It's difficult to assume that they can and will break the law on this because I'm not sure how they sell it.
People have pointed out Joe's dementia from the beginning, and they were proven right. To usurp the law so visibly would be too overt and I'm just not sure how they would sell it -- even if it's part of the movie, I'm not sure how they would pretend to sell it.
I suppose one could reason that part of the goal is to clean the Democrat party and exposing them with such a move would be a step in creating an incident necessitating a change.
I personally think they already have it sold. “Whatever it takes to beat the orange man” is basically their mantra. They’ll go along with whatever comes their way so long as it means they think they have a chance at stopping Trump.
We already witnessed the mindset of them when Covid happened. They wanted us locked up in quarantine camps, denied medical service, left to die, all because their party told them this was the way. Their party will do the same thing with switching candidates imo.

But demons DO have to submit to God’s laws. This is a spiritual battle first - battles in the spiritual realm are reflected in the natural. If you had a choice, between ending a war right this second at the cost of millions of lives, or letting it drag out longer to win at a different time with only thousands of lives lost, which would you pick?
Ending a war or winning a war are two different things. Would I choose to end the war if I were the winner, sure. Why would waiting longer save lives? What am I waiting for?
I think you and I are just on two different pages fren. I’m looking at this through a military lense with a Marine Corps background and it’s making it hard for me to look at it through your perspective. I’ll just have to agree to disagree at this moment and move on.

The numbers don’t change the point of the argument. Nuke the whole thing now and a ridiculously large number of people die. Let the operators do their job and only a limited amount of people die. It’s called ORM in the military. Operational Risk Management. Every step, every move, every measure is assessed to leave the least amount of casualties possible. My guess is they are going to have to keep Joe, try and fix the damage, and then shift the ballot stuffing machine into overdrive. And then hope to ride out any ensuing backlash.
