Constitution supersedes anything states want to do. We are guaranteed ownership of our property, not perpetual rental from the government at the barrel of a gun.
Yeah. I also think it's fair to at least need some amount of money to pay for the legal system that essentially ensures you get to keep ownership of your property. That is it does protect you somewhat against trespass, scam attempts to claim ownership of the title, etc.
Perhaps that could be non mandatory or somehow done without the government though. But it kinda makes sense the property owner would pay for the protection of their property. Similar to how they pay for their own insurance.
That's my thoughts on why property tax kinda is the only tax that makes sense
It might make sense to you, but the government keeps raising, either the assessments or the taxes, the cost yearly. We need to hammer them to lower the freight so we keep more of our money and we should never be in jeopardy of losing our house, and property, over taxes.
I don't have a problem with some taxes in order to fund the things you listed above, but the issue is the misuse of funds by the tax collectors (states, governments) which just infuriates me. With declining quality of living and unsafe cities and streets along with crumbling infrastructure, these problems seem to grow every year even though taxes are being increased and collected at an astronomical rate. There's no accountability factor even though on a local level citizens do have some say in regards to levies, bonds and other funding sources.
Doesn't need to be land taxes on residential properties or farm properties. If commerce can pay for our entire countries budget then it can pay for local government services too. Commercial business is the place to put the burden. We are thebones making moneyboff the infrastructure provided. My commercial properties produce income from the people who live in the residences. I already pay taxes now they are paying twice. Once for their property and again when they frequent the businesses as the cost is passed to them. I'll never vote myself to be taxed, its unwise.
I think it could be fixed by Constitutional amendment. It already seems a violation of the 4th amendment to seize our money under the threat of confiscation without probable cause. What gives a government power to begin with? If it's and state issue only then we better start raising hell and removing any politician who objects from our state and local governments.
Lost my house in a divorce settlement in 98 and have not purchased another since...and the tax issue is the main reason. The property tax is so wrong and un-American as to be almost unbelievable. However, it's also important to understand how the states get away with such draconian serfdom legislation. The issue that's bigger than the property tax is that if you don't have allodial title to your property, you own NOTHING! Any way you look at it, you don't own your car, you don't own the dollars in your pocket, you don't own your house or land...you own NOTHING! Even your children are property of the state and it the reason you have to have a marriage license to get married. This is what gives that state legal rights to come in a take your child away at the states complete discretion!
The only thing worse than slavery itself is being a slave and thinking you are free!
Absolutely. They’re just as bad and in many cases worse than income tax. Property tax supports failing public school systems where the costs go up but the educational outcomes get worse. Pay more, get less. That, plus we never own our property. In essence we are all renters subject to eviction if we don’t support a failed system.
Yes, this is where I'm at, also. It hasn't been explicitly stated that the IRS is coming to an end. But, hopeful Anons are picking up on bread crumbs that lean towards a complete reversal in how our country makes money. The IRS has been part of the deep state's financial arm for many decades so that means it has to go at some point.
We know the IRS is coming to an end, because the dollar is coming to an end. Now, this is a little speculative on my end, but Trump's new cryptocurrency will eventually replace the ever weakening dollar. Imagine having money that actually grows in value over time, instead of shrinking. It will be beautiful.
In fairness, this board is yanking its own cranks. No one on the Trump team has committed to eliminating income tax. The DOGE cuts and establishment of the ERS are the exact first steps one would need to get there (hence the optimism), but we’re still a long way from the promised land.
I think the taxes are going away because the dollar itself is going away. On January 17 (SEVENTEEN!), Trump announced his new cryptocurrency. I think his plan is to replace the US dollar with this new crypto.
Correct, this thinking is based off the current state of the government. With a major chunk of federal management and bureaucracy cut out of the equation, things will look much different and the requirements to keep things running will be lessened.
The best way to keep America poor is to keep the income tax. The government says they need the revenue but DO THEY?. If you cut the wast and trimmed the government with DOGE to the tune of 2 trillion a year, a flat tax could be done to support a smaller government and the PEOPLE could keep their money making them richer rather than making other nations richer!
Because it won't always be suppressed. Buying while it still is. My silver has risen 200 percent and my gold almost 100 percent. Inflation didn't hurt it at all. The buying power remains even suppressed
90 to one ratio silver to gold. Mined at the same cost 8 to one. Makes silver 10 to 12 times under valued. Of gold is undervalued too then silvers price could be 20 times plus under valued.
I remember back in 2018 or 2019 before youtube banned all Maga talk there was a youtube channel called "inside the Matrix"? I cant remember the name correctly but anywho.... MATRIX (the host) was dissecting a Q drop and came to the conclusion that Q was telling us that in fact the income tax is going BYE-BYE ....
They keep bringing this guy up for speeches and he keeps alluding to tariffs were done before income tax and how we were prosperous doing it. So much hope.
Property taxes are more burdensome than income tax but unfortunately it's a states issue :(
If property tax does not go away we do not own shit. They can take everything you worked for if you miss one.
Property tax means renting your own things from the government.
I think they will leave property taxes to the states. But I agree… it needs to go away.
Constitution supersedes anything states want to do. We are guaranteed ownership of our property, not perpetual rental from the government at the barrel of a gun.
I agree, its is an occupation of our property. Also true deeds need to be issued on ownership not these fake title deeds.
More like a “knowing the law” issue.
We’ve had the authority to get rid of both of these ourselves for a long time.
Yeah. I also think it's fair to at least need some amount of money to pay for the legal system that essentially ensures you get to keep ownership of your property. That is it does protect you somewhat against trespass, scam attempts to claim ownership of the title, etc.

