War of 1812...Are the Longshoremen Strikes to Transfer US Ports to American Ports Under USMCA Treaty? Video Attached

What do you think? š¤
I think this guy is on to something. It talks about the courts. From US to America. Think of the 300+ judges Trump installed. Then he talks of congress and branches or power basically, back to American people, not the US. Think about the thread last week about congressmen considering a measure to replace officials in a case of mass loss. I was thinking bomb, but what if itās the military installing new representatives, for the American commonwealth. Itās basically US vs America. To me it ties a lot together. Someone posted yesterday that a port they knew looked like a ghost town. Empty. That doesnāt happen in a few days, thatās happened over this last year. The āTrustā was delivered in July 2023. As mentioned, ports switching and closing to going back to American ports, not US. Now think of all the cargo ships for miles at sea. This port situation has been going on for a few years. As I would think it would considering the mass size and use. This stuff is happening in plain sight now. You just have to pay attention and tie the pieces together. The country is at war with itself, well of course. Itās America being installed again. And the US is fighting back. These politicians act like the constitution is toilet paperā¦of course they do. It doesnāt apply to them. The Bill of Rights is non existent, of course. Again doesnāt apply to them. All starts to make sense. I think this video is the best things Iāve seen in a few years. It lines up with Q on several things. Military in control. America vs US. And now Israel for last, and crimes against children are both in the news. Movie is about to wrap up.
Yes. US Corporation vs American Republic.
Restoring the republic!
What is "American Republic"?
I'm 64 and have never seen this terminology before. It's still the United States of America, right?
It SHOULD BE the united states of America. Something to do with capitalized vs not. The caps indicates the Corp., which is what we have been under since after civil war. The non cap is We the People own the country, our current goal to reattain. I hope that makes sense
I don't buy the capitalization thing.
No nation's name begins with lowercase letters.
He means like this:
Republic = United States of America
Corporation = UNITED STATES OF AMERICA
I think the original was United States for America.
This seems to be a rather difficult concept to wrap my (and I assume others) head around. It seems so murky as to the correct reality of the status of the United States vs the United States of America. The powers that be have so muddied the water as to the true nature of the order of the public trust and the standing of the people that misinformation is rampant. I needed to correct my original response as there were a few things, as I continued to dig, that needed to be clearer.
In the constitution, it says, "We the People... do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America." The people did "ordain and establish this Constitution," not for themselves, but "for the United States of America." This concept of a thing being "for" or "of" is a matter of authority over that thing. If it read, "Constitution of the United States of America", then it could be seen as having the sole authority over that creation and thus the right to change at will or lawfully abdicate responsibilities... kinda like what we are seeing now with this current... thing. Saying for emphasized the will of the states and their citizens (only states had citizens before the 14th amendment), to serve the union of the states and the people while defining and limiting what that government can do in service to the people and the states. The United States of America is the public trust set up by the founders. The United States seems to be a corporation. (All corporations are trusts by the way) It had a DUNS number and everything until in April 2022, it replaced its old identifier of choice, the Data Universal Numbering System (DUNS) number, with a government-issued UEI (Unique Entity Identifier). The United States of America was the original trust and still is, albeit seemingly vacated (but that is debatable). Any time you see "United States" in us code, it refers to the United States corp in Washington D.C.. We as a people have lost the cognitive significance of the words we use, and, especially, the words used against us. We as a society need to educate ourselves to do the same. Knowledge is power and thus gives rise to words of power and standing.
Yep, I believe you're correct thank you fren
You may be thinking of the original constitution FOR the United States of America rather than OF.
After the Civil War bankrupted the country, in 1871, a federal corporation was established in a cloud of confusion.
There's more to it than just the capitalization. "of America" instead "for America". I had an excellent 5th grade American History teacher that I do recall tried to embellish some details about it, but like many things when we get older, we forget.
https://www.educatedinlaw.org/2019/02/united-states-is-a-federal-corporation-says-u-s-code-title-28/#:~:text=If%20the%20phrase%20appears%20in%20all%20caps,%20as%20UNITED%20STATES,#:~:text=If%20the%20phrase%20appears%20in%20all%20caps,%20as%20UNITED%20STATES,
Even if you dont buy that, by now you must have realised that there are two entities - a corporation with the same name as the original republic, and hence it has been possible for us to be enslaved.
Have any anons researched this? Russell-Jay:Gould https://www.lastflagstanding.com/
I'm halfway through this - https://rumble.com/vwnouh-sgt-robert-horton-war-castles-born-of-the-water-banking-system.html Just found this - better graphics - https://archive.org/embed/war-castles-overview-by-sergeant-robert-horton It might be same or similar, but is beyond excellent!.
