Facial Wrinkle mapping is a manual technique. You should get two highres images of similar angles, and similar lighting for best data input. you then attempt to match Deep wrinkles, fine lines, blemishes, and Unique features. It also helps to use those points to create a photomorph to really determine how realistic the movements are.
Plastic surgery for minor changes do alter that wrinkle mapping in terms of location, things can stretch and move around especially with different expressions. But the "constellation" is still there.

I lumped this pic in as one of Fusca without hair dye & possibly Fusca having some cosmetics added to alter appearance for some reason. I chalk it up to interesting at best. The Fusca photos (coming after this one made the rounds IIRC) didn't appear nearly as credible as this photo did IMO.
You guys who think its the same person are missing the hair line on his right side. Totally different and that doesn't change on the side that much. Older guy also has way less chin and more neck. The two pictures are not the same angle either so that makes it much less comparable. One is profile and the other at 45 degrees.

When/where was this photo taken
Hair line and inside of the ear looks different to me but wow, the similarities are uncanny. Look at the wrinkle by both individuals eyes.
There's probably a computer out there that could do an age progression analysis of the pictures we're seeing.
