"Cholesterol" was the biggest Pharma scam before Covid.
Cholesterol is not the problem. The real issue to worry about is the Triglyceride to HDL-C ratio. Eat lot of meat and fish and cut down on sugars and carbs and you will be fine.
"Eat lot of meat and fish and cut down on sugars and carbs and you will be fine."
Now you know why the price of meat is sky high and why carbs are so cheap.
And why during The Coof the meat sections were bare, but the pasta and grains section never ran out
It's why they have been having mass kill offs of chickens because of "viruses", shutting down meat processing plants, and doing everything they can to stop us from eating meat.
Absolutely!
Sugar is also poison. I rarely used it much in the first place, but have replaced it with honey a couple years ago and never get the 'sugar spike' from honey.
Yup. I changed 5byears ago to more fish, I still eat beef, I love salmon and real butter and sardines. I take fish oil and lots of olive oil too. I lost and kept off 50 lbs. Even if I gain 10 lbs on vacation a month later after I get home I'll lose it in A week or 2. I also almost entirely abstain from alcohol anymore except the occasional glass of red wine. In my 60s amend feel the healthiest have since I wasn't my 20s. I also fast a minimum of 15 hours a day and have often gone 24 hours without eating or being hungry. I also don't over eat. Lots of different nuts. Almonds, pecans, walnuts cashews and pistachios.
Eating lots of veggies should be added to your intake.
I lost 60 pounds in 9 months (no gym or exercise) just by cutting out alcohol, processed foods, and eating a shitload of steamed veggies and lean fish.
Veggies are very good for you, low cal, filling, and have a lot of good nutrients that just meat and fish lack.
So a diet of lean fish and veggies will help anyone lose weight (if you stop the junk food and unnecessary sugar)
Vegetables are poison, especially the ones high in oxalates.
Consuming a spinach smoothie every morning will likely lead to kidney stones in short order.
Just two examples of this -
Liam Hemsworth Got Surgery For A Painful Kidney Stone That Developed Because Of His Vegan Diet

For publicity reasons, Anna Kendrick claims to have fallen off the wagon of her vegan diet -

In reality, she quit for the same reason Hemsworth did, and that was developing kidney stones.

Fuck that, humans are omnivores. Meant to eat vegetables and meats and other shit.
Cutting out veggies because some random people may be more susceptible to kidney stones?
Fuck that. Gimme my veggies.
Oxalates are chemicals designed to protect plants from predators.
The bitter taste of spinach is supposed to be a warning to you to spit it out.
Eat your veggies if you wish.
Just realize they're poison, and some are worse than others.
If you must eat a salad, stick to romaine and/or arugula, as they are the lowest in oxalates by far.
So many people have never even heard of this and I’m so glad that their are “some” out there that have!
I lost over 30 lbs. in just 5 weeks on carnivore.
My diet was lots of burger patties and occasional steaks, scrambled eggs with milk and butter, and cheese omelettes.
Before that, I had been intermittent fasting and losing 1-2 lbs. a week. Lost about 30 lbs. doing that, eating only between noon-8PM. I still do that on carnivore but I eat extra calories on purpose some days just to challenge my metabolism and keep the insulin system working.
I occasionally eat 10-25 g of carbs a day, usually 10g (170g of Greek Yogurt and 5g of Nashville Hot Honey is 10 g of carbs).
And once a month or so, I randomly order an ice cream cone when my wife stops for something and get 100g or more of carbs in 1 sitting. I honestly feel like a kid again when that happens. Total sugar rush.
Normally very disciplined, though, and I eat a lot more steak now. Ribeyes went on sale for $5.00/lb. around Labor Day. They were Select but I didn't care at that price. Got some prime ribeyes for $16.99/lb. as well, which was an amazing deal. One of the benefits of Texas.
You can get some many of those lacking nutrients from meat still if you are willing to eat unusual parts of the animal
I follow what our ancestors would have eaten and from what I gather it was mostly, and sometimes only meat. I lost 30 pounds in a little over a month by going strict carnivore and taking a 1 mile walk every day.the reason why I believe some of these diets work is because most of them are cutting out sugars and carbs.
Lol, you sound exactly like me! I started doing the same stuff since 2 years ago and lost 30 lbs and feel so much healthier. I had pretty bad got for years that was out of control and since this i I haven’t had a gout attack even once. Eric acid levels were lowered and the doctor was “baffled”
The truth is, this stuff is easy to do, especially if you can cook at home everyday. Our son now prefers home meals to take away - i think that was the most shocking change of all!
They only did cholesterol after successfully fooling people about salt, and vegetable oils before that. Those were just as big, maybe worse. Cholesterol was just the latest iteration of their big lies. Antioxidants are probably BS too.
Thank God for the awakening so we can openly discuss truth instead of just holding out against the next MSM pushes for cricket cookies, fake meat and more vaccines.
Do you have sauce for this? I'd like to send it to some people
Let me find the videos i watched in this
No worries. We'll all be given the truth in a year or so.
This is the video I was talking about. Probably the best video to understand Cholesterol.

Definitely watch the first 10 mins at least, but Triglyceride to HDL ratio is explain at around 8:30
Statins are more harmful than cholesterol. Ain't that something!
Aren’t our brains made up of cholesterol??
Harris voters' brains may just be made up of oatmeal.
top kek!
YES! And a pregnant Mother needs it while the baby’s brain is developing! 🤨
Our body's produces cholesterol, when you go on some weight loss endeavor, you'll Notice a huge spike in cholesterol. Happened to my mother and her doctor was about to persuade her to take statins. I convinced her otherwise.
Good call on the statin avoidance. Cholesterol isn't a problem unless you have very inflamed arteries.
With that being said, inflamed arteries are caused by excess insulin. Excess insulin is caused by eating diets high in carbohydrates, especially sugar and ultra-processed foods.
Even mainstream science begrudgingly admits as much -
https://www.webmd.com/diabetes/features/how-sugar-affects-your-body
So eat a low carb ketogenic or carnivore diet, lose weight, and lower inflammation.
The myelin sheaths in your brain need lipids to operate properly.
Your brain literally needs cholesterol to function.
Lets not forget that salt along with cholesterol are some of the biggest scams in health/med industry.
Cholesterol is THE gateway to everything else in the pharma industrial complex...
They prey on ignorance to create fear...
AND if the wife is uninformed about it, she'll be the first one riding you (not the good kind of ride) - about your diet and taking that poison.
There's a link between cholesterol, eggs and altzheimers
Cholesterol is good because it gives Big Pharma a great excuse to ply everyone with statins for life even if they are not ill.
Six months prior to the release of Lipitor, the ACA/AMA lowered its "ideal" cholesterol level again, this time to 200. Now, keep getting that liver tested because it knows that number is too low for most.
Just as there are good fats and bad fats, good oils and bad oils, of course there is good cholesterol and bad cholesterol.
Sometimes good cholesterol regulates those high levels of bad cholesterol that are the product of a bad eating habit.
Many older people experience this, that when they take a test, the results show that they have high cholesterol levels, but they feel fine and there are no heart or artery problems.

Can’t read the full article without an email. :( Would love to pass this along.
Didn't get a prompt for email when I first opened it to read. Tried again and still nothing.
But just in case, for you:

It's an archived version and that shouldn't prompt you for an email address. Cholesterol is in the first section along with many other sections on different topics.
T/u!
I read as far down as I could (in the original link)…then the rest of the article was blocked, requiring an email to finish.
