When I was visiting Morocco quite a few years ago, the owner of the Riad we were staying at took my girlfriend and a I to visit a local archeological site. The only person there was a security guard who was also a friend of his.
He let us in and showed us around.
I watched him talk to our ‘guide’ with excitement in Arabic/french and our guide kept prompting him as if to clarify.
He then turned to us.
He explained that multiple bodies in excess of 12-16feet tall had been recovered from the site along with swords taller than him (5 10” - 6ft) he pointed to all the spots the bodies were as well as swords and other things.
He then said, the US embassy had taken control of the site a few days/weeks earlier and cleared the place out - as well as dismissing the archeological team. Americans were being brought in to replace them.

There was something posted about aliens living in the tunnels and the deep state supplying them with humans to test on and actually use as food. And that the aliens were taking more then was originally planned. That’s WAAAY out there I know, but that’s the type stuff that if true, would be something so horrific to cause the general public to not be able to handle.

I've heard the same. Details vary. But basically the rulers we see on tv (presidents, prime ministers, etc) are middle management or lower. They serve a higher elite class of bankers and WEF members and big corporate interests (WEF, Big Tech overlords, Soros types, Rothschilds and Rockefeller). These elites themselves MAY serve an even higher group of elite families who you never heard about (Colonne, Orsini, Breakspear, etc). Not sure if this group actually exists or are just the ones we do hear about re-branded. It's possible that the financial and military elite are actually subservient to a group of elites that specialize in more of the spiritual occult stuff. Then.... THOSE final elite families actually report to legitimate aliens, very likely some sort of reptilian race.
I can't imagine it being anything worse than what we already know. How could it be ...

The reason the MSM sensationalizes everything is to desensitize people. The reason there are literally thousands of 24/7 entertainment and news choices is to consume the finite resource called human attention. So, your question is valid, would the truth ever actually sink in?
I believe anything world. Why, sometimes I can believe as many as six impossible things before breakfast.
The newspapers have always subscribed to the notion that if it bleeds it leads.
The actual truth is some Isekai level stuff combined with other anime, sci-fi and fantasy movies and tv-series.

He helped open my eyes to those verses in the Bible pointing out the "giants of old"--the Nephilim--and that they're really demonic entities.
What commenters on here haven't said yet too is the snuff films that are out there. I remember a member of the Scorpions being shocked when he was invited to a viewing of one and Hugh Hefner apparently enjoyed them also.

The idea of "snuff films" hit the media in the 70s. It was quite the thing for a couple of news cycles. Someone claimed that they had seen one and the media leapt to tell everyone that it just couldn't happen. No way would anyone make such a film! And if they did make a snuff film, they'd definitely be caught! And then the whole thing vanished.
As I got older and learned more about human nature (and how much life is worth in certain countries), I came to realize that it absolutely is possible. People will do anything for money. If you're in a country where kids can be sold into sex slavery, how far of a step is it to have them killed while someone films it? The same laws or moral code that might prevent such a thing in the West wouldn't apply because the criminals in places like SE Asia just wouldn't care.
But the media fell all over themselves to tell people that such a thing could never exist, which kind of makes me think that they knew all about it and were desperate to keep it hidden.
