Don't know how your laws are, but in my country, any markings outside the box where you put your X, invalidates the ballot.
In this country they get adjudicated and then recast for the establishment desired winner regardless of the voter intent. Thats partly how we got here.

FYI: There is no such thing as the crime of "'High' Treason" in the USA. The adjective "High" only applies when treason is committed against a king, or similar monarch- which the USA does not have, and therefore no such law exists within the USA.
One exception would be Hunter Biden, for whom a whole different definition of "high treason" works well.
That, and the word "treason" has been made virtually meaningless now, because people call anything they don't like "treason".

I think this whole thing is a load of crap. A smear campaign for the media to run with.
The judges basically short-circuited their own ruling. They placed an immediate stay on the order up to January 4th which is the day before the final decision on who will be on the ballot. Then they stated that if Trump files an appeal (duh), the stay will be extended.. I assume until the Supreme Court rules on it.
If that's the case, then the Supreme Court has 2 weeks to take it up and put out a decision. What's the likelihood of that?
If January 5th rolls around and this is still sitting in the Supreme Court, Trump will be on the ballot.
