Sounds like tonight perhaps. And then more of a full press conference tomorrow.
Sorry for the clickity bate, I posted before listening to the whole thing and just copied the title verbatim. At least he went through with it today. We didn't hear him say it couldn't be delivered or it was denied, etc.

There's no hearing. He filed a petition. That's it.
Specifically he is filing a pettion for a "Writ of Certiorari" which means he is asking the Supreme Court to take the case. But nothing is going to happen tomorrow.
it's basically going to go behind all the petitions to the Supreme Court. I don't know how long that takes.

The timing for the bigger plan is just about right. So I am hoping something significant to add to all the other stuff he has.
Now I may be misinterpreting Trump, but I believe that he has been hinting that post election he will not have to wait until January to go back into the White House.
We will have a couple months of chaos after November 5th as the leftists activate their contingency plans. Im thinking it will be the traditional March Inauguration date before things settle.

Yes, I am happy to support him too. This man is such a role model to so many. He's put everything on the line for us. He wants to save our Republic.

"Joy in Spring" and "Two Presidents" that would be nice. I like his Pillows but he's come up short before. I know the DS is on him, He's lost a LOT. I hope this time he nails it.

You guys know that filing a suit with SCOTUS is not a quick process, right? And it's more than likely they will refuse to hear the case.
Reading these comments makes me think people believe that his suit is being hand delivered to them, and they're going to look it over and give a judgement within a few hours.
Even if they decide to hear his case (doubtful), we would most likely not hear their decision on it until June or July.
