“Sum of all fears” connection to Bridge
🤔💭 Theory 😲💡
A Nuke is detonated by in Baltimore by Neo-Nazis. In order to provoke a Hot War between the U.S and Russia.
The Bomb is manufactured in Ukraine. And sent via ship to Baltimore.
What is now closed? The Port of Baltimore. Vessels are being rerouted to neighboring Ports. Where they’ll be subject to new Customs inspections.
I’ll be first to admit I initially made the connection due to a Twitter post mentioning the ships and their cargo would be subject to new inspections further snarling up the congestion at neighboring ports.
FWIW Tom Clancy wrote the book and lived in a penthouse on Key Highway overlooking the harbor
Clancy was born in Baltimore and went to college there. He’s from the actual inner city not a burb or anything. Jack Ryan is from Baltimore then Boston for college in the books.
I liked John Clark best
Clark's origin book, "Without Remorse" was my favorite Clancy novel!
I think mine was “The Cardinal of the Kremlin”. I love the way he humanizes our enemies, I mean the average patriotic man stuck in a bad system, much like what we as a people are going through now. I’ve fantasized about White Hats faking Clancy’s death and putting him to work playing 65D chess against the cabal 4D chess like Bobby Fisher playing a child. It’s a fun thought of what if.
Likely that Clancy either got a glimpse at an actual plan put together in the 1970s to be used against Reagan or he put the pieces together himself. It possibly originated as a plan to be used against Nixon, but not needed when the Watergate coup was successful.
Some evidence that the "destroy Baltimore/DC/N Virginia area to destroy evidence of crimes and blame on Russia" was reactivated by Obama in 2009 for use under HRC administrations 2017-2025 to gin up a war with Russia. Most of the military industrial companies started setting up backup HQs in the Denver area in 2010. Part of the Denver area that includes the Denver airport may currently be a self-governing non Republic city-state similar to Lake Havasu AZ/CA border area.

What is the difference between the Baltimore port inspections and those in other ports?
Agreed, that there are some interesting parallels.
Well generally if you paid off one group of inspectors. Having to rush and do the same to potentially several different groups at several different ports. Could potentially trip up the people doing the bribing.
Not to mention that though my knowledge is severely dated. Last I knew there was at least a cursory inspection for radioactive/radiologic material being shipped in. A Container that sets off a Geiger Counter when it’s not supposed to would provoke questions.
OK, so given the corruption in Baltimore, it may even reveal some more shady stuff.
That city is disgusting. Brought to you by Nancy Pelosi’s Dad and Uncle. It just got worse from there. She took the family business west and gave San Fran the old Baltimore treatment.
All the corruption needs to be exposed. In Baltimore, Maryland is my home state, there have been instances of mayors being removed for criminal activity. There needs to be a lot more of the corruption getting exposed.
Yes, so there is a game afoot that we can only sense peripherally. Breaking that bridge, means the cargos have to be certified in other ports - who might be new to that type of certification, and will therefore follow protocols. An oppurtunity for White Hats.
Furthermore, trucking routes have to be re-directed. Are there some ways that corruption can creep into land supply routes? One may find out.
Baltimore is looking at a giant down-turn now, in terms of Real Estate, rental markets, and economy in general because of those losing their jobs.
Construction of the new bridge may have to be supervised by proper people as well: Traditionally, construction companies have a lot of wink-wink-nudge-nudge going on with local officials (LOL mob etc.). but that sort of nonsense is being stamped out with the advent of municipalities adopting digital processing and competency of building officials. Is Baltimore up to the task of processing a complex billion dollar project?
So what I see here, is that one has a choice:
-- to get the Shipping Insurance company to cough up and take responsibility. Then they must examine the certification, processing of the Bridge etc. Generally these companies have internal audits, and require high standards because they are risk-averse. Those standards usually go beyond National building codes, and follow International Standards, including Health and Safety of construction workers. Keep in mind that this sort of construction is high-risk, and workers dying during the constuction of bridges, is a thing.
-- Or let the Federal Government place a lien on the taxpayers for the bridge - add it to the bill, if you like, which is what Baiden wants to do. This direction also allows for more wink-wink-nudge-nudge, I-know-a-guy stuff that his ilk seems to thrive on.
Who gets paid and how much.
Think of the new comms traffic opportunities !
London Bridge is falling down.
Regardless of who or why this happened. I could see white hats using this opportunity to get into some containers under the guise of the shipping changes. I would be very interested to see what is uncovered. If we ever find out.
This is another opportunity to shift federal funds into black hat hands.

