We live behind the enemy lines of New England and are one of the states that came up as red for Trump in the supposed actual 2020 results leaked by team Trump. The state capitol is deep "blue no matter who" and they pull lots of dirty tricks (gerrymandering district lines to push their competition to deeper blue regions) to maintain a choke hold on the communities.
My son said it looks like a normal ballot, was double sided, but was NOT extra thick and NOT larger than a regular 8.5" x 11" paper. What strikes me as extra strange is, they provided the entire ballot all the way down to school board, Town Council and Bond approvals. Maybe they wanted them to get familiar with the whole process, or maybe not.
I'm hoping this was just a fun lesson in politics, but knowing how desperate these rats are, it wouldn't surprise me if the dems scan these in as real ballot images to support the steal on the Dominion and EE&S tabulators.
For those of you with kids, it might be a good idea to ask them if they are holding "mock" elections at their school.
First of all I'd have him take a photo of said ballot...
Maybe see if he can sneak one out of the school. It would be tangible proof where a photo could be dismissed. Also, even if it is just a mock election, your son may be penalized if he votes the โwrongโ way. These people are delusional and sick, and wouldnโt give a second thought against taking their anger out on a child.
2 things,
he should know who to vote for lol.
Have him document everything. The dems could be using it (if legit) to bring up harris numbers. Don't trust it is the school doing "mock" elections.
He certainly knows who President Trump is as we have several flags around the house. He was worried about all the down ballot folks that he has no reason to pay attention to and has never heard of.
I told him that the choices are HIS to make and he shouldn't EVER let somebody else influence his decisions. He knows that the dems are pretty rotten so I assume that he voted along party lines.
Kek!
He would probably throw up on his desk if he had to do that!
I was watching the conventions before I turned 10. Knowing who to vote for became easier as time went by.
Oh man, they are pulling EVERY TRICK THEY CAN to ensure Trump doesn't flip any blue states to red
My husband's a retired principal and teacher. Mock elections have been part of civics curriculum as long as I can remember.
My high school, in the sixties, had mock elections. Back when my state was conservative and not a liberal hell hole.
Thinking of this from where we are at, where weโve clearly been infiltrated by evil peopleโฆ
โฆWhat are the odds they were using this for intel gathering so theyโd know where to prioritize their efforts?
Yep, this.
Should not be, though. Kids cannot vote, they are at most voting as their parents would, and likely . . . as they perceive they should vote. KIDS should not be put on the spot like this.
Let the adults vote and decide the election. Leave the kids out of it.
Respectfully, it promotes a sense of civic duty and gives high school kids a chance to learn about government. A mock election is the epitome of 'teachable moment' and is totally appropriate for high school students. What isn't appropriate is passing out authentic looking paper ballots. Most mock elections these days, if really trying to be used as a teaching tool will be done electronically via the school's computer labs whereby homeroom teachers will take their students to a designated location to 'cast' their vote. If noting else, it gives an excellent indicator of how the community at large will likely vote.
I disagree. It's a great hands-on way to teach kids about government and civics. Kids vote for class officers every year once they hit high school. Why not teach them the importance of voting while they're young?
In the sixth grade, 1964, the teacher had us hold up our hands if we were for Goldwater vs the real war monger, LBJ. There were two of us. Me and the son of the funeral director. At least two who had the courage to hold up our hands.
In a conservative community of hard working farmers and merchants etc. The propaganda has been going on for a very long time!
Who can now think that Goldwater was more dangerous to world peace the LBJ?!?
I'm proud of you, bro. If I could go back in time, and vote for Barry Goldwater (he had little orange juice bottles labelled as "Goldwater" Kek! I would have voted with you!
I would not put anything past the Democrats
Are you saying your son asked you which presidential candidate he should vote for?
No. He's a big fan of President Trump.
It was the ENTIRE ballot. He has no idea who all the other down-ballot people are so he most likely voted along party lines.
Time to teach young bull how to dig. Look up their names, check out their policies. Use tools like https://www.followthemoney.org/ to see how they might be influenced. Check out their history of voting if they've been in office. Look them up on linkedin and follow other connections to private industries that they could influence/be influenced by. Next step, make some dank memes about it.
Get a hold of OMG and have them look into it
Maybe or it's just a mock election like we used to do in elementary school back in the 90s. It sounds like they just photocopied a ballot if it's on regular paper or one of those example ballots you can get a PDF of from your government website and print.
Given the way elections are now, I am not so sure those "mock" elections were fake. Maybe the cabal has been doing this a long time.
Exactly
We did it by writing our choices on our notebook paper back then, hardly a document that could be passed off as official.
I remember an actual machine, curtain, and big ass lever lol
I remember doing one in the 80's for Reagan. It was a simple blue mimeograph that the teacher created. Certainly not something that could legitimately be scanned into a tabulator.
Strange that the WHOLE school is doing it.
But did you huff the mimeograph fluid when the teacher handed the sheets out?
betcha not many people know what a mimeograph is, or what the fluid smells like...i rather enjoyed it, lol...as a clerk-typist in the early '70's, the worst part about mimeograph was that you could only get a certain number of copies, as i recall, then had to re-type the document to run on the mimeograph again...and no way to correct a typing error, either!
I'm just old enough to have used all the old AV technologies all through school, introduced to Apple Mac computers and TRS-80s in high school, and through all the technology we have today. My 83 yo father can use Photoshop even. But, it's nice to remember pre-Internet and cell phones.