Good point Fren.

Me too fren. It's infuriating!
YI feel the same about the rest too

Not one word you have written is incorrect. As long as we are taxed we are not free. There is no getting around it, no pretending we are.

Move to a state with lower property taxes. AZ: 500k house- property taxes = $1500 - $2500 a year.

except he never said that the IRS and income tax is coming to an end.... unless I missed that part. Did I miss the sauce?
Yes, this is where I'm at, also. It hasn't been explicitly stated that the IRS is coming to an end. Unless we are keeping the rothchild slave money going the irs has got to end.
Actually trump has said it before.
I REALLY hope our cranks aren't getting yanked with the end of income taxes...
And SS taxes?
ALL taxes on MY labor? (MY property BTW)
AKA wage garnishing... AKA THEFT
In fairness, this board is yanking its own cranks. No one on the Trump team has committed to eliminating income tax. The DOGE cuts and establishment of the ERS are the exact first steps one would need to get there (hence the optimism), but we’re still a long way from the promised land.
Yep ... really wasn't thrilled to hear about the ERS, being that nothing from Trump indicated that the IRS is going away anytime soon.
But hey - he did emphasize our sovereignty today and I hope that includes giving the middle finger to the UN, wef, WMF etc into perpetuity...
I think the taxes are going away because the dollar itself is going away. On January 17 (SEVENTEEN!), Trump announced his new cryptocurrency. I think his plan is to replace the US dollar with this new crypto.
Yebbit....
Remember that part?
94% of all federal government revenue comes from income, employment, estate and gift taxes.
So, we would need to replace that with tariffs and/or cut the budget 90%.
I hope it happens, but ... I'll believe it when I see it.
94% of the Government is bloat
Correct, this thinking is based off the current state of the government. With a major chunk of federal management and bureaucracy cut out of the equation, things will look much different and the requirements to keep things running will be lessened.
Lets get that DOGE to work!
Did Elon himself say they were gonna cut exactly 90%.
Elon now has a Whitehouse email.

Personal income tax pays the interest on the debt ---- that's about it.
We need to pull it up by the roots.
Yeah ,, sigh!
Consumption tax. No loopholes, then the rich will pay their fair share.
Gold and silver to the moon…. Gold is a great buy, but silver, being bigly suppressed, is even better deal
If silver is always suppressed, how is it a good deal?
Because it won't always be suppressed. Buying while it still is. My silver has risen 200 percent and my gold almost 100 percent. Inflation didn't hurt it at all. The buying power remains even suppressed
Silver is ALWAYS a better buy than gold in my opinion, but any precious metals are a good investment bet! Holding a tangible asset feels so good.
90 to one ratio silver to gold. Mined at the same cost 8 to one. Makes silver 10 to 12 times under valued. Of gold is undervalued too then silvers price could be 20 times plus under valued.
maybe the flow will be
Sounds like the description of hopium.
Perhaps, but perhaps long term planning…
I have a bad feeling we will end up with an IRS and an ERS.
My thoughts exactly.
Afuera!
So like… should I not pay my taxes this year or….
The economy would take off like a rocket if there was no income tax or property tax.
I want my money returned with interest!
It cant happen fast enough for my liking!
Give me all the money i paid into taxes last year! I want it BACK NOW! LOL
Give me back all the taxes I've paid since I was 15 years old working my first W2 job.
If the gubmint can print all the money they want, why do we pay taxes in the first place?
I remember back in 2018 or 2019 before youtube banned all Maga talk there was a youtube channel called "inside the Matrix"? I cant remember the name correctly but anywho.... MATRIX (the host) was dissecting a Q drop and came to the conclusion that Q was telling us that in fact the income tax is going BYE-BYE ....

Seems like Mexico will pay for that wall after all!
I personally won't start celebrating until the irs is abolished.
