Based on the context of his statement, I think he’s referencing the 2020 GOP primaries that he won all 50 states - not claiming that he won all 50 states in the 2020 general election. Just my opinion.
General Flynn told Alex Jones it was 410 electoral votes. He won every state.

"Did great in the election" could mean he won so big that the riggers had to rig harder, leading to more evidence.