We called them "Trash-Eighties", but we all secretly wished we had the money to afford one. I had a Commodore 64, and a cassette tape drive, so I could store programs on the cassette, and not take up any of the valuable onboard memory. Because 64K "ought to be enough for anybody" - LOL!
I had the same VIC-20 setup.
Learned to program on my dad's C-64. Spent soooo many hours entering cool programs from "Computes Gazette" and hoping the checksum on each line was correct. I also had the tape drive but felt like a rock star when we upgraded to the floppy drive.
The tricycle meme makes me sniffle.
I was in charge of making mimeographed tests in 9th grade for class. That was 1979 lol
respect! I once was allowed to take the foot-long chalk erasers down to the 'janitor's room' for a "de-dusting", those guys in the janitor's room were cool as hell...
Guilty as charged Blacksmith........๐ฅ
Tell him to take the ballot home for proof. Not to vote.
They're going to punish the Trump voters the next day.
Exactly this. There have been reports of other places doing this and rewarding Harris voters or punishing Trump voters.
Mock elections used to be fine, when most teachers weren't raving blue lunatics and/or members of the alphabet mafia. Now I would recommend that kids NEVER participate because regardless of their choice someone will be pissed at them.
Punishment enforced, totally un-ironically, with "pizza parties" - despite the negative connotations.
Pro-Tip: Pepperoni toppings are good. Beans are bad, so are Eggs. Never order that weird stuff....
It does not matter what the school tells my kid. I would always advise them not to vote fraudulently.
if he's underage tell him to throw it away. if Trump is serious about prosecuting all cheaters voting under age would be a way to cheat.
He's 16 and handed it in with the whole class. Good point, if this is malicious, it's a VERY crafty way to divert the election fraud charges.
our school system is demonic. there are probably a few good teachers left, but it's better to be safe than sorry.
They want to turn your kids gay, rape them, and they think it is funny... Get some rope...
Another way to cheat, OMG. I woke up at 3:30am this morning having a dream about the Dems bussing all these illegal non-citizens to polling centers. Every American citizen just stood in line watching as the illegals where usher to the front of the line with translators telling them how to and for who they should vote. I was in line screaming for everyone to rush inside to block the doors and close the voting center. Of course, the police were called, and we were all being arrested and hauled away. What a nightmare. Could not go back to sleep after that. I need some mental help for sure.
Well, my B.O.P. friend (Gearhead reference ๐)
Have you seen this? Cops blocking early voting entrance
They forced, yes forced , us to vote like this in middle school (yes, middle school! ) for the 2008 election because "it was history in the making" with a black man running. Even back then I knew something was crooked about Obammy, though I didn't like old No Name either. Regardless to say, Obammy won by a landslide among my stupid young peers, and this is why the dems want children to vote in elections.
Yes.
When I was in school they did this all the time but it was for "fun".
Maybe the kids are helping them fill out ballots? Kid labor so to speak? This way it will not have the same handwriting like last go around?
They will replace the kids name with some other name or ship the ballots to another state.
How many kids in the school district and we know the panic is high. Heck they can ship those ballots to other states and slip them in.
Lots of schools do "mock elections" so students can sort of feel like a part of the process...it gets them used to voting in real life. I wouldn't be too alarmed about that.
By now he should be able, and willing, to make up his own mind about candidates and willing to express them in public if he wishes. It's character building, especially if his opinions are unpopular ones.

A girl we know from a blue state got her driverโs license before 18 and was promptly sent a ballot in the mail so as long as they have driverโs licenses I guess they can vote. No citizenship or age requirements necessary.
Tell him every student that votes for Trump will get a free Playstation 17! Get the word out to his buddies
THAT was funny! ๐
๐
Doesn't each vote get matched up against the poll books (?). If the name is not there then the vote should not get counted.
Coincidentally, all the rules changed in 5 battleground states when that pipe "burst" (clogged toilet) in the Atlanta Convention Center.
You should report it. Iโm not sure who too, but try the RNC at first. They might find some tom foolery.
They tried this crap on me, in 2nd grade, in 19-seventy something... Ford Bad, Carter good - all the teachers applying pressure, in total lockstep - I smelled a rat... I think I voted Independent Party, for Anderson! OG Rebel! Kek!
Great way to get a bunch of ballots filled out. Free labor for the Dems. Our local grocery store (owner was a school board member) โhelped outโ the district by offering a fundraiser. Kids sold chicken plate coupons that they could redeem in his store and every plate made them a dollar. He made a fortune because most never actually redeemed them. Schools are full of criminals at the admin level.
Did they have "timing marks" on the ballot, do you know? If so, it's possible to run them through a tabulator machine... Not to mention, if it's a "mock election" you'd think they'd discuss things like how to research a candidate, hand out a voter's pamphlet for them to look at, etc. Springing it on them like that seems pretty sus to me.
He's seen them before since I always print off a sample ballot and research the candidates with my wife the week before election. I'll ask about the timing marks when he gets home.
That's a great point! If they DON'T bother to help them research the candidates and the issues, it certainly cranks up the suspicion levels.
Seriously? Schools have been holding mock elections since before I was a student.
Yes, but as discussed above, why would they give the kids the entire ballot with all the minor positions available. Most adults don't know who sits on the town council or is running for dog catcher.
If someone needed to scan several hundred ballots to rig an election, using genuine looking ballots completed by kids would be sufficient to inject into the tabulators.
