope at the right time of month.
I'd suggest investigating anti-parasite treatments such as pumpkin seeds, Hydroxychloroquine, Fenbendazole, Mebendazole, Ivermectin and MMS for starters. I'm not a doctor so do your own research.
Not qualified to answer for certain but can vouch personally about clots and problems myself and I never got the jab... AND lived rural during the scamdemic. My opinion is that it's beyond shedding, they're injecting the food (wild and farm raised), spraying it into the atmosphere, probably dosing water supplies and figuring out any way else they can to kill us with it.
