The First Minister caused outrage with the Green Party after he abruptly announced his government would end a power-sharing deal with them on Thursday.

Why should the taxpayers pay to keep someone in jail for 30 days or whatever when you can just lock him in the stocks during daylight hours for 30 consecutive days for basically free?
