I have no faith in them because they're beholden to the pharmaceutical industry, and only care about treating symptoms with the drug of the day, rather then trying find out and fix what's causing those symptoms. Not to mention what they did 4 years ago, and ever since.
I read awhile back that hospitals can earn as much as $500k per body for organ harvesting and they will encourage any sick or injured patient or family member of the patient to agree to it in advance 'if things go south'.
And some surgeons/docs WILL MAKE things go south if they think they can get away with it. They will sedate the patient so deeply they will not rouse and tell the family members that 'they are gone'.
Remember, the heart has to be beating and the body has to be alive in order to harvest a usable organ. So, the person is not anesthetized, but given a paralyzing drug so they don't move while they are cutting out body parts.
This and the sheep blindly taking the COVID vaxx is why I removed myself from the organ donor list. And when I was getting the paperwork to do it, the lady helping me at the DMV turned to her coworker and started saying something like "we have another one. What are we up to now? A new record? We need to get more forms printed." Seems like a lot of people are waking up to this.
I teach various high school classes for my homeschool coop. Students are excited to get their drivers license.
I tell them exactly this. If you are checking the organ donor box, keep in mind, your heart needs to be beating in order for them to harvest your organs.
Some students are VERY clued in to this procedure and chime in to also support my statements.
Others look at us like we have lost our ever loving minds. Their PARENTS have encouraged the organ donation. It's a "love thy neighbor" thing with them.
At this point, I simply state that it costs them nothing to do some research.
And secondly, I ask them, if a hospital can make a lot of money off your organs, what incentive do they have to keep you alive?
And thirdly, I state that I hope we never have to find out through actual experience.
