I didn't read the article, but I suspect Adam really means that Donald Trump deserves the ILLUSION of a fair trial.
Is what they're saying, "Fair Trial, then we we hang him."
All that means is recusing whenever there is conflict of interest. This is common sense, even leftists exist who understand some level of equity in the legal system is necessary.
