Frankly, I don't think you've applied any critical thinking to this, but again, as usual, you just copy/paste the exact headline of the publisher, the video on Bitchute.
And t̶h̶a̶t̶ what happens when people don't apply any critical thinking or discernment to the information is the very common confirmation bias kicking in, which triggers further emotional reaction and short-circuits the critical thinking capacity (fight or flight response is triggered, undermining discernment).
Take the stuff she says at 1:44. Note: she is reading from a discussion of ANTI-US RMA strategies. The whole document is a theoretical discussion of the possibilities oif future warfare, and its plainly obvious from the context that this section is talking about what potential strategies might be used AGAINST the USA.
This is exactly what you would want from any serious military document looking into the future and analyzing possible risks and responses.

(Which make sense, that an enemy would capture torture us citizens and broadcast that in order to terrorize the population.)
But she interprets this as the Illuminati and NASA as saying "we're going to capture/torture Americans in living color on prime time". INSTEAD of the very obvious "The enemy may potentially capture/torture Americans in living color on prime time". I mean, it's pretty fricking obvious, this is already what some terrorist s do, right? Remember Isis with beheading videos, etc.?
Her interpretation does NOT stand up to critical thinking at all. I understand that she believes it. But this is the problem and why so many 'conspiracy theories' in the past could NOT get traction. Because they did NOT apply the critical thinking research and analysis that Q made the hallmark of the Q operation.

It's clear from the context and theme of the document that this page is talking about potential disadvantages for humans in warfare (i.e. using soldiers to fight war) vs. the advantages of using robotics to wage war.
Now, we can certainly discuss the ethical implications of using robots to fight war instead of humans, and the advantages / disadvantages, and the long-term risks, etc, but SHE interprets the page to be saying why NASA wants to get rid of human beings and replace them with Robots FULL STOP. She interprets the document to be a declaration of war on human beings, INSTEAD of what it clearly states it is: a discussion of the ways that warfare might evolve, and what steps could be take to counter the threats against the USA.
Critical thinking, folks, Critical thinking.
She MISINTERPRETS a discussion of possible future issues affecting warfare (around 2025) and sees it as a declaration of warfare on human beings. This is what happens when you don't check your own biases or consider contexts and OTHER possible explanations for what you are seeing/reading. She justifies her interpretation by saying "Oh, its a declaration of what the Illuminati want to do to us" instead of the obvious interpretations that make sense.

yeah, that one comment was in response to a discussion in another comment thread, where the OP had requested a sticky, but it had been declined (apparently) and then someone else also saying it should be stickied.
In the end, u/Lonewolf stickied it, but not simply as a reactive affirmation of the content, but to raise it to attention of the board for more critical review. And that context for the sticky, I'm more than happy with.
I occasionally have concerns that sometimes content is stickied without that sort of content, and much of the board simply reads the headline, clicks an upvote without applying any critical review.

A more thorough discussion would yield some potentially very useful insights. I kicked back pretty hard on the on-the-surface interpretation that the video presents, because sometimes that's necessary in order to sufficiently inspire a critical reflection.
in thinking about it over the past 15 hours, I think there is SOME foundation for a more nuanced review. For example, I think it's reasonable to consider that the Cabal is in many cases behind warfare that erupts around the world, and that if their plans involved some part of the world declaring open war on the US, they may well use some of the very attacks and threats that the document looks into and seeks to address.
However, in my view, the woman, overly preoccupied with her vision of exactly how or what the Cabal aka "Illuminati" are or do, makes some serious misinterpretations of the document and its purpose, or rather, makes some serious leaps that in the end undermine her sense of perspective.
Often, there are red flags that should signal to anyone that they need to tugs on the reins and consider alternative explanations: emotional reaction, the nature of those emotions, and how they impact one's thinking.
This is true in the reverse, also, obviously. During 2020 and 2021, more people should have recognized how the information the governments and 'authorities' were pumping out engendered fear, anxiety, anger, blame, etc, and stopped and asked, hang on! Why? How is this affecting my thinking? What don't they want me to consider?
People who did that tended to see through the lies and recognized the powerplay at hand, and most would have ended up not taking the vaxxes.
The lesson here is that what is good for the goose is good for the gander. It's important that as many as possible recognize that information, whether coming from the Cabal propaganda machine directly or via alternative media and influencers too, needs to be vetted, its impact on one's own perspective fully considered and then with critical and open thinking, a closer appreciation of the truth behind the surface developed.

Full disclosure: I come across pretty hard on this. My regular readers will know that I have a bit of a bias against certain types of views, views that I think aren't formulated well enough using critical thinking but which are primarily emotionally driven (again, my viewpoint).
But the most benefit will be derived by some good-natured critical discussion of various viewpoints. After all, in the vast majority of cases, no one viewpoint is going to grasp the whole picture fully.

The document is certainly real. In fact, it's fricking easy as pie to find, in dozens of places.
The real question is, however, is this woman's interpretation of what the document is saying accurate in any way.
I've drafted enough powerpoint presentations and worked in the language analysis field for long enough to see just how this woman misinterprets or mal-interprets what she's reading. Powerpoint presentations (particularly of that era circa 2001) are a distinct form of communication, existing primarily as prompt points for the speaker and cognition points for the listeners.
The woman in the video reads the very incomplete text in the powerpoint and leaps to certain conclusions (obviously out of context) without any reference to the actual presentation that the powerpoint was created to support.
I give a few examples of these misinterpretations above, but the video seems replete with them. She's reading the ppoint document wrongly.

Just fyi, unvaxxed, I did not take one single peek at any so-called debunking websites. Also, to the best of my ability, I always bring both left and right brain thinking to my digestion of information. But truth be told, I absolutely rely on my right much more than my left. I have just found that the left can be very useful for articulating the conclusions and insights of the right.
I also don't have any particular position on NASA, one way or another. All I did was a) look at this woman's interpretations and claims and then b) look at the document she is referring to and then 3) contrasted and compared the two.
By the way, most of that contrast and compare analysis is based on a lifetime of professional experience with powerpoint creation and use, specifically the language element. This doesn't necessarily mean I'm correct, but it does speak to the point that I'm not just pulling some theory or 'debunking' out of my ar*e.
I mention this only because your reference to "critical thinking" and walls of text seems to me to be a direct reference to my own comments.
Regardless of what NASA is or was, this woman's interpretations are out of kilter and leave a lot to be desired in terms of any sort of Q-type analysis.