I have watched the Robert Horton video several times. I understand it. The thing I donāt fully get is Gouldās info. Itās like not the explanation of the thing but how the agreement must be written and the process validated to be legal. He had to take the US flag after the bankruptcy of the US Corporation and file it with the FN original United States Post office, the first one in Philadelphia! It is like that the actual agreements one foot on land & one foot in the sea are much, much older and to be written in a very specific way as to be legal, and to free us from the old system. The Vatican and the bankers in the City of London, way back machine doesnāt go back that far! Gould says he is the Postmaster General of the United States for America. He also states he wrote the contracts for the new Quantum Financial System. What is it about these old contractual agreements? Hard for me to wrap my head around all this.
I have seen lots on it but not in a few years. It's interesting though. He recaptured the Postal Service - also, lots to do with word meanings.
It's a big, deep rabbit hole.
This is an interesting page.
I don't know if I believe that Trump signed a "2nd Declaration of Independence," but if you scroll down a ways past all of that and read the numbered bullet points, they contain a great history that will fill you in on what they mean by the American Republic, the Corporation, etc. It's very interesting stuff!
Right. So I imagine there is a President of the bankrupt United States and a President of the American Republic.
This would fulfill the two presidents prophesy.
*prophecy. noun.
āprophesyā is a verb.
There is no President of the original jurisdiction United States, but there are original jurisdiction Governors of several States. Unfortunately, the man who was organizing this passed away recently. I am not sure if anyone took this work over after his death.
https://teamlaw.net/Government/usmap.htm
If it is true that the WH's are restoring the original jurisdiction government, then I am all for it.
Biden would be pres of bankrupt country. Trump, the free country š„°
Simple test when you enter a court room: check any court room video:
Question: Who is that judge representing? Where are you with your claim? What jurisdiction? Did your rights turn into privileges?
Rights = win. Privileges = Loose.
This is great info. Ty for this.
It sure as hell does, when people don't show up for work.
If people at Walmart went on strike, do you think it would be business as usual inside the stores?
C'mon, man ...
He means the infrastructure, moving products, human capital, technology etc
No not just empty of people. If Walmart employees walked out today, and tomorrow the store had nothing in it..nothing but a clean floor. You think thatās normal? He said it was empty, like no cargo boxes. No cranes, just an empty former port. A parking lot basically. Some of these ports are massive. With cargo boxes stacked to ridiculous height. And everything is gone? That doesnāt happen in a few days. Itād take months.
Ghost town in two days?
Nah. People don't up and bug out instantly like that.
C'mon man ;)
Time to re watch War Castles video https://rumble.com/vwnouh-sgt-robert-horton-war-castles-born-of-the-water-banking-system.html and this starts making a lot of sense.
It sure does. Downloaded the presentation a few years back.
The War of 1812 ended in a draw, with neither side conceding. The Treaty of Ghent was signed in 1814 and ratified by the U.S. Senate in 1815, restoring the pre-war status quo.
The war had many consequences, including:
American expansion: The war opened the door to American expansion, and the U.S. abandoned its reliance on the militia for defense in favor of a standing army.
Canada's independence: The war laid the foundation for Canada's emergence as an independent nation.
U.S.-British relations: The war led the British to seek peaceful relations with the U.S. for the rest of the 19th century.
U.S. national confidence: American victories at sea and on land, such as in Baltimore, New York, and New Orleans, boosted national confidence and patriotism.
U.S.-Canadian boundary: The war confirmed the U.S.-Canadian boundary.
Indigenous peoples: The war pushed back the Indigenous peoples' frontier.
Some other notable events of the war include:
The British occupation of Washington, D.C. in 1814
The Battle of New Orleans, won by Andrew Jackson
The defeat of Fort Madison in 1813
The defeat of Fort Shelby in 1814
https://www.nps.gov/fomc/learn/historyculture/the-great-garrison-flag.htm
We won the war of 1812 š Jean Lafitte and his pirates kept them out of New Orleans and from accessing the interior by stopping them from going up the Mississippi. Still have crumbling forts here from it
This makes sense to me. I hope this guy is right.
Me too boo
I think at this point in the timeline given in post 3387 most of us are trying to figure out how we get there. Where I see the port strike playing a potential role is it could impact the unloading and distribution of counterfeit ballots.
As for this guy filming himself wandering through his backyard? I donāt recall a single Q post pointing to the War of1812 and the Treaty of Ghent.
u/#q3387
does it matter what the drops don't say? there's a lot that Q was not able to disclose. we were given a gift of guidance....NOT comprehensive details of the plan.
This is just my way of looking it at it. Even if everything this guy says is true, what good will it do me to spend hours digging into it? Is that my best use of time when weāre roughly 30 days from the election?
