Interesting speculation but not necessarily true. The Hawaiian missile scare happened in January 2018. Trump continued using Twitter for the next three years until Twitter banned him in January 2021. If Twitter was indeed a security risk, Trump would've stopped using it in those three years.
My understanding is that the missile was launched from a submarine that was planted there weeks or months before. They were running dark and knew AF1 schedule so they launched when the plane would be in range.
Instead, AF1 went the other way to Singapore and the sub got hit.
I find that narrative that the Russians are ahead of us in hypersonic tech dubious. In the 1960s the SR 71 flew at 3/5ths hypersonic speed (Mach 3, hypersonic is Mach 5) and the rumored replacement, the SR 72, is fully hypersonic.
So 60+ years ago we had a MANNED craft that was nearly hypersonic but now we dont have UNMANNED missiles that are? Like I said, dubious.

I’ve edited my statement to be less confusing. I was pointing out unrelated events that were bizarre. The 2018 missile shooting up (the original post) was falsely claimed by media to not be a missile. If I remember correctly the media lied and said that vertical streak in OP was a helicopter ascending.

Missile actually fired from what was apparently a rogue sub in Washington state. News claimed it was a helicopter, but we had pics that clearly showed otherwise. POTUS was in the air and changed course.

I’m saying that anything that collects your location or other information from anything other than your IP address can still do it while you’re using a VPN. Literally all a VPN does is route your Internet traffic through another network connection. There are numerous clues a website or app can get about your location, and your IP address is only one of them.