Rockeymoore Cummings..., Elijah Cummings...
Yep and season 2 of the wire had a major plot line of smuggling via patapsco, with a container full of dead bodies being discovered in the port. The whole season was the investigation into human trafficking, corruption in the stevedores union and smuggling and their links to international organized crime.
I may be wrong but the ship was leaving port, not arriving. So technically speaking the chance for something to go off at port had already passed.
Perhaps when considering this event, it is to put it in a larger framework:
How to redirect traffic to a different port? How to trigger tighter inspections?
Of course you could blow up a bridge. But that would trigger a different response. If the access is prohibited by " an accident" of a medium of transport? It takes less and the effect is the same.
Then there is another angle. Perhaps the event worked to well. And what if the panic mode, if I am not mistaken, it seemed an anchor was dropped?, so what if the latter was not planned on at all? Would that ship have gone right as she goes?

Interesting stuff. Look at the depths. If it had gone right as she goes, the ship would have gone to 9 - 6 meters of water, while the other side remains at 15 ....
What if the object was to impair the reception of the goods. What was being transported, to where and to who?
How about the congestion on the others roads/bridges that will follow? What was the state of the bridge to date? Was it meant to be maintained/ replaced? Omnibus spending?
There may be more angles to this thing all gearing to the same outcome.
Let's put the nuke fear to bed once and for all. It will NEVER happen. Wasted energy.
It makes as much sense as anything.
I don't think white hats are behind the bridge collapse since innocent people died.
Id like to think so too, but we're being surprised at every step.
Like for example operation warp speed certainly had some casualties
I think they were going to release the poison vax anyway, but in a deadlier iteration. Like the virus, Trump got them to release it early to reduce casualties.
Concerning the bridge, also consider the economic damage this does. Doesn't seem white hat at all.
Interesting theory:
White hats disable nuke which is what caused power failures at the port. Ship left, blacks hats know ship will not explode, black hats hack and try to crash ship, power struggle ensues, black hats ultimately win, ship crashes, bridge collapses.
In that case, the bridge collapse is, unfortunately, collateral damage. That said, it would seem most of the major ship crashes have been white hat ops which points in the opposite direction.
Either way, war is messy and there are casualties. Doesn't make it any less sad and unfortunate, regardless of who did it.
I have no opinion on whether they were involved or not - yet it sounds like saying "God doesn't exist because bad things happen". If the WH plan is to save the world from BH destruction, it won't be without casualties & chaos.
The imitation game is a great example of ethical questions during war.
The bridge closure certainly helps the whitehat effort to seal off DC from any rats that try to scurry.
But outside of that I don't see any reason for whitehats to pull the trigger on this.
Maybe no one died. Can’t believe anything anymore.
Seen it. Turning it on again New eyes watching.
Also similar to the show "Rubicon", where an agency-assisted terrorist, tries to bring down a major shipping port.
My guess is, it was a Russian response to the ISIS terror attack and the Nordsteam pipeline.
I would imagine with the right equipment and people that job would probably not be that hard.
Only the movie had the bomb going off in Baltimore. In the book, it went off in Denver I believe.
Yeah, the movie has white supremacist neo-Nazis doing the doing, while the book was unapologetic about it being the slim moos.
My first thought was that the port being closed would give folks time to clean up anything that was being used as a processing facility for inbound human smuggling victims.
Did israel take off with nuclear bomb after Egypt and syria attacked in 73?