And, I think the answer to your question is yes, it matters. The people behind Q know we all have a finite amount of attention to spend each day. What they put into the drops are the key points that will lead to the fall of the cabal.
What they left out are things, that, even though they are true, wonāt contribute to taking back our country and saving the world.
do we have a finite attention span? there are millions of us. not all of us need to be experts on everything. and contrary to popular belief, we can focus on more than one thing at once.
Q makes it very clear that we are here to examine the truth.
Where are counterfeit ballots coming from, Europe?
I thought they'd be coming from Chynah.
Ships from China do pass through the Suez Canal to be unloaded at East Coast ports. If I recall correctly that became even more prevalent because of covid.
But, who knows? Itās just as possible they are flown in.
Does anyone have a link to the Treaty he mentions?
Yes, are we going off of his word or is there somewhere we can read these trusts?
I think people are gullible. So only the Eastern and Southern ports are being transferred, but not the West Coast? This about me too greed. They want to be paid $120 per hour as a starting wage off the street hire with 0 skills needed.
When he refers to US ports - he is talking about US Corporation.
When he refers to American ports - he is talking about American Constitutional Republic.
What he is saying is that the current longshoreman strike is a cover for one of the steps in restoring the republic - moving the East Coast ports out of the clutches of the US corp.
When you look at it this way, its entirely feasible.
Correct
No skills needed??? Iām a crane operator in the port of Los Angeles. Iād love to see you try and operate our 50 million dollar cranes with zero skills. You are just a hater and anti American. So itās ok to pay American skilled labor pennies compared to the billions that are being made by these shipping companies? Kick rocks dudeā¦.
Did they hire you off the street with no experience to run the crane? No, no way. No gives the most difficult job to a new guy. Your argument is nonsense. The union wants the entry level no so skill people to make the crazy starting wage. That is then used to justify wages elsewhere. It's a real trickle down.
With your direct involvement in the ports, what do you think about the posters on here saying some of the ports have been abandoned - turned into ghost towns, essentially? what would cause this?
Lmao
Agreed.
The concept presented is stupid.
East Coast longshoremen get paid less than West Coast longshoremen (nevermind that the West Coast probably has a higher cost of living, overall), and that is what this is all about. Maybe having to do with AI, as well, but that would affect all longshoremen, not just East Coast.
There is zero chance that the longshoremen, their union, and the shipping companies give a rat's ass about 1812, or that their strike would "correct" anything related to US corporation.
That is something that would have to be done by Congress, not guys unloading boats.
Besides that, the Constitution grants control of the ports to the federal government. These are called "enclaves," and they were ALWAYS under federal government authority.
The thing about the fake "federal-created states" has to do with what happens inland, not at the ports.
This guy has no clue how the Constitution is structured.
Consider what Q told about West coast ports ... especially ....long beach port.
Who owns what under what jurisdiction?

Great video
WELL STRANGENESS WELLS UP IN THESE TIMES OF CRISIS.
Who knows, it seems like everything today is an exposure.
Video does not work. Does someone have another link?
Strikes are probably the best weapon of the We the People against global communism... the communist government has a long, long history of violent strikebreaking
Glad you all know what this guy is talking about, because I sure as hell didnāt. Part of the reason America is so screwed is because so much is SO complicated, most people canāt understand it all.
Well, itās over. Guess the ship is righted
https://www.theepochtimes.com/business/port-strike-ends-as-union-reaches-tentative-agreement-5734967
Whew! That was a word salad.
Why the downvotes? It was a very informative and interesting presentation, but it was a bit hard to follow along, with everything being so intermingled. I felt a little exhausted after comprehending it all. My comment was truly meant to be light hearted.
Yes indeed. For the one not having the knowledge, it is. Especially, since you have been fooled and blinded to belief certain things.
"one nation under God" ? Bull shit. It never was intended to be that way. 14th amendment is a debt resolution instrument, and has sucked everyone into a corporation-system. E pluribus unum? Correct. Read up on the history of the seal of the USA (FED) and you'll see. Think of what was absent ... no somali flag, or islamic crescent moons.
I would recommend you to consider the structure of the jurisdictions you are confronted with in relation to UCC and what has happened since 1933 with the default and the subsequent changes in structure.
See also: book of the states which is issued since 1933 and the subsequent franchise that has been implemented.
But ... simply put: when you accept a new job, you file a 1040, right? As what do you identify? US person? or state national?
There you have it. Your first clue.
I would say, with this video, I learned a few more things .... and I am diving into that 1812 history.
Man, Alex Jones is WAYYY easier to understand when his voice isn't so raspy! š¤£
